Super delicious burgers! The blt was definitely on point! Friendly staff! Definitely no complaints here in the slightest!

They advertise "best burger in town". I don't know who gave them this title, or when, but they must not get out much. This review is based on food, service, cleanliness, value, and atmosphere. My burger was way overcooked and greasy. I didn't think it was good, and it was overpriced for what ended up on the plate. Something about watching someone microwave my food (the chilli cheese fries), right in front of me that was off-putting. The chilli was flavorless and watery, and just made mush out of the dish. None of the ingredients seemed fresh. Nothing was appetizing about this place. The service was friendly, but there was a lot of texting going on. I get it, this is a divey little diner, but professionalism shouldn't fall to the wayside completely. The dining area was dirty. They have this old nasty carpet, and it just looks disgusting. A simple cleaning would not be enough for this place. It needs to be gutted, with all new furniture and interior decor. Cash only? What year is this? I've had a street vendor take a credit card with his cell phone before. For a restaurant to not accept credit cards in this day and age is absurd. They do have an ATM (I bet they rack up on service fees). Not a good value for my experience. Overall, the subpar food will prevent me from returning. read more

#2 Want a small town neighborhood place for breakfast or lunch? This is your place. Unlimited good hot coffee in real mugs...always a plus for me. Lots of typical breakfast choices but there are a few stars. The grits are first rate. The French toast is very good and our eggs always come out cooked right. This is the kind of place where you can spend all day just sipping on coffee. The waitresses are young and very easy on the eyes. My 3 year old twin grandsons both fell in love! Been here many times and have had lots of things, always good, always good service, never had a bad meal here. read more

Business owner change, or I am assuming. All of the old staff was fired and is no longer there. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant anymore. Food and staff has gone downhill. Don't you just love small Mom & pop places? I sure do and will stop and eat at one whenever I have the chance. Hubby and I have been here many times. Small, old, dive of a building sharing parking space with U-Haul ! Nothing fancy on the inside, tables crowded, and run completely by women ! GIRL POWER ! Open for breakfast & lunch only, closed on Sundays and breakfast only on Saturday. Food has always been good. Nothing over the top, just consistent. Eggs are cooked as I order them, never have to send them back. Good coffee and iced tea! Went for lunch for the first time and had the steak with peppers & onions sub. Steak was very tender, bread very fresh. Fast service with a smile. Definitely a locals favorite, always crowded. I love just sitting and listening to the locals talk. Always interesting. Just remember to bring cash, credit cards not accepted! read more

I've been coming here for breakfast for many years. Wanted to write a review simply to say thank you for good home cooked food and friendly service. I usually stay a while with my daughter on a "daddy/daughter date" and she just talks and talks and talks. Now she is married and moved far away. I do not recommend this place. There were no masks or gloves. The food was average at best. The servers were nice, but they weren't wearing gloves or masks. The servers also were not staying 6 feet apart. I didn't see any hand sanitizer in the entire place. They were serving at more than 50% capacity. read more

Before first eating here about 1 year ago, I was always curious about it. Blacked out front door and no windows. Then one day I went to rent a truck from Uhaul which is in the same compound and share a parking space with the restaurant and decided to try breakfast since it was early on a Saturday morning. It was kinda like what I expected on the inside... not fancy, but clean. It's run by women only which I thought was cool. They do not accept credit cards and there is an ATM located inside. I had a cheddar cheese omelet which was pretty good. Coffee was good too. Service was good and the server was friendly. It was a pleasant experience, so I went back a couple of times, the last time being about 3 months ago. I had the smoked sausage and it was a bit greasy and salty and unfortunately assaulted my bowels about 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant ... if you know what I mean. Ugh!!! The times before that were fine. So I'm not going to write off this place because of that last experience... well, at least not as yet. read more

this place offers very good food for reasonable prices. the atmosphere is lacking, but this place is not one you go to for atmosphere. The burgers are good, and the spaghetti is not half bad. it is only open till 2pm and serves breakfast and lunch, they also only take cash and have an ATM on site, the waitresses are pretty cute too!! I also drive by this place and finally decided to stop in to give it a try. It's a small mom and pop diner style place. They only serve breakfast and lunch are closed by 2. They're food was amazing!! The servers were great; one noticed my uncles coffee was getting low and she immediately refilled it and she wasn't even our server. You can see the cooks making your food, and there are No heat lamps to dry out your food. Once the cook places the food up they immediately run it to your table. I had my 1yr with me but kept him in his car seat as the high hair looked it was from the 1960s lol. Doesn't look like much but there have good food and friendly people. read more

If you enjoy a small town diner type of place this is it. My wife and I frequent here on Saturday mornings. their grits are so creamy I can't pass them up. They make this thing called the egg mcmargo; its simple: egg, ham and cheese on an english muffin. But being so simple for some reason I can't make it taste nearly as good at home. Ma & pop shop for the locals and whoever else tops by. Very laid back, like your friends mom's kitchen. Fairly priced, decent food, the gravy was very good. Southern style cooking. My husband goes often by himself after work (he works night shift) and gets breakfast. They are only open 6-2 pm, when it's full service is slow because they don't have many cooks, but if you live nearby it's not a bad choice. Sandwich bread on the soggy side making sandwich unenjoyable. The only that I really like about my meal was the pickles!

My husband and I have been going hear for several months now ... we haven't had a bad experience yet. The servers are good ... i will admit they are friendlier to "regular" customers, but since we have been going there that makes us regulars. They remember always remember our drink order before we order it. The food is really good ... we've tried a variety of items. If you're looking for southern home cooking this is the place. This place only takes cash and the atm charge is $2,50. The ice tea was fresh. The turkey sub was watery and salty. I was staving so it did the job. The waitress was terse and charged for the to go cup of ice tea. I still left a $2,00 tip since that's a standard for me. I did not appreciate her shaking her tip jar at me like a homeless person. Terrible food, horrible service- The waitresses are VERY rude. However, if you're a man, most of the single mother waitresses will cling to you! Especially if you're decently attractive. I definitely experienced extreme bias when my husband and I have come in. Tacky!!!!!!! Love this little hometown restaurant. Food is always good. Macaroni salad is amazing.

Smaller place but good food at a great price. My server wasn't really friendly this time, but I'll go back. This place doesn't accept credit cards, so bring cash. Their is also an atm inside. Parking can also be an issue as their lot is small. And they are only open from 6-2 Monday thru Friday. So don't think about dinner. read more

Sorry, not the best burgers as claimed on signage. Slow service an price seemed high. 2 cheeseburger baskets (note: no sesame seeds on buns) with over mayo'd slaw. Fries were decent and the sweet tea cold and just sweet enough. $20 for 2 cheeseburger baskets and two beverages seemed high for this area. read more
