We trusted them with our dog, but it was clear upon pickup that something was terribly wrong. The facility was filthy, reeking of neglect. They bring our baby out and to our shocking surprise, our dogs face was mangled and bloody! THEY DID NOT CALL US TO LET US KNOW SOMETHING HAPPENED!!! We were mortified!!!! Our dog came home visibly distressed, dirty, and in poor health, requiring an immediate visit to the emergency vet! Their excuse was that they left a bucket of water in the kennel with our dog and our dog ripped it up. Okay great but atleast call and TELL US! By the looks of not only her face but the rash all over her body from God knows what, this is not where your baby needs to stay! Trust me!!! $300 bill later, the vet confirmed that our dog had developed infections in her paws and health issues directly related to the unsanitary and unsafe environment at this kennel. This is completely unacceptable for a place claiming to provide professional care for pets. If you care about the health and well-being of your dog, avoid this kennel at all costs!!!! If I could leave a zero I would!!!!

My dogs were hesitant to go with them. My one was pushed through gate by employee because she wasn't wanting to go in. Three times, in as many months, one dog had issues after pickup. Next day vet visit. Diagnosis was pinched nerve in neck, which caused back legs to go weak. Nursed back to health & two weeks later back to Woof. He developed kennel cough. Another vet visit. Was told he could not return for 10 days. Third & last time - upon pick up he was down in hips. Could barely walk. Itching & broke out on mouth & under legs. So sad. Vet treated again, & thank G, he's healthy now. After a year or more as client, I will not return. Such a drastic change. Employees attitudes have even been bad. No more pleasantries; one even turned me away because she failed to enter my appointment. I was paying $200 a month for playcare. On top of this, over $600 in vet bills in three month period. My dogs have been home while I research other facilities, & cannot be happier, or healthier!

I have been bringing my fur baby to K9 campus for about two years now…read more I mostly use it for daycare, but I have boarded my baby twice. The first time was for one night, and the second time was for three nights. Driving up to the facility, the first thing you notice is that there is a large outside fenced area which is mostly covered with canvas sail-type of material and has built in kiddy-ponds where early in the morning you will usually see multiple dogs playing under the supervision of a staff member. Entering the building, I was struck at how large the interior is and how there are two large enclosures (I think for the different size of dogs, large and small), and how, unlike other doggy-daycare facilities, there was no pervasive smell of urine. The entire facility is kept clean. Now, this is the most important part. I know that my pup is being treated properly and that she's having fun because as soon as we make the turn from the Eau Gallie Causeway south onto US 1, she knows where we're going, and when she sees the building she gets extremely excited. When I turned the car off and open her door she goes bounding out and can't wait to get inside. It's as if we were going to the park. She rushes inside the building and almost leaps over the three - foot tall gate between the front desk and the play areas. The staff are very friendly, and greet my pup my name. I believe they are a franchise, and they do have online scheduling ability which is quite handy. Their hours of operation are good; I just wish they were open until 7 PM. They're open until 6 PM which should be fine except that I'm a physician, and sometimes I just can't leave the office until 5: 30 or 5:45, which is really pushing it, although they are very accommodating. I really recommend K-9 campus for your pup - sitting needs. Your fur- baby will be happy and so will you.

His paws and all of his white areas ,like his belly and under his chin weren't cleaned very well ,and they cut around his toenails so they now look longer than usual. Not sure what that was all about. So the extra things they did, were not things that I wanted, nor were they things that looked very good. The price I paid to have my dog groomed, was the price I would pay for a Master groomer to groom him. He should've looked like 1 million bucks for the price I paid. His coat wasn't shiny. Not sure if they put them in a bathtub or if they just sprayed him down, but normally when he gets groomed he's very shiny when you look at him in the sun, because he is put in a tub, and he was not shiny. His hair was dry and dull. Not sure how this Groomer received an almost 5 star rating but I've had my dog for almost 10 years now and never have I been charged so much for such a horrible groom. I had to come home and cut the hair on his paw pads myself. I just can't believe that I used to pay $50 for a groom, and the results were much better. I can see dirt on my hands when I pet him. A white film, which normally takes weeks to accumulate before the next groom. Unfortunately I had to move for work, and was just trying to find a good groomer in my area. If you are going to charge $120 for a perfectly groomed dog, you need to have the right equipment and the right staff and the right products. I feel he needs a groom again, and that's ridiculous . So unhappy, but moving on.. The reply back was very unprofessional and untrue. My dog gets groomed every 4 to six weeks for the last 9 and a half years without fail.. I furnminate him once a week as well as clean his ears. I may have been lucky to get his grooms done for only $50.00, and she May think it's unrealistic, but they only charged that, because his coat is in good condition and he is always well groomed. It just wasn't worth 120$ was my point. I wouldn't have minded paying more, for a better groom. We moved here from Wisconsin 8 years ago, and my dog has never had issues. If she knew anything about the breed, the fact that he is almost 10!years old and is still looking and moving like he does is pretty amazing , and she wouldn't have made such rude remarks. I take very good care of my dog and he is very well acclimated to this weather. That in my opinion, is just an excuse for unacceptable work. Maybe the problem was that they don't normally take large breed dogs or have a tub big enough. Just look at their pics on their website. Not one big dog that I can see. And the only reason I didn't say anything to her while I was there was because of the attitude that she gave me when I brought up the amount that she was trying to charge me. I figured with someone with an attitude like that , calling wouldn't make any sense, so I just decided to leave a review to let others know what I experienced at this pet salon. And she is absolutely not being honest about what she quoted me. She NEVER told me it would be 120$, or I would not have gone there. I do appreciate a job well done, and I know how much work goes into grooming my dog. He is my dog, and I groom him myself in between grooms, and I know what it takes. , maybe the owner doesn't appreciate honesty. All she had to do was say she was sorry.
