We were just passing through, when we had issues with the DEF system on my truck. They got us fixed up same day, and even stayed after closing. Hit to make sure we were all taken care of! Best part they didn't charge us! 5 stars!! read more

Saw truck on lot went in to buy it. Had funding in place already. Hand tag on mirror in truck stated the offer price. It was 1k lower than original price. When the purchase contract was brought out the sale price was not listed. Salesman told me some bullshit about the sale price only applied if financed thru them. This was not written anywhere on the tag or on the sales info sheet in truck window. Classic misinformation and bait and switch tactics. Low balled trade as well. Carfax and Kelly Blue book listed value 5K more than their low ball offer. Beware of this place. They did not honor the sales price and tried to make me pay to have them take my trade. Go somewhere else where you will be trusted with respect. Bought a better truck for less at the Truck Ra b ch in Twin Falls. Skip this place and go where you will be treated with respect. read more

Worst place to go, we had to stop for an oil change and the sale person lie to us that my sister need alignment and new filter in her car, one was for the AC, i check if they even pull the AC filtet out they didn't. They thought we were two studip female. We called the place that my sister take her to for new and alignment. He said that nothing wrong her car. They won't let her drive off if something is wrong. They should get in trouble trying to get to spend $500 more for nothing. I wish I can put zero star. read more

Sales and service department always so right on point and helpful in getting me in and out as fast as possible. I've bought 4 cars from them over the last 3 years and it's always been a pleasure. Thanks Kevin for all you and the guys do there. Danny H read more

Our truck broke down while heading out on a camping trip. Our roadside assistance towed to the Chevy dealership for repairs (we own a Ram truck, I know weird). The service department was extremely understanding and while they didn't get the chance to fix the repairs, they still helped and went above and beyond with offering their service shuttle and following up the next day to make sure we didn't run into anymore Issues. read more

I was off the road on a trip to Cali from Minnesota. Had tires off balance due to discount tire doing a lazy job. The wheel weights had fell off. Even with a broken rack they were able to get me in on a Friday afternoon and keep my trip going. read more

I'll put it this way. I paid them over $1200 dollars and all I can show for it is a new light bulb and a repaired horn. Beware this place ! You've been warned. Ohhh and after I picked up my van from them, it was dirty (They promised to wash it twice in writing), and the lights on the right side started acting up. The van had an additional three miles on the odometer when there was no reason for it to be driven. Then they charged me for diagnostics that I had already done and let them know it. Then they said they would take it off that charge but they ended up charging me for it anyway. Then after all that, they triple teamed me at the same time although I had asked to speak with just the General manager! After two hours getting triple teamed by them, I left. They are lucky I'm level headed and NOT someone who would get angry enough to use their place for target practice. I hope they change their ways before they rip off the wrong person. They lost a potential customer despite conning me good. This type of thing is why I use Yelp. I just wish I had looked at them before I went there. read more

The staff here is spectacular! My family broke down in the middle of the night on a trip to Montana. We came in Friday morning before the 4th of July weekend. It was over 100 degrees and they had a full schedule but went above and beyond to help our family. They stayed in constant communication and by early afternoon they had us on our way. We are very grateful to their friendly and professional staff! We live about 5 hours from this dealer and when it comes time to replace our truck we will drive past 10+ dealers to purchase it from Riverton. read more

Amazing service!!! Our Chevy Tahoe broke down near Elko, NV on a road trip from CA to the midwest, and Lisa and her team made sure that we were taken care of! They set up the four of us and our dog with a hotel nearby overnight and a rental car to get back home, all while they fixed our truck and had it shipped back to CA. We felt very well taken care of and safe and we cannot express our gratitude enough! Thank you Lisa & Elko team, you went above & beyond! read more

Terrible customer service experience! They completely low balled trade in value, way under KBB. Left no room for negotiation, didn't provide e-price which requested from online. Complete waste of time! I do not recommend going to Riverton unless you want to get ripped off. read more

Exceptional service! They have gone above and beyond for us more than once. One time they came to my job to remove chains from my tires that has gotten tangled because I attempted to remove them without prior experience. (Embarrassing) not only did they not charge me they attempted to reassure me it happens all the time. Lol! Today are estimated bill was 1170 and now it is only 370! All staff has been nothing but kind and understanding. read more

I purchased a car this week. The salesman's name was CK Kappes - from our first conversation until the last paper was signed he was professional, patient and kind. His sense of humor was also appreciated. The experience was very positive and fun. In the past I have dealt with the service department with my previous automobile that was not purchased from this dealership, they were always fast and professional and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of in anyway. Thanks Riverton! Buy Local. read more

I drove 7 hours to get the best deal from this fantastic dealership. I've been waiting 2 months to find the best truck for the best value. I was given a deal of a lifetime and the friendliest service. I will do all my car and truck shopping with JB Anderson and the team their. - it's hard to find a dealer that cuts the crap and actually cares about what you are looking for. The whole time I knew that they were truly excited to have me as their guest at the dealership. getting my wife and I a nice room for the night along with free dinner was just a plus! Thank you again JB - I'll see you in June for a new car for my Wife. read more

Absolutely terrible service department. This dealership is a disgrace. I've been waiting on a driveshaft for my Cadillac for 13 days!! I've been back and forth with this dealership since the beginning and every person that works there is not knowledgeable whatsoever. After they realize they made mistakes, they refused to do service on my vehicle! Still no part either! They promised to do the work that was quoted and and 13 days later they tell me they're not going to perform the work and put my CTSV out front of their shop. It's an absolute disgrace and this dealership should be ashamed of themselves. I've waited 13 days for a part that never came and now they're refusing to do the service! How do you put a customer in a situation like that!? The general manager is JB and is by far the worst customer service person I've ever worked with. I have videos of him cussing at me and so forth because of me calling him out on mistakes that were made! Here I am stuck paying a hotel every night while they still have no solution for me. I would strongly recommend everyone to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They obviously don't care about their customers. read more

Side curtain airbags deployed in 15 Silverado with minor tilt. Tore out headliner and destroyed full seatbelt structure. We are a business owner and brought our company truck into the dealership for service. Mind you, we are not local to the area and had to stay in a hotel and drive 3 hours each way to get to this dealership (the closet one) We made a appt and dropped off our truck at 7:30 in the morning. Our truck was not even looked at until after 3 pm. Then we were told the part was in stock to fix the truck...which it turns out it was not. What is the point of making an appointment and bringing it in first thing, IF they do not look at your vehicle until later that day. An appointment is an appointment. For our business, not having your work truck for the day is similar to an office worker not having their computer for a day. The truck is still NOT fixed !! read more

Horrible customer service and technical service. Will drive to Salt Lake for all future work done on my GM vehicles.

I bought my truck on 2/11/2017 3 weeks to the day the service engine light came on. I took it back to Riverton and the put in an oil sending unit. I received the truck back and the same day the service engine light came on again I had barley made it out of the parking lot before the service engine light came back on. This time I took it in and Riverton kept it for 8 days, they never once called me, I had to call to see what was going on each time. They replaced the ECM. I received the truck back after 8 days and the same night the service engine light came back on. I called and talked to Seth and he said come back in and we will look at it. I brought the truck in the same day and all he did was take the code reader to the parking lot and turned the code off and told me to add a gas additive and not to use cheap gas. I have never used cheap gas in any of my trucks that I have owned. I brought the truck back home and the service engine light came on again. I have to make another appointment to hopefully get this problem fixed. read more

This service department is useless. I have an elderly friend a woman, take her car to be looked at , car was running rough and she was 70 miles from home. She had purchased the car from riverton a few years ago,she sat for 7 hours waiting on her car they charged her $900 and when she left the car ran no different. This led to an advocate for the elderly to call Riverton on her behalf, the dealership gave her half her money back only after this third party intervention.Subsequently she had a local mechanic fix the problem with a $30 sensor. Nowhere in Elko is the term "Buyer Beware" more appropriate! I don't know how any of these people sleep at night. read more

I called the car dealer yesterday with some concern of my backup camera staying on and some about the radio. He was very nice. Thinking this could be easy small fixes. He made an appointment for me today at 8:00am I got there and I talked to Brenda she immediately had an attitude couldn't give me an estimate on wait time as this is my only vehicle that I just bought not even past my 30 days, she said they have cars that have been there for weeks and doesn't know if they can even look at it today. Then she just walks away and calls her manager and goes to look at my car. Comes back and tells him in front of me that it's the mud all over my car. ( mud on the out side has nothing to do with the electrical) Implying that I don't take car of my brand new vehicle. Granted it just stormed yesterday and I do live on a dirt road. read more
