They were upfront & honest about the time frame which was a few months wait to get our vehicle…read morerepaired, but also told us by leaving it there, they would most likely be able to work it in sooner, so we did decide to leave it there and they definitely got it in and out earlier than what we were first told. Their work is great, communication by the office manager was great as well. Our truck was clean and ready for pick up when we were told it would be. We had a deductible we had to pay , but we were not charged a penny more. Thanks for a job well done!

The worst body shop experience ever. The office staff have no clue what they are doing. Here are…read moresome of the things I was told. Parts are ordered (2 weeks later they had not been ordered) I don't know where your vehicle is. (By receptionist) I don't know what they said I didn't talk to them. (By production manager and the suspension shop she sent my car to) They said specs are good but you need a strut. (By the shop manager) They forged my name on an insurance check without authorization or power of attorney. They did not do over $1300.00 of the repairs that the insurance paid for. I am having done by different shops and they refuse to reimburse the money they never should have deposited. To get a return call, email or text takes an act of congress. Only updates given are if you call in and they confirm your car is there (sometimes can't even get that much). No one in the office could even read an estimate or knew the software to write an estimate. I am filing insurance fraud complaint on this shop. So much more...if you value your car, time and money go anywhere else.

I dropped off my 1965 mustang after talking to Ernie the owner and was told they will look at it…read moreright away and let me know what the car needs. Three weeks later he called me to tell me they can't work on the car but he will give me an estimate what it needs and how much it will cost. When i came to pick up the car it was all dusty and the roof and trunk were covered in oil. He came out apologized and kinda wiped it then charged me $160 for an estimate that he did not have ready and told me that he will email it to me and I am still waiting on that email since 12/5/2023. Very disappointing
