When the parts arrived, Joe came out the same day and fixed my uncle's vehicle right there in his driveway. Baja Motors had destroyed the car's parts (while doing a TUNE UP!), then couldn't fix it. Joe got the car running in less than 90 minutes from start to finish. He also installed all new parts and reran wires that they had cut off (?) near the distributor. When we arrived at the dealership the next morning, DANIEL at the service greeted us and seemed to mockingly inform us that none of their technicians were available to inspect the car. He also mentioned that the engine might be beyond repair due to the extensive oil leakage and casually offered to buy the car for a mere $4,500, almost jokingly. (Btw the car is dodge ram srt 10 with the viper engine) :))))))) Undeterred, we searched for a mechanic online and discovered Grease Monkey, which had received excellent reviews in Elko. Despite Daniel's discouragement, we decided to give Grease Monkey a chance. Fortunately, Brady from Grease Monkey went out of his way to come to the Dodge dealership to assess our vehicle. Following his inspection, we had our car towed to Grease Monkey, and we had an excellent experience with them. In stark contrast to our disappointing encounter at ELKO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, Grease Monkey delivered exceptional service. They prioritize quality service over profit, making them a highly recommended choice for car repairs.
