I've been going to this dentist for a while many years and I've went to other Dennis throughout the years. I will never go back to another dentist besides this whenever again I got real sensitive teeth. He doesn't get patient takes his time and not just the main Dennis there but all of them the girls in the Officer amazing Always have a smile on their face and everybody in the office is very respectful and the mood I hate going to the dentist, but this dentist makes it tolerable and only that they have a good time. Dr. Kim, the staff and I even talk UFC and golf haha. I drive over 30 miles for my visits and never have any regrets as they take such good care of me and offer me such competitive rates! Truly great people. Some of these reviews on here seem preposterous lol. Visit them, you won't be disappointed! read more

This use to be a great place! Twenty years ago. Now the dentist is rude, and not caring about his work he does. He needs to retire. If you just need a partial or dentures..... the onsite lab ran by Silvio is superb. He always keeps his work up to par despite Dr Kim. Anything else go somewhere else! read more

I had another great experience here! This time with the hygienist Lynne, she immediately put all my nerves away when she would communicate what exactly she was doing, what to expect. The dentist dropped a piece of a broken file into my root canal and did not bother to retrieve it from the tooth before completing the root canal. This caused a painful infection and I had to pay another dentist to re-do the root canal. Oddly, this happened to my mother at the same dentist! How many others are suffering from poorly executed root canals? More details: I went to get a filling here and the dentist filled it. For months, I felt pain in that tooth and could not chew on that side of my mouth. I went back twice during that time and the dentist said that if I kept having pain, that he would do a root canal. I wonder why I had pain to begin with. I did not have pain before the filling. The third time I came back complaining of pain, the dentist did a root canal. I had pain again for months. I went to the student dental facility at Loma Linda and the x-ray revealed the end piece of a metal file stuck inside my tooth. The dentist at West Dental had dropped a file in my tooth while doing the root canal and left it in there! The dentist at Loma Linda told me that I needed to have the root canal re-done and take antibiotics. The dentists at Loma Linda were fascinated by this mistake and put photos of the procedure of re-doing the root canal in a dental book. Sadly, my mother went to West Dental recently (not knowing this was the same place I had the problem) and the same thing happened to her! She also had a root canal done and the same dentist left a broken file in her tooth! read more

Riverside West Dental Group - This dentist carelessly left the tip of a metal file in my tooth. Another dentist removed it while correcting the root canal. - General Dentistry Near Me - Riverside, California

I have had A LOT of dental work done since I was a child and have been to many a dentistry (including military dental facilities which are really great actually). I've had mixed experiences over the years. But I've never, and I mean EVER, had better treatment anywhere than I had at Riverside West. I had a couple of teeth that needed root canals and crowns and had been in torturous pain for some time. Dr. Kim took away my pain and then set me up to get the necessary treatment. The work was flawless and he even repaired an old crown that was starting to fall off. That was a few years ago and I've had absolutely no problems since. My wife and son are going to have work done here too, and even though I now live an hour's drive away I won't even consider going to anybody else, and there are several other dentistries right around the corner from me. I'm certain that I'm getting the best at Riverside West and that's ultimately what matters. Dr.Kim is a nice guy, a funny guy, and he knows his craft. The staff is friendly and on point. First class all the way. This is my spot. He's my guy. I don't care what anyone says. My wife is very afraid of having dental work done but I assured her that it will be a great experience, and I know better than to lie to her ;) I think it's cliche and somewhat annoying when reviewers say something like "I wish I could give zero stars!" or "I wish I could give more than five stars" but in this case I think it's appropriate, and I'll say it: TEN STARS! A HUNDRED STARS! ALL THE STARS IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE! You get the point, now stop procrastinating and give them a call for an appointment. read more

Love this dental office Dr Kim is amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone! They follow up with you on time and help solve any problems you have 5 stars! read more

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! My boyfriend has to redo his root canal and several other cavities he had done here. Not only that but we are now paying care credit because it was a whopping bill. Still paying it for what....shitty work. They cover their ass when they make you sign that piece of paper before getting worked on. They can't get sued for shitty work. How do you sleep at night?? Please go back to school you clumsy idiot. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING WITH JUST ANY DENTIST! This one is horrible! You don't even deserve 1 star! Shame on you, I hope karma bites you in the ass read more

I went in for two wisdom teeth extractions and had heard horror stories from my friends of their experiences-- such as the tooth breaking mid extraction, excruciating pain or the doctor cutting bone to reach the tooth. So obviously I was pretty traumatized. I went in, got them extracted, and can say that I had no pain whatsoever, during or afterwards. read more
