Had the opportunity it's to take the riders safety course through RHD, and after riding with a permit for almost 20 years, I figured I knew quite a bit about it. The course was not only a great resource for a new rider, but was also able to teach some of us old dogs some new tricks. The staff was professional, very knowledgeable, and taught the course at a level that was very easy to understand and put into practice. I called to see if they had the bike i wanted and asked the sticker price. they gave me the sticker price which was $1.5k under everyone else so i made an appointment for the next day. When i arrived i saw the bike i wanted, with a price tag of $2.5K higher than they told me. Now i know that deals can be made but I feel like i was flat out lied to. Then when i asked for the person i made the appointment with i was told they weren't even at work that day. As someone who always keeps his appointments it was a little discouraging. However i was there to get a bike so they had another salesman talk to me, unfortunately i don't remember his name but he was great and extremely helpful. Finance was a different story. I told the man I had good credit and the interest rate i know i can get. After telling him I do not want him to run my credit 3 times he still asked for my social security number. I finally got him to run numbers without a credit check and it took three times negotiating back and forth to get the price of the bike that i was originally told. I tried to make a deal with some extra parts since i already had a deal with another dealership but they couldn't manage to get my monthly payments where i wanted, and when i told them another dealership did it he implied that i was lied to and it wasn't possible. Fine, i accept that they don't want to make a deal with me. Befor realizing the new bike wasn't going to happen at riverside i was looking at a used bike one model year older with low miles. After a good test ride i decided that maybe this would be a good bike for me. The finance guy came back with the price of the used bike HIGHER than the price of the new bike. And after he told me he couldn't work with me on the used bike price i decided to leave. They explained that the reason the price of the used bike being so high was because that was how much they paid for it to get the guy out of the loan since it was an almost new bike. SO your telling me you made a bad financial decision so now i have to? After asking for his "numbers worksheet" so i could think about it he told me "no, i'm not going to give you a tool to get a better price at another dealership". Overall this was just a horrible experience. Simply put this is a DEALERSHIP, not a HARLEY dealership. I've been to harley dealerships all over the country and they have always been extremely friendly, very helpful and NEVER pushy. The finance guy "D-Fish" was trying his best to not let me leave without making a purchase, even after I explained that I was in an accident and my previous bike was totaled and i had to wait on insurance. I know its his job and this is to be expected at a normal dealership but it just came off as rude and pushy. I guess its my fault for expecting the quality and friendship i've received at every Harley dealership besides this one. EDIT: also forgot to mention, that scheduled appointment was only after two phone calls and being put on hold and forgotten about for 5 minutes. Ok well it started a few months back when I purchased my 2018 Street Glide Anniversary Edition Harley which I was told I would get full trade in value for my bike, but that didn't happen. Next when I had made my decision to move forward anyway with my purchase I noticed two deep scratches, one on the front fender and one on the left side saddlebag. I was told they would order and replace both of them within 6 to 8 weeks. Here we are more than 3 months and still no parts. I have been by numerous times and seem to get the run around and everyone seems to pass the blame on someone else. I spoke with the manager and he said he is waiting on a "higher" manager? Well he is nowhere to be found and seems to be gone for the rest of the week. When will I get my parts? If I ever but another Harley it will not be from this dealer! read more

Wow! Didn't buy my bike here, but I wish I had. So I needed the 10k service, new rear tire and stage 1. All the other places wanted to keep my bike for a few days. I talked to Anthony in the service department "bring it down, hang out, we have lunch for the dealership, grab a bite and we'll get it done" true to his word. All done in a few hours. I did have an appointment, which helps. Roaming around the dealer with time to burn, you can tell the sales staff is on point! They come up to you, talk to you, offer test rides, I love that! They know I'm not going to buy a bike, but they still take the time to talk. I'd love a new bike! For sure the next bike is going to be from here! And when I got the "estimate" appraisal on my bike that was stolen it seemed really low for what my bike was really worth. I know shit happens but my story with Riverside Harley Davidson and their master mechanic Bob, (he sucks) ( the only other 2 hands that have ever touched my bike). I installed S&S 585 EZ start cams roller rockers new lifters with oriinal pushrods and she wouldn't start no spark I thought electrical but couldn't diagnose, so I had her towed to RHD finaly got call, will take 6 hours labor to investigate, ok sounds fair? I messed up. So I'm told all rocker and cover bolts were loose (nothing I touch is ever loose ask Brother) and he had to clearance rocker box's because the roller rocker were hitting keeping valve open. (no one I have talked to has heard of that) ok I messed up he had rocker, breathers n cover off, so now she runs but to much pressure guess oil?(did't say) so now want to take cam cover off an check inside. So now exhaust comes off to find scored oil pump. (it is). an says cam bearing not seated so now cuz rockers are back on I have to buy adjustable push rod kit total tab $1600+. I go pick her up ride home an close to home smell oil burning I think some one has a peice of shit going down road burning oil, pull into driveway an I see smoke coming from under tank it's my peice of shit burning oil leaking all over from rocker covers. (thanks Bob) I call Anthony he says they will come an pick it up. Well now I'm told that I inserted breathers in backwards? but wait master mechanic Bob had the whole rocker top end off? maybe that was the oil pressure problem? how do I know he didn't put in backwards?(and shouldn't a Master Mechanic check everything before reinstall) anyways he fixed it I guess(another 38$ for parts) but here is why I am posting this. I get her back and ride to TMC shop to get her dynoed, runs great. 108lbs 97 hp. Now me and Anne Holden go to Vegas last weekend notice leg got hot in 29 palms on way home, (no biggy its a Harley and we were riding hard) then I go to ride her yesterday and I can't believe I have a rear exhaust leak at the head. Thank you Bob. you are definitely not a master at anything and he also cut my insulating material off the wires that plug into the map sensor and wrapped in electrical tape which has since unravelled an looks like shit. so here I am now pissed because of the shitty work RHD and Bob does and I'm changing both gaskets my self. thank you Riverside Harley Davidson. After sharing my concerns with both the owner, and Doug the GM, they made good on getting me in, and getting to the bottom of my electrical issue that kept blowing my accessory fuse. i Was interested in a 2017 breakout and dealt with Fernando (the sales person) he was great and very responsive. He sent me pictures (since I never saw the bike in person) and was a pleasure to deal with. We had a deal done with the sales manager Philip and I went down there today he said the payment went up even though we agreed on a payment. he had the balls to say that he told me the higher payment over the phone even though we never spoke about it. Even Fernando told him that we agreed to a different payment. While he was looking for the bike I came to look at, I found my way to the parts department seeking to purchase a helmet for my future bike. I met a super nice lady. She was very sincere and seemed to care about my safety and we picked out the perfect Helmet. She asked me questions and said I have the perfect person for you to talk too. She wanted to introduce me to a woman service advisor named Dana I believe, who was an experienced woman motorcycle rider. She took the time to come and talk to me and made me feel so much more comfortable with my decision to purchase a motorcycle. Smitty brought the bikes. He had me sit on every bike to see which one was best fit for me. He was patient and answered all my questions. He had outstanding customer service as well as everyone else there. I'm a fairly young buyer (Mid 30's) and I have bought multiple cars and motorcycle from private party and dealership transactions and had my share of ups and downs but the experience I received from this dealership was by far the worst of my life. Mary was exceptional, she was thorough and always called back and was very communicative my problem lies with Richard the Sales Manager. Around 9am I asked Mary for an out the door price on a bike they had listed online. Working for a bank I am aware of closing fees, DMV fees, etc. so I was looking for an out the door price or a ballpark idea so I can have my local Credit Union issue a cashiers check so I can get a better interest rate and also make it a seamless sale for the dealership when I arrived. Additionally, I live 6 hours from the Riverside Harley Davidson location meaning it would be an all-day trip for this purchase. Mary transferred me to Richard he seemed to have no interest in speaking with me or trying to generally work with me over the phone. His outlook was "if you're not standing in front of me to make a deal then your not important!" I filled him in of my conversation with Mary and what I was looking for. He stated, "we can't hold the bike for you, its store policy." I told him I was not asking him to do so. Just trying to get an idea on a closing out the door price so I can get a check made, if my check was more then they could reimburse the difference back to me. He stated: I have multiple deals on my desk at the moment I'll have to call you back. 2 hours pass and no call back. I call back the 3rd hour (noon) and I got the same run around. He stated this time that he is working with other clients and that he believes to be "working a deal on that bike already" ill have to call you back. 3 hours go by and still no call back.  I call back at 3pm stating that my credit union closes in 2 hours and I just need a general idea and he stated again that he can't hold the bike for me. I told him again that I was not asking him to do so and he said he needed to finish up the deal on his desk and call me back. 5:30pm rolled around and not once through this whole ordeal did he EVER call me back. NOT ONCE! This is one of the worst experiences in my life, I have never been treated like this before and made me feel like my time or my money didn't matter to him. To top it all off the bike I was asking about was still available online for the week to follow. (no deal was being made). This experience has ruined my buying experience of my first Harley Davidson. If you have the option to visit other dealerships, please try to do so. Go somewhere that actually cares about you the customer. read more

My husband and I just recently purchased a new HD a few days ago and he wanted to take me for a ride but of course I have to make sure that we have the right gear to do that so we decided to have some retail therapy at the Riverside HD. We met Jen in the clothing department and she approached us with her smiling face; she helped us find the best jackets, motorcycle chaps , helmets, MC gloves and many more. We've checked out the store to find the best outfit that would work best for me and my husband and Jen was so helpful in finding us the best value for our money and made sure she applied all the possible discounts we can get. She was very patient and extremely helpful and knows all the products too well. She educated us that HD outfits are great because they offer a 5 year warranty which is super duper awesome. Went to check out a used street bob. Had an appointment. They sold the bike prior to my arrival and it sucked watching the guy ride away on the bike I drove there for. Gabriel was very cool but I never got a call from Wendy to say "hey, we no longer have the bike". I get it, they still want a sale. I ended up liking both the street bob and the softail slim. Started playing with numbers and they wanted 369 a month for 72 months with 2,000 down... That's 26,568 in payments and 2k out of my pocket up front so almost 29k for a bike that is 14,500??? Sure my credit isn't fantastic but seriously? WTF? I thought the dealership was cool until they play the numbers game. Keep in mind they get a cut from the bank. They offer low prices on used bikes to draw you in and then pull the bait and switch into a new bike. I'll just save a little longer and buy private party. Their website had 6 used street bob's listed and they didn't have one on the lot. They barely list their prices, it's all a selling game they do and try and get you into a new bike. I don't mind new but I'm not paying 30k for a bike that's 15 grand. No thanks Riverside Harley I'll take my business elsewhere. You should seriously update your site each and every time a bike is sold. Drove an hour and a half for a bike that was sold when I had an appointment. read more

While on vacation our 2006 Softail Heritage Classic decided it wanted to stay in Nebraska, so we started looking on the web for a replacement, Riverside Harley had tons of great bikes, so we made a 75 mile trek down to Riverside HD and walked around feasting on the great bikes around the store. We went inside and met Mike Willis a very knowledgeable salesman who showed around looking at some nice fine previously owned and cared for Harleys. We went in and we also saw the great number of new bikes that Riverside HD had to offer, it was fantastic! My old bike was Red/Black two-tone, and we were looking at 2 bikes, 2014 Heritage Classic, and the 2014 Road King. We went home and talked about it, and looked around at our local dealers, the biggest difference I noticed right off the bat is the number of new bikes that Riverside HD has to offer, and the choices of colors, they had more than 1 of everything in almost what ever color you wanted. We had returned on Sunday (I with boots, gloves, helmet, same for the wife) and we moved toward the Ultra-limited. Mike was very knowledgeable about Ultra- and offer to allow us to Test ride the bike, so we (my wife and I after signing the waiver) donned our helmets and Mike took us on a little tour around Riverside The Bike is everything we were looking for...While we are coming from an 2006 Softail Heritage Classic, our main riding pleasure is to take road trips, the Ultra-Limited has all the bells and whistles, rides smooth, and comfortable. Once we decided this was the bike for us, while the sales staff was working out the details, they gave us a tour of the shop, motor clothes, sales department, parts department, Service Department, everyone was so helpful and we were very pleased. This was not my first Harley, not sure if it will be my last, but I am sure of this, it is a great bike, I am very pleased with the dealer and all the sales staff we met, Paige over in motor clothes helped my wife find just what she was looking for & I must have tried on 15 helmets and did buy a new one to go with the new bike, I got a new Denim long sleeve shirt, and my wife picked up some new boots. if you are looking for something and you have an idea of what you want, Riverside Harley Davidson will have the bike you want, and the sales staff and service staff to help you make a confident purchase! Bought a 2020 Street Bob in the end of September and during negotiations the staff were rude. The person in finance actually said I was a pain in the ass because I wanted the lowest rate offered by Harley at the time (3.99% and I have an 800 credit score) they wanted to give me a 7.99 and I wasn't having it. Anyway against my better judgement I went back today with my brother to get him and my dad a bike. I did research on what the dealers pay for use trades on KBB and I offered around 1750 over what was the average trade in value and I was willing to negotiate, keep in mind there are no sticker prices on their used bikes. I went back and fourth negotiating the new bike before we started with the used. The sales manager Richard E. came out when it was time to talk about the used and he was immediately unprofessional. He started off my asking who the negotiator was because it was me and my bro there. I said me and then he asked what my bro and I did for a living. I thought why does that matter but I answered him and told him that I'm in Medical school and my bro is applying for Physician assistant school. He then went on to say that he wanted to come out and find out where I was getting my numbers on the offer for the used bike and I told him KBB. He said that I must have pulled that number out of my ass so we went back and fourth with me telling him that he was calling me a liar and basically that I must be stupid for making that offer (that is why he asked what we do for a living, he was basically saying we must be uneducated or something). He didn't even want to negotiate with me and just said we're way too far apart. They were selling the used bike with a trade in value of 11000 for19000 by the way which is about what they cost new. Another thing they did was sell the bike my brother wanted which was a new street glide right out from under us to some people who came in and started dealing after we did. They said they found another one but we were going to have to wait for it. My brother and I went to Quaid Harley in loma linda and bought two bike just like we had planned. Do not go to riverside Harley. The same street glide my brother wanted was about 1500 lower on the dealer markup at Quaid and just for fun I was looking at the other prices and they were all consistently around 1500 cheaper at Quaid. Your over paying if you go here trust me Quaid is only about 20 min away from riverside H-D. It's worth calling them or taking drive if you don't believe me. read more

This dealership has been very helpful. I have been dealing with "Fast Frede". Prime example: it is 7:45pm and he is texting me letting me know what I need to do to get on either my 883 or Street Bob. He has been available like this on several occasions. Frede, Josh, Kevin, Hogan have been very helpful, answering any questions I had at any time, letting me sit on some bikes, letting me try one with mini apes and I realize how much I like the apes on the Street bob. So now I just have to decide between the two bikes (billiard blue on the Bob). I've always heard that Harley salesmen are "pushy or aggressive." Not so much. I like dealing with them and would recommend them to anyone. And I can't forget about "Stretch". He's a pretty good dude. And of course, when I get mine, they are hoping I will ride West Coast Thunder. Harley-Davidson normally helps out veterans anyway. So that kinda sold me on them anyway. Hopefully some of the guys at Riverside Harley can get some mention from their managers. I love the Street Bob. Opinions? read more

I recently took their CMSP rider course with Brian, Dave, and Jim and found it to be a great experience. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging. They manage to expertly tiptoe the fine line of making the course fun while also ensuring everyone is safe--not easy to do when herding 10+ people who typically have little to no experience on motorcycles. Having never ridden a motorcycle, I naturally went in with some trepidation. After 2 days under these Gentlemen's tutelage I feel like I have the confidence to safely ride just about anything on two wheels. 10/10 will be back for more advanced courses. read more

Worst place ever stay away. Melissa from sales continuously harasses me after I visited their website. If this is a tactic to get you to buy something from them they are sorely mistaken. I complained to management and they won't stop her from harassing me. I am currently complaining to Harley Davidson directly. read more
