I struggled while writing this review. They are nice people I dealt with. BUT...I had to go out…read moreof town to have emergency surgery. A message had been sent to this business regarding the paperwork and license plates. I never received necessary items (paperwork)to carry in the car. (meaning I did not receive the paperwork and the license plates you carry in the car)...I am not talking about any paperwork that had been sent to me. They were suppose to submit the paperwork to DMV so DMV could process everything and then send me the license plates. They did not finish thier job of licensing this vehicle for me. Instead, they sent paperwork to me for me to do it. That is not my job when a vehicle is bought from a dealership. Yes, they have proof of sending the things - paperwork and I was suppose to go to DMV they said to "finish their job" in licensing the car. They are continuint to claim that I said I never received paperwork. I NEVER receeived the license plates and the paperwork that goes with that AFTER the DMV had processed the paperwork. Instead, like I have already said, they sent me paperwork to do THEIR job. I don't understand how those thiings work. I didn't want to put this out there but here it goes. I had to have life saveing emergency surgery while this was all happening. I had appointed someone to handle my affairs while I was in ICU. I am not saying I NEVER received the initial paperwork. I am saying I NEVER received the LICENSE PLATES. I have had the car a few months. Also, when I test drove the car the tire pressure indicator light was on constantly, no blinking and was told "Oh, the guys probably broke the sensor when putting new tires on." They NEVER fixed it. There was also the "maintenence due" light on. NOTHING was said about that. Yes, I tried to point it out to her but she waved her hand away like it was NOT an issue. After I got in the car and to the red light, I noticed there was only 1/4 tank of gas in the vehicle and I had been told it was a full tank. It wasn't. I was so worried I would not be able to find a gas station in time - before running out of gas. Back to the paperwork for a moment...I have been communicating with them via text messages explaining my limited income and financial challenges right now. I never got the title and I told them that. They are positive the title was IN all the stuff they went me. I want to sell or trade the car in but can't until I get the title. They know this. They told me they are "compassionate" to my situation but they are refusing to get another title for me and send it to me so I can get this nightmare behind me. I am 70 years old. WHY was I treated like this? I don't have the money to get another title and they had also told me the title came with the car was a "new" title because the car had been in an accident previously and someone in their departments had "miss filled out the title paperwork" so they had to "just get a new one". I am so confused over that one. My finances are very limited right now due to social security disability treasury department changing financial institutions and us social security people have to wait 3 months for our money to start coming in again with direct deposits. They changed debit cards on me also. As nice as they are as people, I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone nor will I ever buy another car from them. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Be careful when buying a vehicle! **All I was asking them to do was get another title for me to replace the one I don't have. I have looked through everything they had sent me and the title is NOT in that envelope. All I wanted and still want is a title. WHY is it so difficult for them to do this for me? I do not understand. I stand by this review. All they need to do is send me a replacement title. Once I received that title, i would state it here. ***A little note about me supposedly saying I did not receive the documents. I never said I didn't receive some of the documents. I NEVER received the TITLE that was suppose to be in those documents. I know the check was received while I was in the ICU. I found out after leaving the ICU that the check had been deposited into my checking account. That is not in question. Nor is it a problem...problem is in there not being a title in that paperwork. It can be easily missed when putting together a bunch of paperwork to mail to someone. It can happen when anything is mailed. In this instance, instead of it being non important piece of paper, it was the title. Again, all I was asking for was a title copy to be gotten and mailed to me.

Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive until approximately 7:45 PM, nearly two hours after the agreed-upon window. The communication and delivery process only became more frustrating from there. On Thursday at 3:12 PM, I received a text asking whether Friday or Saturday would work for delivery. I responded that Friday would be great, but Saturday would also be acceptable. Now I am being told that my vehicle may not arrive until Monday, June 29. The repeated schedule changes, lack of reliability, and inability to provide accurate delivery timelines have made this experience extremely disappointing. As a customer, I adjusted my schedule multiple times to accommodate the transportation company, but the same courtesy was not extended in return. If you rely on your vehicle arriving when promised, I would recommend looking elsewhere. BEWARE.
