What stood out most was that he didn't just disappear after the deal was done he actually followed up and added helpful details about service and maintenance afterward, which you don't always see. The finance team was smooth and straightforward, making the process way less stressful than expected. And two weeks later, I even got a follow-up from both the service team and finance team just to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of care and communication really sticks with you. Overall, just a solid, positive experience from start to finish. Definitely felt taken care of looking fwd to working with them again for another car. They offer a battery4life warranty I'm looking forward to discussing in more detail later :)

We canceled the warranty on a vehicle 4/6/26 in writing sent to the email address they provided us with. Well they've been giving us the run around. Called the warranty company they said they aren't even the ones that refund the money. The dealership is and the dealership never actually contacted them to cancel our contract. I purchased a Land Rover Defender from Diplomat Motors (DP). The staff was friendly for the most part, and the facility itself is beautiful and gives a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the experience with the vehicle has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, the check engine light came on. DP did address this by replacing a sensor at no cost, which I appreciated. However, the issues didn't stop there. The vehicle continued to shake when braking, which led me to have it independently inspected, something I now wish I had done before purchasing. That inspection revealed multiple leaks and additional concerns that should have been identified during routine maintenance. Given that DP provided maintenance records and also worked on the vehicle (including the O2 sensor repair), it's concerning that these issues were either missed or not disclosed. These are not minor problems, they are things a thorough inspection should have caught. To make matters worse, I purchased a $5,000 warranty, yet the car has already been in the shop three times, costing me over $1,600 out of pocket for repairs that were not covered. Overall, while the customer service and presentation were solid, the condition of the vehicle and lack of transparency around its true mechanical state have made this a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle from DP. If that's what you decide to do.

If a problem occurs, there is no information provided there about who to call or a button to press for assistance. We've been using this location (and some of their others) for some time because a touchless car wash is preferred. We know how it usually works. Typically, it does a fair job, but this review specifically addresses our visit on 5/3/2026 when we paid $23.86 (including tax) for their premium wash. The announcement kept telling us to pull forward and didn't ever detect our large Ford Edge slowly moving forward and tell us to stop, and it just switched to saying exit. We were robbed of our money with no immediate recourse. We hung around for a minute fuming and warned off another person who came by, then headed home. I went to their website kirklandpremiercarwash.com and filled out the "Get in Touch" form. (While online I also noted others complaining about their money being taken with no wash on the Facebook Camas & Washougal Community Discussion.) A week later, since there was no response to my online contact form, I called in and the lady on the phone acknowledged they had to send a technician out for an issue on that date. I asked for our money back and she said something about having problems with the computer needed to issue refunds. She took my name and number and as of this date we still have not been issued a refund. As a result, we entered a dispute with our credit card company. Interestingly, the card we filed a dispute with no longer works at their car washes.

I added a quart of oil and then proceeded on my way. Another 300 miles go by and then the same message appears. This is very odd so I do some investigating and I realize that this is a big problem. I call around to mechanics and Audi of Beaverton just to tell me that this issue is very serious and they quote me close to $7000 to fix it. I call John at bellus and he proceeds to call me a lier and says that I am making this up. Starts cussing at me while I haven't misspoken to him once throughout the phone call. Now I am out of $9,500. This is a complete scam in my opinion because I truly think that they knew about this problem.

The truck was clean, but not detailed, so I could see the bumps and bruises. We agreed on a fair price on my trade in, as well as some work I wanted done. Picked it up a week later; everything was done. Two weeks later a thump developed, took it back and we found an issue (carrier bearing), which we repaired. The shop did a good job and no issues sense. I paid for the repair and John paid for the part that he felt they should have seen during inspection. Straight shooters. I didn't expect a new car, didn't pay a new car price and the truck has exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend them for people who understand that used cars, are used cars..not new cars with lower prices. I'd buy from them again.

My original pickup date was scheduled for June 22. Prior to pickup, the company contacted me and asked if I could move the pickup date and time to accommodate their driver. Although it was an inconvenience, I agreed to have my vehicle picked up on Father's Day between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to help them out. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive until approximately 7:45 PM, nearly two hours after the agreed-upon window. The communication and delivery process only became more frustrating from there. On Thursday at 3:12 PM, I received a text asking whether Friday or Saturday would work for delivery. I responded that Friday would be great, but Saturday would also be acceptable. Now I am being told that my vehicle may not arrive until Monday, June 29. The repeated schedule changes, lack of reliability, and inability to provide accurate delivery timelines have made this experience extremely disappointing. As a customer, I adjusted my schedule multiple times to accommodate the transportation company, but the same courtesy was not extended in return. If you rely on your vehicle arriving when promised, I would recommend looking elsewhere. BEWARE. Based on my experience, I would not use Skyy Transport LLC or Auto Shipping Group again, nor would I recommend them to family, friends, or colleagues.
