So yesterday afternoon we drove to Barron's Auto Sales and Details. It was pretty much love at first sight. My soon to be 2010 Ford Escape was just sitting there all golden and gleaming in the sunshine peeking through the clouds. We got the keys and me and my dad took it for a little test drive. I felt right at home sitting behind the wheel. My dead was impressed with the way it drove. We both agreed I should buy it. My finances were limited as I haven't been paid for my beloved 06. We went into the office and met Hugo Lara and discussed a price we were both happy with. I'm almost embarrassed to admit this but I've never bought a car on my own. Ive always used my own money but my dad has always been there and I'm so grateful for that. So I thought I was going into this with pre approval. Nope. So I'm also grateful for Mr. Lara for giving me a brief education on how pre approval works and his efforts to secure an auto loan for me with a reasonable monthly payment and interest rate.
