It is the most convenient location for me in regards to work, so I frequent it more out of necessity than anything. At least it is clean, orderly and generally very efficient at processing any sort of transaction. I would rate Columbia Credit Union five stars over any other bank I've ever frequented, so it has that going for it. Just make sure that any special transactions are followed up on, or you might find yourself picking up the pieces afterward.

Sure wish I could have bought a car from him. The car-buying process in the U.S. is stressful, usually adversarial, and hardly ever pleasant. It's an unhappy process for the most part. Salesmen like Mr. Granziero are the solution.

This has been by far the worst financial service every encountered in over 30 years of banking. In…read moreapplying for a VA loan, documents were repeatedly lost with some having to be submitted up to three times before they figured out how to keep track of them. In opening a required account for this loan, no account numbers were forwarded to me, however they were quick to send out the first billing statement 60 days prior to when the first payment was due. Justine Anderson was the loan officer and she continually proved that customer service is not a required asset to work for this bank. This was a charming way to treat a retired veteran with 28 years service. In calling the bank (as setting up auto bill pay was not allowed unless signing up under the aforementioned account that no one provided us documents for, they couldn't find the bank account number with the loan number. I have to have the bank account number in order to do this. I had banked with US Bank in the 80's and found them impersonal back then. Giving them another chance was clearly a mistake. Sadly, I'll day that I'll take Wells Fargo over USB any day...

I replied with I was actually wanting to buy a Honda. I was in the Honda motorcycle section for about 30 minutes and finally left as that was the only interaction I had with any employees. Stopped in again the following Thursday with my girlfriend and was greeted by a sales manager eating a sandwich. He handed me off to an employee decked out in Honda gear so I assumed he knew about hondas. He was kind of blowing me off when I was asking about mini motors for my girl. The 2026 Honda nc750 that I was look for for myself he said they did not exist. We went to Columbia river motorspors the following week and walked out the door with a 2026 Honda nc759 ( the bike he said did not exist). Going back to Columbia River motor sports this week to get the mini moto for my girl. Also buying $4k worth of accessories for my bike and installation from Columbia River motor sports. All maintenance will be done there as well
