I bought my KTM 150sx from them. I had added some modifications and upgrades to it also. The sale and parts person I worked with were great and helpful in helping me build the perfect new bike. The price was great, I shortly had a life changing accident after I bought it and was able to sell it for what I owed no problem because the price was fair and not inflated. I think it was Jeremy and Mitch who I worked with and they were great. I no longer ride but If I did, I would definitely buy from them again. I highly recommended working with Gresham Powersports, I also trust their knowledge and feedback on what to do and community resources who can provide that help for you. I never thought I would need to have a brand new bike torn down, but turns out you should and it's important. Bikes don't come from the factory all lubed and ready to ride. Purchased my 2016 KTM 1290 SA from Gresham Power Sports when they were still located on Powell Blvd. Originally I put down a deposit on a 2015 model but it turned out their inventory was off so they didn't have a 2015. The owner at the time offered to get me a 2015 from Bend or he would sell me a 2016 at cost + $100 - excellent customer service. The reason for two stars is the repair shop and their lack of attention to detail. Every time they worked on my bike it would come back with a new problem, usually something simple that could be avoided: forgetting to turn on both petcocks after removing and replacing the fuel tank, the first time I ran out of gas and figured out the problem after having the bike towed home, the second time I checked before leaving the dealership; I bought new tires from them at the endo of 2019, they messed up the front tire installation and it had a slow leak - I took it to an independent motorcycle tire shop who fixed the problem. I had hoped to start taking it to See See KTM, but it appears that COVID put them out of business. I will not be going back to Gresham Power Sports again. read more

I bought one of their utv's, it was a huge mistake. It turns out they are Chinese made knockoffs that are very poor quality. No one sells parts and I can't find anyone that will service it. Gresham PowerSports won't work on it, I guess they already made their money on it. It was fun for the first year until it started breaking. Now it's just garbage with no resale value. After researching UTVs for the last few months, I decided to go with a Massimo Alli700. The only place in my area that carried this style is Gresham Power Sports. I checked the website and saw that they had some in stock and were having a sale event on them. It's an hour and a half drive for me to get there, but heck they have the one I want and it's a sale so here we go.... I should have saved myself the trip. I show up on the lot and was greeted by Scott (probably the only thing decent there) and was informed that they don't stock Massimo anymore. I pointed out that it says they have them in stock on their website and he said, "well we can still order them". So he starts to show me some of the " similar " ones they have. Now I understand it's an off road vehicle and it's intended to get dirty,but when I buy one brand new, I would expect it to be somewhat clean (at least in the last week). All the bikes and UTVs on the lot were covered in dust and dirt and had started to rust. It was obvious that they have been sitting outside for sometime. The rubber was beginning to fade and there was even soggy half decaying leaves in the water filled cupholder. I popped the engine compartment and could see rusted connectors and debris sitting on the engine compartment. I asked Scott if they order ones that are purchased or do they sell off the lot. He informed me that they sell off the lot. I found this crazy as they were asking 10k for a rusted dirty products. He informed me that they would wash it for me and I asked if they would replace all the rusted parts as well and he didn't answer. I asked him about some add ons and he had to go To check if they would work on the utv I was looking at. When he came back out, some person (who I imagine was the manager) yelled at Scott "Sale, sale, sale". Soooo I have a clear understanding that I am not a customer to these folks I am a Sale..... Then they tried to tell me that the utv wouldn't fit into the back of my truck and would roll out if I hit a bump. That's funny cause I have carried UTVs in my truck before and they fit. Oh and only an idiot wouldn't strap the thing in. Well not this time and not ever. Unfortunately for them I had the cash in my pocket to buy one today. So I walk into Gresham KTM this past summer looking for a bike. Kevin was new at the time and helped sell me a BRAND NEW KTM 250 XC-W TPI with only 5 hours on it. Don't ask me how a brand new dirtbike gets 5 hours on it but it's pretty awesome to have to do an oil change before you get to do your first ride. So after my first oil change I got to take if for a ride and it runs like total shit. I didn't freak out I went home did some research, cleaned the air filter and changed the spark plug. Took it for a ride the next day and again it runs like shit. Called service and talked to Nathan and said bring it in. So I work 4x10 and Monday's are my day off so I take off 1/2 a day from work to drive the 45 minutes each way from Beaverton to Gresham and drop the bike off. Nathan calls me a few days later and says it's ready. So I drive the 45 minutes to the shop then the 1:30 to the trails only to find out it still runs like shit. Take it back again after taking off more time from work. Nathan calls me a few days later saying it's ready so I go pick it up and same situation. Still runs like shit. Took off more time from work and dropped it off for the 3rd time. Nathan calls a few days later saying it's ready. Go for a ride and guess what? Still runs like shit. By now I'm fuming so I take it to another shop 100 miles away and drop it off. They call me a few days later and say it's fixed. I go pick it up and it's running perfect. Now a couple months go by and I'm ready to buy another bike (I usually buy 2-3 bikes a year). I tell Nathan I want a 2019 KTM 350 XC-F you guys are selling for $8399 for $7500 for all the BS I went through with the TPI. Mitch tells me that price is the best they can do over and over as I try to explain that me having to deal with that busted POS new TPI bike that had 5 hours on it was unacceptable. After a few texts back and forth with Mitch I gave up and bought a new bike somewhere else. I will NEVER shop at Gresham KTM again. Not onto my experience with Marge the parts lady. So I just spent $8500 in there on a new broken bike and had a bunch of parts I was going to buy with my discount. Marge the ex truck driver tells me I get a 10% discount. I laugh because when I was shopping one of her buddies was in there returning some riding pants and then she gives him a 20% discount on the parts he buys. So I put back the $500 in parts I was going to buy and tell her I can get a better discount than that online. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post this to let people know Gresham KTM only cares about making a buck and not at all about the customer. read more

I bought my first bike at Gresham Powersports and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I came down from Vancouver and visited several other dealers that seemed more interested in selling me what they had in stock rather than what fit the style of riding I wanted to do. It felt like the traditional car buying experience. But here things were different. Scott took the time to answer all my questions (over a couple hours) to make sure that I was purchasing the right bike for my skill level and what I wanted to do (KTM 390 Adv). He didn't upsell me, and didn't try to sell me something that was out of my skillset. He took the time in order for me to be comfortable with my purchase, no pressure, it was a relaxed and fun experience. I really love motorcycling and so do the guys here. I found the same with the extra parts I purchased from Grady, they give you 20% off parts and accessories from the same manufacturer of your new bike. I had the parts put on by the service guys and Nathan took the time to show me some maintenance techniques. Won't go back! First I called the parts department and the lady that answered pick up the phone said hold and then hung up on me. I called right back, same lady answered the phone and said WILL YOU PLEASE HOLD? I said yeah as long as you don't.... click on hold. I'm baffled that someone that works in customer service has ZERO customer service capabilities and is able to keep their job, especially one a child could do better and be friendlier. So I hold for 17 minutes then decide to take the 35 minute drive to see if they had a specific battery I needed for the bike I was working on. I get there and this kid is hustling trying to help customers while the devil lady is sitting there on her computer, 5 people in line she doesn't look up once. So after about 20 minutes the kid finally gets to me and is very helpful and a pleasure to work with, I spend $148 on a new grips and a battery not knowing if it would fit or not because they didn't have the one I needed but was in a jam and thought I would try a little bigger one. Got back home, battery doesn't fit, I call devil lady answers proceeds to tell me electrical cannot be returned, I said i just bought it 40 minutes ago its brand new in the box. Guess what? CLICK! She hangs up. So I'm stuck with a brand new $120 battery that barely made it out of the box? I called and spoke to Mitch in sales right afterwards, nice guy. He says bring it in we will take care of you. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've had a poor experience with the mean lady in the parts department. I can't believe how rude she is. This company doesn't deserve to be in business and won't be getting any of my business and I will spread the word to everyone I know. Pretty sad Amazon has better customer service and I hope the owner does something about it. read more

almost 2 hour round trip to these folks. Buy two parts, one part is wrong part. They had a 50/50 shot at getting it right Brembo or Madura. I told them Madura. They gave me Brembo. Stupid on my part to not look in the bag to double check. Then the other part was missing a piece. Now must waste another 2 hours going back. 0 for 2... Wait for it... to top this off had scheduled a service appointment. I confirmed the service appointment. The day of the appointment they said no, it was yesterday. Now cannot get you in for another 3 weeks they say. Strike Out! Do I need to say this... won't be going back. Idiots. read more
