2023 Ktm Duke 390

My buying experience with Gresham power sports couldn't have been any easier! Nate helped me out, whom has great knowledge and is very easy to talk to which made my buying process that much easier. The day I picked up my bike it was all ready to go thanks to the techs for all the preparation. 10/10 would buy again from here

The first time I rode it, breaking it in at Cline Butte
Jessy M.

I bought my KTM 150sx from them. I had added some modifications and upgrades to it also. The sale and parts person I worked with were great and helpful in helping me build the perfect new bike. The price was great, I shortly had a life changing accident after I bought it and was able to sell it for what I owed no problem because the price was fair and not inflated. I think it was Jeremy and Mitch who I worked with and they were great. I no longer ride but If I did, I would definitely buy from them again. I highly recommended working with Gresham Powersports, I also trust their knowledge and feedback on what to do and community resources who can provide that help for you. I never thought I would need to have a brand new bike torn down, but turns out you should and it's important. Bikes don't come from the factory all lubed and ready to ride. Spend the time and love to make your bike the best!

Loaded a 70cc and 125cc in the back of the jeep with enough room for the dog!

Epic bike selection and they have had the good parts I've needed. I'll definitely keep going there

You can't get better than this. Spoke with Erik about a possible Wrangler JK engine replacement due…read moreto the engine being "full of salt water". Regular service place (not Jeep specialists) considered it likely a replacement. Erik could have sold me a new engine & the labor for it, but instead told me just to flush & replace all the fluids and it'd be good. This kind of honesty is the kind of place you want to trust with your Jeep and your money.

Bought a brand new Jeep the other day and searched Craigslist for a lift kit. The Offroad Shop had…read morea listing for two kits so I headed out to check them out. Dirty shop down a gravel road off the beaten path, but that's forgivable. Friendly employee (owner, probably?) greets me. I'm quickly told that he doesn't actually have the kits that he is offering. That's pretty disappointing. Next I'm told that he has the kit one day away in one of his five warehouses. I clarify, you mean in a wholesale warehouse? Nope, he claims that he has five warehouses OF HIS OWN, and that the nearest one is apparently one day away. WTF? It's pretty obvious that he doesn't have the resources to own five warehouses full of inventory and couldn't be honest enough to admit it. I can't stand dishonesty. If he lists items for sale that he doesn't actually have, then claims to own property that he obviously does not, how could I ever trust that he would be honest brought to back up the retail sales or labor that I was ready to pay for? I ended up paying a little more to order a better kit online. It will be here in one day. Funny how that works.

He made it simple and narrowed down my options to what I wanted exactly and gave space/time to choose. He's a friendly guy with a good spirit & exciting attitude during the whole buying process and every time I see him. Parts: Miles has helped me not only figure out what parts/tools I ever needed, he has gone above and beyond by giving me advice and knowledge and answers any question I have about motorcycles, even though he is very busy. He is a hardcore motorcycle enthusiast with lots of experience. I really appreciate having that resource. Searching up answers on the internet can be confusing/unclear and he has helped me solve a few tough questions I've had. Service: Matt helped me take care of a recall service extremely quickly and made it easy as possible by allowing me to text him pictures of parts, confirming I needed the recall. This helped me save time. I called their service department literally first thing in the morning at 09:01 am and Matt answered with a great attitude and 2 days later my bike had gotten serviced, (much quicker than expected.) All three of these gentlemen I feel comfortable to ask anything I want or need and I know they will get back to me with the answer once they have the time, and usually very quickly

I recently bought a Yamaha R3 from you guys and I did not have a great experience at the least…read more Got my credit app filled out one evening and was told all the paperwork should be ready to go the next day after I get off work (at 5). Which I did indeed get a call that it was approved and that they would have a paperwork ready by the time I get there. I get there about 5:30 and then proceeded to wait about an hour until they bring me back to finish paperwork to let me know that we can't complete the purchase until the next day because they needed my pay stub. Which then they proceeded, after I provided my pay stub mind you, to say we could not complete the purchase that evening because I needed to be reapproved? It sounded like I wasn't originally approved since they wouldn't let me finish the paperwork to bring the bike home that night. I just haven't ever had an experience buying something and it taking as long as it did. If I would have known I would have just gotten approved through my own bank. When you finance through them it's supposed to be "easier" and "faster" isn't it ? I bought my car from a Honda dealership at 7 o clock at night and they had me in and out within an hour. I was only pre-approved for that loan. Come to find out my credit was ran 3 different times by 3 different people. (See screenshot) Why was that? And on top of that the financial advisor was trying to talk down on my credit because of a credit card that isn't even mine is almost maxed out. I'm young my parents put me under their credit card previously to get me some sort of credit score. But it's not ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. Also thought I would mention that once I provided my paystub they tried to hint at it not being my pay stub since it didn't directly have YTD on it. My job uses Inuit for our pay stubs btw. Fairly common app that is used when paying employees I guess all I am getting at is I wish things were handled much differently and I will not be buying from you guys again any time soon.

I had a bad experience at a tigard dealership and recently answered an additional in craigs list for an advertise price which was totally a lie at an emclaw Washington dealer when he added $2500 to the out the door price, offering me $2500 Trade in on my 2016 kodiak utility.it had mud lite tires 80 percent left on it, aluminum wheels, wench, heavy duty hitch an hour meter since new 98 percent oil changes done at 50 to 60 hours I know a dealer has to make a profit on a trade in but my plastics were good serviced it to last another 10 years. I decided to drop by fairview yamaha motor sports and show him the deal the Washington dealer tried to pull on me. He also had a loaded 2025 matching the Washington one in Washington but out the door it was priced $2000 cheaper and also both 2025 were brand new. I didnt know Dan's name at the time the owner but he had always given me a veterans discount on parts and I knew I was in the right place I told him I would be buying my stuff there and some service on the new one when I needed thier expertise he gave me $500 more on my trade in than any of the other dealers had. I thought on his offer over night and took the deal on the grizzly camo 700. He saw a picture of my quad only at that time I called him the following day as they were closed Monday. I told him I was on my way from yamhill to fairview to trade in my quad, it would take me 1 1/2 hours to get there. When I drove into thier lot I noticed the 2026 grizzly 700 camo was in the service bay Dan came out while I was unloading my kodiak had a service guy test ride my old quad. It met thier expectations and they got the new grizzly loaded while my wive drove 10 minutes from our gresham home paid for it. I signed the paper work in 5 minutes and we're basically on our way home. Bought a lot of motorcycles and cars in 60 years but never had a more pleasurable no bull crap deal than with Dan at Yamaha Sports Plaza in Fairview skip the other dealers in Oregon and Wasington. His quads are each priced on thier tags and it is out the door no bull trap . Plus around $350 incidental registration and title fees taxes. I had forgotten to take off a wire harness called Dan the following TuesdaY mentioned it to him told him I had left a phone message with the company to buy a new one but wasn't sure I could still buy one for my dump trailer. Told him I would call him back if I needed to make arrangements to recover my old one. A day later I bought a new one but forgot to call Dan I didnt need to get the old one but Dan in the mean time had his service man take my glove box and plastics off and remove my cable and up and down button off the handle bars and battery and I could come pick it up no charge. Who in this world still gives this kind of service need I say it Fairview Yamaha Sports Plaza and Dan the owner AAA Plus Operation!!!!!!! over at least 8 or 9 years the cost of repairs were reasonable as well. It is the only place to buy a new rig in my opinion an honest and reliable operation

There was a small hiccup but ultimately Dan stepped up and made it work. He is a man of his word.read more
