What happened to my car that led me to this shop: I accidentally placed my battery incorrectly in and it completely made my car die, I couldn't turn it on. So the nearest place was this auto shop, and I had to return to work so I had no other choice but to go here. I let them know "I live up here on the hill, I'll be there in a few min and have the car towed". I'm sure when they heard that I lived up on so called hill that they thought I probably lived in the giant Mansions on the hill just up from the shop. Nope, I lived in the janky apartments, not the mansions. By no means rich and living paycheck to paycheck. They told me the car would be ready the very next day so I could go back to work. They called me back the next day and told me the car wasn't going to be ready because they ordered the incorrect fuse but not only that, the car supposedly needed like 6 more fuses. All made out of plastic, which they ended up charging me a total of $400!!! For plastic car fuses. How do I know I got scammed? I ended up going to another shop for my boyfriends car for separate fixes, separate situation and this honest shop I ended up going to even closer to us (had no idea) told me that I got COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF by Four Seasons. He told me that these fuses to turn the car back on should not have cost this much, that it would have been no more than $150-$200 as you're also just plugging fuses back in. And he laughed (not at me but at the ridiculous scam) that he said they literally scammed me out of money Like crazy and that something like that isn't expensive. Especially when it comes to Toyota RAV4's. Let's just say, Four Seasons should not be in business, I will make sure to let every single person I meet in this town to never ever go here. Taking advantage of average people with lower incomes, maybe assuming someone has money because they live on a stupid hill and maybe they assume I must be super stupid cause I'm a woman well guess they got me good because that was very stupid I believed them and believed them solely under pressure and time crunch of having to desperately be back to work and have a running car. That's how FOUR SEASONS AUTO IN WASHOUGAL TREATS ITS DISABLED VETERANS.
