I have been purchasing my supplies for my yamaha kodiak 700 for around 9 years everyone has been…read moregreat in parts and service. I had been eyeing a new grizzly camo 700 for some time. I had a bad experience at a tigard dealership and recently answered an additional in craigs list for an advertise price which was totally a lie at an emclaw Washington dealer when he added $2500 to the out the door price, offering me $2500 Trade in on my 2016 kodiak utility.it had mud lite tires 80 percent left on it, aluminum wheels, wench, heavy duty hitch an hour meter since new 98 percent oil changes done at 50 to 60 hours I know a dealer has to make a profit on a trade in but my plastics were good serviced it to last another 10 years. I decided to drop by fairview yamaha motor sports and show him the deal the Washington dealer tried to pull on me. He also had a loaded 2025 matching the Washington one in Washington but out the door it was priced $2000 cheaper and also both 2025 were brand new. I didnt know Dan's name at the time the owner but he had always given me a veterans discount on parts and I knew I was in the right place I told him I would be buying my stuff there and some service on the new one when I needed thier expertise he gave me $500 more on my trade in than any of the other dealers had. I thought on his offer over night and took the deal on the grizzly camo 700. He saw a picture of my quad only at that time I called him the following day as they were closed Monday. I told him I was on my way from yamhill to fairview to trade in my quad, it would take me 1 1/2 hours to get there. When I drove into thier lot I noticed the 2026 grizzly 700 camo was in the service bay Dan came out while I was unloading my kodiak had a service guy test ride my old quad. It met thier expectations and they got the new grizzly loaded while my wive drove 10 minutes from our gresham home paid for it. I signed the paper work in 5 minutes and we're basically on our way home. Bought a lot of motorcycles and cars in 60 years but never had a more pleasurable no bull crap deal than with Dan at Yamaha Sports Plaza in Fairview skip the other dealers in Oregon and Wasington. His quads are each priced on thier tags and it is out the door no bull trap . Plus around $350 incidental registration and title fees taxes. I had forgotten to take off a wire harness called Dan the following TuesdaY mentioned it to him told him I had left a phone message with the company to buy a new one but wasn't sure I could still buy one for my dump trailer. Told him I would call him back if I needed to make arrangements to recover my old one. A day later I bought a new one but forgot to call Dan I didnt need to get the old one but Dan in the mean time had his service man take my glove box and plastics off and remove my cable and up and down button off the handle bars and battery and I could come pick it up no charge. Who in this world still gives this kind of service need I say it Fairview Yamaha Sports Plaza and Dan the owner AAA Plus Operation!!!!!!! over at least 8 or 9 years the cost of repairs were reasonable as well. It is the only place to buy a new rig in my opinion an honest and reliable operation

There was a small hiccup but ultimately Dan stepped up and made it work. He is a man of his word.read more

Matt, Liz, and the whole team at TCR are the best! Got my old motorcycle stolen - went in to peruse…read moresome options for its replacement and I had such a good experience; Matt was awesome about showing me everything in a low pressure way, answering a bunch of questions, and facilitating a test ride on a couple of bikes I was considering as soon as I asked. He did a great job of letting me take the process at my own pace and while I wasn't initially planning on buying something same day, I fell in love with a beautiful bike they had and went for it. On the transactional side of things, Liz was great to work with too - clarifying all of the important stuff, being real about good v. less necessary add-ons, and sorting through the best financing options. Overall, everyone I met at the shop was super cool and really helpful, but I really wanted to highlight Matt for being so awesome to work with. Looking forward to seeing the whole team at future visits and fun events! Thanks again Matt, Liz & the TCR crew!

He was happy to help and after half a dozen emails with photos and back and forth we were both sure we had the right part. He had it by the end of the week for pickup today (Saturday). Im sure he isn't paid per order, but Kilo certainly gave me $1000 order worth of effort for a $20 order. I will certainly be back when I have a need. (The need maybe a t-shirt if my bike keeps being epic! ). So happy to have a dealer closer to my neck of the woods (Couve) Beaverton feels like a days drive with traffic, even on a bike.

I could talk all day and not have enough time to say all the good things about Thunder Mountain…read more They are responsive, accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. Earlier this year I broke down on the side of the road and called them; they arrived promptly and were able to provide a roadside fix so I could get home safely and get a permanent repair in place. It was a hot summer day and I was stuck on the side of I-5 without water or shade and the owner called in one of his team that was off that day to come get me since the on-duty rep was out on a tow in another area. They went to great lengths to make sure someone was on side promptly and I was safe and assisted. Months later, my bike broke down at home. I wasn't able to be with the vehicle and ride to the shop with Thunder Mtn, but because of my first great experience I knew they would always act with integrity. They picked up my vehicle from home and took it to the shop for me, calling when they were onsite and loaded up and right after it was dropped off at the shop. Butch, the owner, communicated well throughout and is such a kind person to boot. He, as his employees, always act with the utmost integrity and thoughtfulness. I have Thunder Mtn programmed in my phone now, and they're my go-to for towing and roadside assistance. They're always there when you need help. They make it all so easy - thank you for your service!
