We tried to work with a number of finance deptartments that claimed they could get us into a vehicle or specialized in "bad credit/bankruptcy financing" and none of them ever came through or it was nothing but a headache to try and work with them (having to chase them, calling them and not receiving calls back, etc...). I spoke to Krista on a Wednesday morning, by Wednesday afternoon she had called us back and texted the link to three different vehicles that would fit our budget and criteria. Thursday we went up to Hillsboro to meet with her, it took about 4 hours (shortest car buying experience ever!) from looking at and test driving a number of cars (more than 3) to driving home in our new-to-us 2012 Toyota Camry.
