Update- I have tried for a week to work with OnPoint which was a waste of time . People beware of their bill pay , there are glitches and OnPoint will not take responsibility for those glitches . We now will have change direct deposits and a whole slew of financial information to switch banks

Rose was funny and knew her job like the back of her hand. Someone from this branch needs to go clean up that shady litter box near harbor freight and show them how it's done. That other branch had me pretty angry. I've had them for 24 years without any issues but can never seem to get loans from them. I have other credit unions giving me 2.9% interests on car loans and Rivermark wouldn't even give me a loan. Today just pushed it over and I'm done. Try to send money through Zelle and they tell me I have a limit of $250 up to twice a day! They said I can't up it because I don't have direct deposit there anymore even tho I have the money in the account to cover it and my account is active. Like WTF!?!? Why does that even matter. If the money is in my account then why can't I send it! Credit unions are suppose to be better then banks but Rivermark surely is not.

We opened a secondary Checking/Debit/ATM account for specific travel through Mexico and Guatemala as we did not want to travel with our main account cards. The reason for the new account was very very specific. Then while on our trip ... the card was flagged as possible fraud use ... and shut down because the card was being used in Mexico! What a surprise ... Stranded in Mexico with no other means of money access. The card said to call the Collect number on the back from international locations. The collect phone charges were not honored by Wells Fargo ... we had to pay the Hotel the $85.00 for the phone calls (they kept hanging up on us). Upon return home ... we talked to the Banker at this location ... they said we had to contact the number on the Card ... we called the number on the card ... they said whe had to contact the Banker. Typical run-around. Finally talking to the Bank Manager she flatly refused to do anything about it. "Charges to a third party (hotel) are not something that they will refund". This Bank's mistake ... the card should never have been flagged as possible fraud as we made those arangements up front before leaving. This Bank's mistake costs me the $85.00. This Bank Manager Michelle's attitude is that we can close our account and go to another bank. Nothing they can do. This is all you can expect after belonging to this bank for over 12 years, having 3 mortgages with them, and several banking accounts. My other card I have with CHASE that I use for business travel ... always takes care of me. Really well. We are going to go to Chase from now on. How can we get our mortgages transferred to CHASE?

Then I file a complaint against a company who is scamming folks. I request instructions from that company for a refund, no answer. But Rivermark Visa said that company followed procedure, ignoring the fact that company did not following their return policy. So, the credit union took the money back from my account. What more could an 83-year-old credit union member ask for. I am presently looking into other credit unions to give my business to.
