If there was a way to give more than five stars to Tim Burke, the Mortgage Relationship Officer at the Gresham Branch, I would do it. We needed to refinance, and Tim made the entire process as easy, understandable and fast as possible. He is a great communicator, explaining the process and providing frequent updates all along the way. In fact, there were times that my email inquiries received a response in less than five minutes! When we hit a small roadblock (our issue, not Tim's), he went out of his way to not only handle the roadblock, but to also obtain better value for us for less money. He was truly the driving force behind us getting a great outcome in a timely manner. I cannot recommend him and the entire Gresham Team highly enough. read more

Been a member for over 25 years. When it comes to banking, community credit unions can't be beat. They don't nickel-and-dime us with fees and they offer lots of safeguards for the Visa and checking account. The 205 location in particular has been wonderful, friendly and helpful staff and I appreciate the security outside when I need to use the ATM machine. The only thing I'd encourage them to improve on is understanding the HSA rules and requirements. Perhaps training is needed? Other than that, our experience has been excellent. read more

I now have two auto loans through Unitus, when my credit score went up, they lowered my interest rate on my first loan, and the second loan interest rate was even lower yet. The tellers at my location on 192nd Ave in Vancouver are always nice and helpful, and you never have to wait long in the bank , or doing services or messages online get answered quickly!
