They sent money to someone I did not authorize and it's my problem? ‍ maybe OnPoint is now to"big" for this customer.... Update- I have tried for a week to work with OnPoint which was a waste of time . People beware of their bill pay , there are glitches and OnPoint will not take responsibility for those glitches . We now will have change direct deposits and a whole slew of financial information to switch banks

Been with OnPoint for nearly 15 years and never once had an issue. Their initial review was very basic and they denied me without gathering any information. I had to follow up with OnPoint numerous times for them to re-review the case, all the while they just tell me to keep waiting. I had to send them notes to check cameras at ATMs and provide them documentation they should have gathered if there was any research done. Didn't seem to have interest in making a difficult time any easier. Be weary of their fraud department and don't take their word for anything, do your research if you have been defrauded as the internet provides much more info then OnPoint's fraud dept.
