Update- I have tried for a week to work with OnPoint which was a waste of time . People beware of their bill pay , there are glitches and OnPoint will not take responsibility for those glitches . We now will have change direct deposits and a whole slew of financial information to switch banks

Someone from this branch needs to go clean up that shady litter box near harbor freight and show them how it's done. That other branch had me pretty angry. I've had them for 24 years without any issues but can never seem to get loans from them. I have other credit unions giving me 2.9% interests on car loans and Rivermark wouldn't even give me a loan. Today just pushed it over and I'm done. Try to send money through Zelle and they tell me I have a limit of $250 up to twice a day! They said I can't up it because I don't have direct deposit there anymore even tho I have the money in the account to cover it and my account is active. Like WTF!?!? Why does that even matter.
