From the first day we met with the team, everyone was so helpful and was quick to answer our many questions. It took us some time to find the right home and get through the process. Michael continually checked in and explained everything to us as we navigated what can be a complex, frustrating, or stressful experience. However, between Michael, Justin, and Bethany, we felt so well taken care of and they helped ease much of the complexity and stress. They were always very professional, quick to respond, and very efficient. They were also very transparent with the process, made it clear when certain items were time sensitive, and helped us understand what was standard so we wouldn't worry. We'd definitely recommend Capital M to any of our friends and family and will use them in the future if we move again!

Brian and the team were able to keep the transaction zooming along, and were super proactive when any issues came about. There were some thoughtful touches as the deal came to a close, such as chocolate chip cookies in the mail, and an amazing custom print/painting of the street view of our new home. We were able to close in 3-4 weeks by quickly feeding them all required documentation. I hope to never need home buying services again after moving several times over the last few years, but if you are looking for an excellent mortgage broker, look no further.

Everyone was super patient with our questions (some of which I'm sure were pretty obvious!), they kept us in the loop every step of the way, and made the whole process totally painless. They are excellent communicators and made the process almost seem fun? I have zero hesitation recommending working with them - they're the best.

Steph Noble is a true professional at mortgages! My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we…read morealways felt like we were in very capable hands. Steph started conversations with us by asking how much we'd like to pay a month, instead of telling us how much we could afford. On each property we were considering, Steph made sure we were confident in each of our offers by sharing with us complete breakdowns of how property taxes, insurance, down payment sizes, and total loan amounts, influence our monthly payments. I felt that Steph's team sometimes did wonders to make our offers as affordable yet competitive as possible. We got a great mortgage rate, during a period where mortgage rates are quite high. For very competitive houses, we even qualified for some appraisal gap coverage assistance. I'd highly recommend Steph's team at Cross Country Mortgage (Tina and Heidi) if you are looking to finance the purchase of your home.

I have to say, I'm continually impressed with how responsive they are and their attention to detail. In a tough market, Alex managed to get an offer on my home within just a week--pretty amazing when most homes take 2-3 months to sell! His team does a fantastic job preparing homes for the market, with great photography, 3D floor plans, and even aerial shots that really showcase the property. Plus, they were incredibly professional during the open house, making the whole process smooth. What I really appreciate about Alex is his no-nonsense approach. He's upfront and truthful, and if you value that kind of transparency, you'll definitely be rewarded. When it comes to buying, he gives honest insights into the pros and cons of each place, helping you see exactly what you're getting. I'll definitely be reaching out to Alex for my next purchase and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
