However, their policy for warranty is one month only at time of purchase, there is no option to extend that warranty at all. This made me uncomfortable, as, to me, a longer warranty would have shown that they put more trust in their work. T.L.D.R. Respectful staff, no negotiation hassle, but be mindful of vehicle quality.

This was my…read morefirst experience with their service department, and unfortunately it left me with serious concerns about their approach to warranty-related issues, documentation, and customer trust. After arriving, Erubery Pureco scanned my vehicle for codes and returned approximately two minutes later. Almost immediately, he told me there was evidence of rodent activity in the vehicle and that it would not be covered under warranty. The speed at which that conclusion was reached was extremely troubling. Within the first five minutes of my first visit, the interaction already felt less like a thorough diagnostic process and more like an attempt to steer the issue away from warranty coverage before any meaningful inspection had taken place. That immediately raised a red flag. I understand that not every issue is covered under warranty, but that determination should be based on a careful, transparent inspection--not a rushed statement made within minutes of plugging in a scanner. A customer should not leave the initial intake conversation feeling as though the dealership is looking for a reason to avoid financial responsibility rather than making a genuine effort to diagnose the issue fairly. My concern only grew while I was waiting for the shuttle in the customer waiting area. Another customer approached me after overhearing part of the conversation and said that he had been told the same thing. While that is only one other customer's experience, it made the explanation feel less like an isolated assessment and more like a troubling pattern in how service concerns may be handled. At that point, I decided a call to the general manager was necessary to express my concern that Wilsonville Toyota appeared to be moving immediately toward avoiding financial responsibility for both the dealership and Toyota. I also made it clear that I did not want unsupported rodent-related allegations included in the service documentation in a way that could create problems for future warranty work. If such a serious claim is going to be documented, it should be supported by a complete inspection, clear evidence, and a transparent explanation--not introduced casually within minutes of arrival. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the experience became even worse. Erubery was extremely rude and unprofessional, repeatedly interrupting me and talking over me instead of listening to my concerns. That kind of conduct is unacceptable in any customer service environment, especially when the customer is already trying to resolve a serious concern involving warranty coverage and documentation. There was no mention of rodents in the service documentation, but Erubery stated that pictures had been taken. That inconsistency only added to my concerns. If the dealership had evidence serious enough to affect warranty coverage, then it should have been clearly documented, explained, and provided transparently. Instead, the situation left me questioning the honesty and professionalism of the process. Overall, my first service experience at Wilsonville Toyota was deeply disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I expected professionalism, diligence, and a customer-focused diagnostic process. Instead, I left with the impression that the service department was more interested in quickly positioning the issue as non-warranty than in conducting a transparent inspection and treating a customer with basic respect. I would strongly caution other customers to be very attentive during service visits, ask detailed questions, request documentation, and make sure any warranty-related denial is supported by a complete inspection and clear evidence. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Wilsonville Toyota's service department. Erubery Pureco's handling of this situation reflected very poorly on the dealership, and Wilsonville Toyota should be ashamed of how this disabled veteran was treated.

Part…read moreof their "Sales Process" is to print out the Car Fax service history and go over it with you and have you sign it. In this case, the RX350 was bought from them, sold back to them and only serviced through them, entire history was with this dealership. The service History listed breaks being replaced on June, prior to us buying it. The salesperson used that, along with the excellent service history, directly through them as justification for the higher price of the car. Fast forward to the service through them 10k miles later - Car will need new breaks soon, cost of $1000.00. I emailed the GM, Service Manager and used car manager sharing with them pictures of the signed Car Fax reports, explain the situation allowing for them to do the right thing. Would you be shocked if I told you that they said that it was wrong, new breaks were not done, doesn't matter that they sold it that way and that car fax has that info, nor did it matter that they were the only dealership to have worked on the car. Basically, they use the information to upsell the car at a higher price, have you reviewing it with the salesperson and sign it, but say that info doesn't matter when you use it to get an issue taken care of. They pulled the car fax report again a couple days ago and agreed that yes, it says the breaks were done in June of 2025. Doesn't matter, typical slimy car dealership. No honor, or integrity. Take a bow Lexus of Portland, you succeeded in taking advantage of a college student financing and purchasing her first "adult" car.

I got my car in the next day and they worked on it for about a week and a half replacing the head gaskets, AC Compressor, and CVT pump reseal. They gave me a couple upgrades on the house that were very appreciated. Two weeks after my car's "open heart surgery" as Jon called it, we drove to Boise and back with no issues :) So grateful to have a knowledgeable Subaru shop nearby!

I stumbled across Accolade. They did such an excellent job fixing up my car and didn't charge me an arm and leg. Over time I got to know the owner. I discovered that he has a real passion for Subarus. He helped a friend of mine get a used car and that really worked out well. After that I decided to let the owner know that I was in the market for a second used car. It took a while but we found one. He replaced the engine in that car and during the shakedown phase there were a few slight problems. The owner went over and above the call of duty and out of his way to fix every problem. It's like having a brand new car and he sold it to me at a very fair price. If you're looking for car repair I can recommend them. If you're looking to buy a refurbished car this is the place you want to go. Enough said!
