They gave us the keys to a new electric courtesy car which saved us waiting on a ride share car. Their fuel price was very reasonable and there was no ramp fee if you purchased fifteen gallons. The staff was very quick at getting us the rental car and processing our fuel order. The entire facility was new and clean. Our plane was conveniently placed by the front door and secured with three sets of chocks. All staff members were extremely professional.

He hooked us up. Place is nice and clean with all kinds of snacks and drinks (though, we brought our own grub). Plenty of comfortable seating, tables, plugs. Very nice for pilots/crews. They guided my daughter in, fueled her up and guided her out when she was ready. We had a nice dinner in the pilot lounge with daughter before she had to fly back to Arizona. Great time. The lounge at the JSX Terminal at Orange County (SNA), is vastly superior when compared to the typical commercial carrier. The JSX Terminal is also located on the other side of the runway, away from the main terminal, making for less traffic and hassle. The check-in process is good but could be improved. The lounge includes a comfortable seating area, tons of plug-ins, the business channel is on the TV, and they have a kicked up coffee/drink machine with many options. I always get a cappuccino, and it's surprisingly good. Soft drinks and snacks abound. Our cabin attendant, Mika, was pleasant and had a good sense of humor. The plane has always been on time, except for once when I was delayed in Reno for over an hour due to a mechanical issue. I love the complimentary Starlink access. It's fantastic. When you walk off the plane, you basically trip over your luggage. When I picked up my previously reserved car from Go Rentals, the door to the terminal almost hits the bumper of the car, it's parked so close. My constructive criticism would be to reconfigure the line for check-in, making it a more streamlined process by improving the layout and functional utility of the space. Yes, it does cost more to fly JSX, however, the pros totally out way the cons, especially for shorter trips. Highly recommended.

We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.
