They gave us the keys to a new electric courtesy car which saved us waiting on a ride share car. Their fuel price was very reasonable and there was no ramp fee if you purchased fifteen gallons. The staff was very quick at getting us the rental car and processing our fuel order. The entire facility was new and clean. Our plane was conveniently placed by the front door and secured with three sets of chocks. All staff members were extremely professional.

He hooked us up. Place is nice and clean with all kinds of snacks and drinks (though, we brought our own grub). Plenty of comfortable seating, tables, plugs. Very nice for pilots/crews. They guided my daughter in, fueled her up and guided her out when she was ready. We had a nice dinner in the pilot lounge with daughter before she had to fly back to Arizona. Great time. So we were scheduled to fly out this morning but because of the conflict that waited upon our arrival that clearly didn't happen, well we're offered to be put on another aircraft with another company but they didn't have the credentials that I found to be suitable and the aircraft's didn't quite match my standards when chartering private. I know that sounds so pretentious and pompous but you become accustomed ro a certain kind of vibe a expectation if you will, and it just wasn't up to par no matter how much they cut the price or all that they had to offer but it just made them seem just a tid bit desperate which was even more scarier. A dear producer for Paramount picture , motion movie , music and film uses Clay Lacy Aviation who is one of the producers for the pageant org introduced us to the actual owners grown children who said he would see what he could do and within 30 mins Mr. Steve reached out to my Uncle and we were here in about a hour and 20 mins later we were at John Wayne Airport . The aircraft's were beautiful and a variety of them . Valet. Was front and center approach ing the Vehicle as were rolling in opening the doors greeting us offering their hands to help us off the vehicle ushering us inside to the reception and reassuring us that they had our luggage taken care of . Great service great looking men & women and they were so welcoming .We were able to able to see our beautiful craft that would be bringing us here and boy it didn't disappoint. Had I been aware of the situation, I could have boarded a few more staff. My Security Squad were happy with the accommodation, 3 of them were nervous due to the fact they had 1 never flew before 2 it's a private aircraft & 3 were excited because it was a private charter . We enjoyed the lounge its snacks and drinks and believe it our not our privacy. We boarded greeted by the cutest stewardess our pilots that would be transporting us and the craft was then explain in great depth answered every and any question one would have and they were answered with precise professional answers with a little humor .Take off was with no hitch the flight itself sailing and I know that there are a few of you that say you can't sail in the sky and my reply would be, YOU HAVENT FLOWN CLAY LACY AVIATION WERE FLYING ISNT JUST AN ADVENTURE WHEN YOUR SAILING THROUGH THE SKIES...... It's a small waiting area but it sure beats flying and waiting in the commercial areas of large airports! The lobby is nice and new, and they offer coffee, water, tea and snacks. Odd use of space for a JSX terminal but stocked full of drinks, clean toilets…read more Just felt very cramped trying to exit and enter terminal through passengers lined up to board planes. Signage was not helpful navigating to ride share waiting areas. Not helpful was the pavements for rolling luggage around the building to get into and out of the building to get to ride shares or rental cars Odder still was that the road and paths were topped off when passengers would leave the building to embark on the aircraft, walking through the active road, through the gated runway areas. Just felt like they were squeezed into an area that wasn't meant for the purpose and hopefully JSX moves to a better suited terminal in the future

We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.
