The first time I came in, I was greeted 2-3 times as well as asked for help. Didn't need any. Just wanted to buy some Nike crew socks. Nothing exemplary. The second time was with my whole friend group and we weren't once greeted or helped. Could have been that no one saw us or they just don't wanna bother with larger groups that probably aren't serious shoppers but whatever the reason, we weren't assisted or offered assistance--had to go hunting for an employee and ask for help. Lol. Yaya was the reason why I gave this JD 5 stars. When we asked them if they could check the back for a larger size of some crease guards, they did and they got us the last one! It was dope and they laughed with us a little bit (we were being pretty stupid funny as a collective and just laughing). It was such a vibe. ‍ Cool employees just make the experience. Especially when you're at a shoe place, y'know? Don't be snobby or too lax--just be cool.

Can't get enough of Swoop App!…read more I've used Swoop on multiple occasions, most recently for a Kings game at Crypto.com Arena (still Staples Center to me). The drivers are always on time, fun, and most importantly friendly. The Swoops are clean and affordable, especially for larger groups, and the epxerience is so much better than having to call dozens of companies to get quotes and never quite know who or what is going to show up. Everyone at Swoop goes the extra mile to make sure we always have a great experience - from quote to finish. I've had experiences with taking lyfts, uber's, uber suvs, etc...and while they are convenient (sometimes), nothing compares to the Swoop atmosphere and experience. Music, music videos, television, you name it and Swoop has it covered, PLUS you get to travel with all of your friends!!! I would recommend this company to all of my friends, family and neighbors. If you're traveling in a group of 6+ reserve a Swoop! You will not regret it.

Swoop was suppose to pick up approximately 70 guest from the hotel 15 minutes away from the venue and make 3 trips back in forth before the ceremony. Starting at 1pm and ending at 11pm to make sure if our guest drank they were getting back safe to the hotel. To start they texted me that the shuttle would be 15-20 minutes late and then called a little bit later and said they would not be there until 3:20pm. My 70 guest had to drive themselves to the venue, regardless I had them still continue since I needed Swoop to make a trip back to the hotel so guest can drop off their cars after the ceremony and then they can enjoy the rest of there night.
