On the day of our flight, my now-fiancée and I were warmly greeted at the office and introduced to our pilot, Anthony, and our photographer, Albert. The flight itself was incredibly smooth and gave us a breathtaking bird's-eye view of Hollywood, Marina del Rey, Venice, and Santa Monica before continuing along the coast to our landing destination in Malibu. Along the way, Anthony and Albert kept us engaged with thoughtful commentary and interesting details about the notable landmarks we could see from above. Once we landed, Albert was fantastic. He gave us helpful guidance and suggestions for posing, and we could not be happier with the final photographs. He was equally fantastic before and during the flight, helping us stage photographs as we entered the helicopter and throughout the tour. He captured the experience beautifully. From start to finish, our engagement experience was absolutely unforgettable, and we will cherish these memories for years to come. A huge thank you to the entire team at Lite Flight for making such a special day even more memorable.

They picked us up from the Alamo car rental near the LAX and took my party of 7 with 7 luggages an hour before my arranged pick up time to the Los Angeles World Cruise Center. Dropped us off curb side right in front of the cruise terminal porter luggage drop off. Paulino, our driver, was very friendly and answered all my questions about the area. There was also a car seat available in the shuttle. Booked another transport back to the Alamo car rental since we had a few hours before our flight back home. Despite the hectic site outside of the cruise terminal on disembarkation day Sidney kept in touch. Once my cellular service ensued I received a text message with my drivers name and number. I called Sabino once we cleared immigration and in less than 5minutes he was there at the taxi pick up islands. Easily identifiable MidWil Shuttle labeled van. Will definitely use again.

However this last trip I decided to go with MidWilShuttle. Unfortunately, it turns out due to airport construction, the LAX parking system was changed and now private cars take five to ten minutes to pick you up, something we weren't fully aware of at booking and removed almost all of our reason to use a private car, beyond not having to take the LAX-it shuttle to a ride share. Which meant using MidWilShuttle was more like using Uber at another airport. I had expected to receive some type of confirmation communication the day before our flight from MidWil, something like: "you're all set to be picked up at LAX", but never did. We also assumed the driver would be waiting for us at the airport with a sign, but due to the above construction issue, he drove to meet us and we waited about 8 minutes to get picked up. Overall, our ride was uneventful and we were dropped off at our hotel with no issues so we would use MidWilShuttle again. But we will likely just fly into SNA and take an Uber/Lyft next time.

He then asked us if we were more interested in scenery or more interested in stars and famous persons homes. My fiancée and I said we were interested in both. Which turned out to be a great request as we saw everything. Flying through Malibu canyon with its steep rugged cliffs was truly breathtaking and when we popped out of the canyon could immediately see the wide blue ocean. Seeing the Hollywood landmarks from above was very interesting. The best part, and I recommend this, was flying along the tall buildings in Downtown LA as the sunset was occurring. I asked our pilot if we could fly over the buildings as well and he agreed and actually turned around the helicopter and did a turn over the top of the tallest building. Seeing this with all the buildings just starting to light up and the orange and blue colors on the horizon after the sun went down was a most memorable moment. Then we flew by Dodger Stadium and then the Hollywood Sign. When we flew over Universal Studios there were some sort of fireworks shooting up into the air from some show and the pilot said that happens all the time. During the whole flight our pilot pointed out many famous people's homes, I just had no idea how the other half lived. These homes were breathtaking. One of the best we saw was a giant home in Malibu on a cliff overlooking the ocean and the place looked like a hotel it was so big. Overall, to finally get to the point, the employees were very nice and extremely accommodating, the helicopter ride was awesome, and we would definitely come back again. Was worth every penny.
