1. For an international flight on FRIDAY AFTERNOON at LAX, the driver read the pick up time WRONG... and they asked me if they could pick up in an hour and half. I said well, NO cuz then we won't be able to catch the flight! 2. They said we could Uber and they will reimburse us for the ride to gain our trust back. I said OK and I stupidly believed them. 3. I sent them the Uber receipt and followed up with them. They said they already sent the check out. 4. THEN they just disappeared.... and we never received any reimbursement. No text back, no email replies... they just simply disappeared. Suggestion - I really don't know what to suggest due to what I've experienced with them. You can decide yourself. read more

There are any number of limousine services to choose from and they are all pretty good. But RSVP Limousine is without question the best of the best. All of their cars are immaculate and the drivers are ALWAYS on time, friendly and they treat you like you're the most important person in the world. But it is Lavonne who truly defines this company and is the reason why I will NEVER EVER use another service. Lavonne is absolutely amazing and has taken care of every one of my business transportation needs and several personal ones as well including my daughter's wedding day. Called to inquire about a stretch limo transfer from John Wayne Airport for my niece's birthday. The representative was dismissive about my call stating it was "Prom Season", but she would try and change things around. I didn't really care for the tone nor demeanor in which she was treating a potential client at the get go, so I said "forget it, I'll call around". She called me back a minute later wondering if we got disconnected and gave me a price on the transfer. I told her we did not get get disconnected I just thought she was being rude before, so I wasn't interested. She took an opportunity to get a jab in telling me "good luck" getting a stretch limo during prom season and hung up. It was going to be my third quote, I was just calling around comparing prices and the price I was quoted here during the representative's revenge call was the worst, so please... keep your "good luck"... you need it more than I do. read more

What a disaster!!!!!!! First of all the it was a warm day in June 2016.. Prior to hiring rsvp limo, I spoke with the manager on the phone & asked does the AC work properly. He assured me that it was. Big mistake! I should have recorded the conversation. Not only was the AC barely working it blew Hottttt air and we miserable. Let's discuss the ride extremely bumpy, we could not even take pictures on the bus ride. They were blurry... I placed a call from the bus and course nothing could be done at this point. Placed several calls & sent many emails, before I received a response. Needles to say the resolution offered to this unbearable service, was very minimal. Thank you RSVP Limousine for getting my nephew and niece to LAX for their 3 week trip to Europe. I had never used RSVP and was pretty nervous about the limo getting there on time seeing as how there were 2 pick up locations. When I booked, Carlos told me it would be no problem and even worked with me to make sure he worked out what would be the best rate - hourly as opposed to booking as a trip to the airport and then a trip back. My family went with the kids to LAX so they did need a way back! It was raining - so unusual for So Cal and the traffic to LAX was horrendous - so usual for So Cal; however, Robert knew all the short cuts and got to LAX with plenty of time. On the ride back home, Robert used those same short cut skills to get my family back home. I had not used RSVP Limousine before and I was quite nervous. Carlos had told me not to worry, things would be perfect....and they were. If you are looking for a reputable limousine company, I would highly recommend RSVP. Carlos was very patient putting up with my numerous phone calls "just to make sure", and Robert just couldn't have been more professional and friendly.
