First time using RSVP, and would definitely use them again for trip to LAX or anywhere else I would need a ride service. Bill our driver was great, he was on time etc. read more

1. For an international flight on FRIDAY AFTERNOON at LAX, the driver read the pick up time WRONG... and they asked me if they could pick up in an hour and half. I said well, NO cuz then we won't be able to catch the flight! 2. They said we could Uber and they will reimburse us for the ride to gain our trust back. I said OK and I stupidly believed them. 3. I sent them the Uber receipt and followed up with them. They said they already sent the check out. 4. THEN they just disappeared.... and we never received any reimbursement. No text back, no email replies... they just simply disappeared. Suggestion - I really don't know what to suggest due to what I've experienced with them. You can decide yourself. read more

My friend I used this car service for our LAX pick up, our flight arrived almost an hour early and the driver was was there when we got there. Clean car and very nice driver. We were both very pleased and will definitely be using them again! read more

Great service, on time, and professional. LaVonne is on top of it. Every time. No B.S. just a well stocked limousine when you need it and a professional driver to get you where you're going. RSVP picked up my 86 year old grandmother (who uses a cane) and delivered her to my wedding. She had nothing but compliments for them. I have been a loyal customer since 1998. Thank You! R S V P Limousine - Just coming back from Maui. Lax to Orange County absolutely painless with RSVP Limousine :-) - Limos Near Me - Orange, California

Chris, Carlos, and Ethan were all very professional and helpful, and still managed to make it work even though we didn't realize we had provided incorrect contact information. We got to and from the airport in style with a plethora of luggage in tow. Thanks again, the best, will use and refer, you again! read more

I am beyond impressed with RSVP Limo and would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I booked a limo a couple of months ago, and on the day of the event, looked at my contract and realized I wrote the wrong day on the contract. I immediately panicked and contacted Carlos right away to see if there was anything he could do. He responded promptly and said he could take care of us. I was so relieved! Our driver Mike was awesome, and the kids attending the party had an amazing time! Thank you much RSVP Limo! read more

We used the limo service for my niece and her friends to go to Prom. Carlos was amazing! The customer service provided was fantastic. He was patient and helpful, and was able to get us a limo with less than 3 days notice - for a Saturday night, no less! Chris (driver) was professional and kind, and he kept us updated as he hit traffic on his way. We will definitely use RSVP Limo and will recommend to our family and friends. I ordered a party bus for my birthday from RSVP to go wine tasting in Temecula and it was perfect! The bus was very large, had all the fun accessories, clean, and the driver was very friendly. We even ran a little late coming home and he was so understanding and nice about it. I would definetly reccomend them! read more

There are any number of limousine services to choose from and they are all pretty good. But RSVP Limousine is without question the best of the best. All of their cars are immaculate and the drivers are ALWAYS on time, friendly and they treat you like you're the most important person in the world. But it is Lavonne who truly defines this company and is the reason why I will NEVER EVER use another service. Lavonne is absolutely amazing and has taken care of every one of my business transportation needs and several personal ones as well including my daughter's wedding day. I first spoke with Lavonne close to 10 years ago and every time I do she personally answers the phone and always greets me by name...and it just doesn't get any better than that. read more

The fact that I am driving myself to what is supposed to be our second pickup doesn't bode well for this review. The start to our vacation has been stressful because our driver didn't pick us up. While I understand that errors can be made, this isn't acceptable. Stay tuned for a final review based on whether or not the company makes this right. read more

Let me start off by saying I would use RSVP Limousine service again in a heart beat! Thank you Carlos for your quick response to our emails and your professionalism over the phone in answering all of our questions about our wine tasting trip to Temecula. Our limo was on time and our driver Mike was kind and courteous~He kept the limo clean and was there waiting to pick us up at each winery when called upon. He packed all of our purchases, made sure we had enough waters, ice, etc. Thank you again Carlos and Mike for making 9 girlies very happy with our day of winery hopping~It was amazing!!!! 18 thumbs up from all of us!!!! read more

RSVP limo was amazing! Carlos was able to get us a ride to the airport at 6am for a friends bachelor party. He even let us do a few loops around while we finished our beverages. Amazing service. Limo was clean and stocked with everything they said it would be. The driver was fantastic and friendly. I highly recommend these folks for any and all limo needs. I know I will be using them again! read more

Called to inquire about a stretch limo transfer from John Wayne Airport for my niece's birthday. The representative was dismissive about my call stating it was "Prom Season", but she would try and change things around. I didn't really care for the tone nor demeanor in which she was treating a potential client at the get go, so I said "forget it, I'll call around". She called me back a minute later wondering if we got disconnected and gave me a price on the transfer. I told her we did not get get disconnected I just thought she was being rude before, so I wasn't interested. She took an opportunity to get a jab in telling me "good luck" getting a stretch limo during prom season and hung up. It was going to be my third quote, I was just calling around comparing prices and the price I was quoted here during the representative's revenge call was the worst, so please... keep your "good luck"... you need it more than I do. read more

I first want to start off by thanking Carlos for helping me plan for my big day. He made my wedding day run smoothly. His staff was very professional and outgoing. Drove us around to different locations and even helped me get in and out of the limousine with my wedding dress. If anyone is looking for limousine services, you must go to them. They also provide party buses! Thank you again for proving your services to my husband and I. And for having professional, attentive, outgoing drivers. Will definitely book you guys for future events! read more

What a disaster!!!!!!! First of all the it was a warm day in June 2016.. Prior to hiring rsvp limo, I spoke with the manager on the phone & asked does the AC work properly. He assured me that it was. Big mistake! I should have recorded the conversation. Not only was the AC barely working it blew Hottttt air and we miserable. Let's discuss the ride extremely bumpy, we could not even take pictures on the bus ride. They were blurry... I placed a call from the bus and course nothing could be done at this point. Placed several calls & sent many emails, before I received a response. Needles to say the resolution offered to this unbearable service, was very minimal. If I there is a positive remark, I will say the driver was nice and we made it home safely. My advice research & referrals are best. The end read more

RSVP Limousine is the best and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a limo company. Thank you RSVP Limousine for getting my nephew and niece to LAX for their 3 week trip to Europe. I had never used RSVP and was pretty nervous about the limo getting there on time seeing as how there were 2 pick up locations. When I booked, Carlos told me it would be no problem and even worked with me to make sure he worked out what would be the best rate - hourly as opposed to booking as a trip to the airport and then a trip back. My family went with the kids to LAX so they did need a way back! It was raining - so unusual for So Cal and the traffic to LAX was horrendous - so usual for So Cal; however, Robert knew all the short cuts and got to LAX with plenty of time. On the ride back home, Robert used those same short cut skills to get my family back home. I had not used RSVP Limousine before and I was quite nervous. Carlos had told me not to worry, things would be perfect....and they were. If you are looking for a reputable limousine company, I would highly recommend RSVP. Carlos was very patient putting up with my numerous phone calls "just to make sure", and Robert just couldn't have been more professional and friendly. I will be using RSVP for all my family travel needs as well as our business needs. Thank you again Carlos and Robert for making this exciting trip for my nephew and niece even more special. By the way, there is a reason why this company always gets 5 stars. read more
