The limo is clean and beautiful inside and out. The driver, Francisco, was friendly, kind, efficient and very good about keeping lines of communication with me. Even more importantly, Francisco's best interest was making sure the kids were transported safely and on time! Thank you so much and I look forward to using your service for future events.

We had the most incredible experience with Western for my daughter's 18th birthday party yesterday!…read moreThe party bus/van was brand new and absolutely immaculate. The girls LOVED IT! It was even stocked with drinks and decorated with a cheerful "Happy Birthday" sign, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the girls feel extra special right from the start. From the moment I booked, Western Executive Car Service stayed in constant communication with me to confirm every detail. On the morning of the event, Carlos, our driver, texted to introduce himself and verify the pickup time and address. That level of professionalism immediately gave me peace of mind. Carlos arrived right on time, and it was a pleasure meeting him in person. He was incredibly polite, professional, and organized, and clearly had all the details of our itinerary. He was wonderful with the girls - they really enjoyed him - and he made the whole experience feel safe, fun, and seamless. Throughout the evening, he stayed in regular contact with me as they made their stops, which I truly appreciated as a parent. There are many companies to choose from in this industry - and I actually interviewed several before booking - but I truly could not be happier with our decision to go with Western. Their service exceeded every expectation. I recommend them without hesitation and will never use another company again. And when you book, make sure to ask for Carlos!

The owner Gerardo is a super nice guy, real easy to work with. The pricing is really good! I booked a party bus that sat up to 22 people for a reggae concert/festival a few weeks ago. When the bus pulled up, I was really surprised about how nice it was. Plenty of room, we had about 17 people in it. The drivers name was Marti, he was so awesome! He helped us load a cooler on the bus & got our music all set up. Also had water & ice ready for us. The sound system on the bus was incredible! Marti, is the man and will take care of you for sure! He was a very safe driver! Amazing company, definitely will recommend them to anyone looking to have a fun & safe time! Thanks Gerardo and Marti! I'll see you guys again soon!

A couple hours later, after no response I called back to see about scheduling a limo for the upcoming weekend. The owner, whose name escapes at the moment stated she received my voicemail and was still trying to contact a driver. I asked her to let me know what's available and even mentioned I can adjust our start times if needed, just please let me know. She said she'd definitely get back to me by 6pm that evening. We waited and waited. Unfortunately that call never came and it really changed our minds about Shooting Star Limousines. Meanwhile, my wife friends were texting her until 10pm that night wondering if everything is on for Friday night.. I know everyone is busy and life gets hectic, but never, ever leave a loyal returning customer hanging. Especially in this economy. We ended up booking with another limo company. And he had always quoted me one price, that included tip. Then I finally set a date for the celebration, and he once again finalize the same price, including tip. Then just a week ago I checked in with him again, and he told me I would now need to pay an extra 20% gratuity because he last minute hired a driver. I told him that's not my fault, he already agreed to the price he said, including tip. Now I had to pay an extra $100 dollars because he hired a driver after we made our commitment. He also never sent me any confirmation email or text message, so I was always left guessing if he actually was going to show up or not. He had to ask me multiple times to reconfirm the date and time and place. Leaving me very uneasy. I ended up canceling with him because I was not OK with him making a last minute change that would increase the price by so much. And wasn't comfortable with his confirmation process. I'm not sure why he wouldnt just take the original price we agreed to versus now having to loose out on all the money. I don't think it's a trustworthy service and I don't recommend. That's hilarious that you say you never said tip was included, I sent you multiple screenshots of text messages between you and I saying tip was included!!! You said it to me 3 times. You're a liar and a fraud.
