We had elderly people in our party that had to stand out at the curb for over 1 hour waiting for driver to come. Then, because the driver was late, we ran into traffic because an accident had just happened on the frwy that we would have missed had the driver been on time. I do not suggest using this company. I have used many different transportation companies and Classique is by far the worst. I tried to reach out to the manager, Kevin twice and never received a phone call back. I began the booking process online and confirmed all the dates and times. Then I received a phone call from Jamielynn, and this is where it all went wrong. First, she was talking a million miles a minute. I assumed she was in a hurry, and this worried me at first. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt and reiterated the dates, times, addresses and locations of the pickup and drop offs. Note: these were two different dates with different pick up and drop off locations. Here are the issues: Jamielynn booked a pick-up for the wrong day. Luckily, 25 minutes prior to the pick-up, I received a text message, "We are on our way." I called Jamielynn to inform her that the AM pick-up was the following day. So, she canceled the dispatch and apologized. While on the phone with Jamielynn, I took the opportunity to confirm the booking we had later that day in the evening. I asked her, "Ok, you have us scheduled for a pickup this evening at 5 pm from Ayres Hotel to Disney Grand Californian Hotel, correct?" She responded, "Yes, yes. that's right. I have it all booked." That evening at 5:15 pm, I received a phone call from my out-of-town guest that the van never arrived. I called Jamielynn and asked if a van was on its way, she responded by saying "You said this morning that we were picking up tomorrow..." "I told her 'No', remember we had a conversation this morning and you confirmed everything for this evening. You said it was all good to go." I was thoroughly upset and frustrated. I asked Jamielynn to send for a van right away to pick up my guests. Twenty minutes later, I received a message on my phone from Jamielynn, "The driver is on his way. He's right there at the hotel. Right around the corner." What does that mean? How can a driver be there to pick someone up and ready to go, if they around the corner or almost there? I called the driver to get an ETA and he informed me that he already dropped off my guests. I mentioned that our guests still haven't arrived, "Where did you drop them off?" He informed me they were dropped off at The Disneyland Hotel. When I originally spoke to Jamielynn, I informed her that our guests were not from the area and out of town. I assume that in the rush to get the driver to the hotel, she gave him a location to pick up but not where to drop off meaning the The Disney Grand Californian Hotel. I started to receive phone calls from my guests because they were lost and not familiar as to how to get to The Grand California from Disneyland Hotel. Not only were my guests late by 45 minutes now they were lost, and I had to stay on the phone to tell them how to navigate security checks, etc. to arrive at their dinner at The Grand Californian. The last pick up and drop off, I had my husband drop me off at the hotel where my guests were staying because I was afraid the van wouldn't show up or would take them to the wrong location. Lucky for me, the driver was early, professional, and incredibly friendly. But my interaction with Jamielynn and her incompetency is beyond comprehension. And like most people, I checked the Yelp reviews before booking and assumed, sometimes people make mistakes, well, I was wrong. I should have believed the bad reviews because I was and still am thoroughly upset about this service. Don't book them. Believe me. read more

Used them for our wedding. No complaints from guests on the way to the venue. After the event, they were supposed to drop us off at the after party as well as the hotel. I booked this company through limos.com for New Year's Eve. I found the experience completely stress free and easy. They called to confirm the reservation a few days before and I believe that is when they had charged my credit card for the remaining balance. Our driver Thomas was extremely nice and accommodating, he was 5-10 minutes early and I received a text message letting me know he was outside. The limo was nicely stocked with several options for drinks and there were some fun New Year's hats as well which was all an unexpected awesome surprise. Thomas was very helpful and made it generally easy to find him once we were outside of the Staples Center after our event. I was calling limo services around and Classique Limousines was one of the cheaper ones even without their Yelp deal (which I took advantage of). Because of this, I was a little skeptical they wouldn't do a good job. I was very much wrong. The lady was sooo nice on the phone and very helpful. And when pick up time came, our driver, James, was right on time! I was already impressed. The limo was beautiful and clean inside. James did a great job and even later during the night when everyone was annoying and drunk, he handled it like a pro. Latest Update 10-3-2012 We took the hummer limo to a fundraising gala for the local high school and I am glad we did. It allowed everyone to have a better time as they did not have to worry about driving home after having some wine and champagne. We booked this company for my daughter's wedding which was on October 9th. I don't want to write a big long story so I will just give you the facts. 1. They forgot to pick up all our guests at the hotel and blamed it on our coordinator saying she told them they were done. Our contract clearly states they were to be at the hotel to pick up our guest at a specific time. 2. This caused the wedding to start 45 minutes late and run over by about an hour. 3. Three days after the wedding they hit our credit card for an extra hour and when we questioned the charge they said it was our wedding coordinators fault. 4. About 5 days after the wedding when we were settling up with the venue we got hit for damages that were from the shuttle driver hitting a wall and landscape lighting. When we brought the bill to the limo service they said it was the venues fault because someone who worked for the venue was guiding him. I have spoken to Jamie who we worked with throughout this process and the owner Kevin. It's been close to 2 months and they have yet to make things right with us. It is not a huge amount of money and I actually don't even care about that at this point. I just don't want something like this or worse to happen to someone else's wedding. I'm sure if you are using them to go out and party and have a good time they would be just fine but to just forget about all your guests??? Come on! What could be worse than that! read more

Our wedding coordinator first recommended Classique. We also did our own research, but ended up going with Classique, as they provided the best rate and had a great fleet of limos. They provided an email confirmation upon booking. During the week of the event, they sent our several emails and provided a phone confirmation as well.
