Even more impressive, by the time he was discharged and made the 10-minute drive home, his prescription was already filled and ready for pickup. The level of efficiency was incredible. What really touched me was that the prescription label was printed in my dad's native Korean. That small detail speaks volumes about the care and respect they show their patients. However, the new self-service kiosk has made the pickup process much more efficient. Being able to scan your CVS membership and quickly pick up prescriptions through the automated system saves a lot of time and makes the overall experience much more convenient. That's long enough to get a good picture of their overall professionalism, work ethic, ability to multitask, keep store clean and stocked, more recently - they quickly 100% met Covid protocols, ... you get the picture. This store has never been a disappointment?! Some at the pharmacy have come to know me, ask about my family while the younger crew does not. Yet all provide friendly, accurate, patient service all the time. The store has an amazing selection and well stocked so you can honestly get grocery essentials, pick up a gift and wrapping, any OTC meds, RXs, and let's not forget the delicious ice cream - in one trip! Turns out for some reason the same medication cost me more than $25 more at CVS for some reason, so I looked on my insurance site for another pharmacy. I checked and the price comparison tool showed that King's was significantly less for whatever reason so I gave them a try. It's located in an odd office complex area that doesn't look like a pharmacy should be there, but the staff was super friendly and prompt and the location was very spacious. They also seemed like they were used to handling high volume which is great. Glad I made the switch too because my co-pay between two meds was less than $5.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They charged my credit card $2000 because they said my…read moreinsurance did not cover the medications. When I tried to talk to Alto they said they notified me via the app and my daughter accidentally approved the delivery, (I admit that) but really you would think they would have the courtesy to text or call me to say they were billing my credit card on file for $2000. My usual co-pay for this medication with Alto has been $25. I confirmed with my insurance, who documented payment in full to Alto. When you try to call Alto they tell you to use their app (not really appropriate for my case) and they blare static - yes literally static - while you are on hold, for a minimum of 30-60 minutes. They are still telling me they did not receive payment from insurance and I am still trying to recover my money from them. They also do not tell you when their meds are not in stock until the day they are supposed to deliver them, so we have been stuck without medication at all. Highly unsatisfactory and not at all the friendly, helpful pharmacy they claim to be.
