After choosing a design, we were walked through what features we could add, lighted bubblers (I think that's what they're called) get them! Turn around time was almost exactly what they had predicted (however they are at the mercy of the weather so we may have gotten lucky). We were able to enjoy our pool all summer, I Did I say they were professional? They are! I'm very into timelines and communicated expectations, they didn't bat an eye at my continuous questions. Now my husband on the other hand can be a handful sometimes, they were great taking his calls and fielding his requests. If I had one bit of constructive criticism, it would be in regards to timelines and expectations. I know I need reassurance and a lot of information, so a written timeline with an FAQ page handed over at signing would have helped me in the process. This being our first pool, I don't know what I don't know, so I had a lot of questions throughout the process. I hate bugging people, so my husband always had to ask the questions and I feel this might have saved us both time in that back and forth. 20/10 in all areas, hire them!

This is the exact treatment that national chains use to redline specific areas.
