My house was built in 19060 and…read morethe shower wall in the master bathroom was not originally waterproof up to today's standards and the old drywall started to deteriorate and tiles started falling off, my fireplace needed new drywall and trim around it where I ripped out the old tile and drywall, there were several old water spots on the ceiling throughout the house from an old leak that had been repaired but needed to be sealed and painted, and there was a wall in the garage where the drywall needed to be replaced because a plumber had to remove it to get to a broken pipe. Timothy did an AMAZING job! I am beyond pleased with the quality of work. He was very professional and easy to work with. Scheduling and communication was very smooth and timely. I was very flexible with the way the fireplace was trimmed and he came up with a solution that was way better than what I had envisioned. I would definitely recommend Blueprint Home Renovations! They worked at trying to find the problem in our pool that leaks like sieve for years so kudos for that but our pool has been more inoperable than not since 2009 with it either drained, under construction. Our water bills are over $300.00 per month., several times reaching $1000.00 per month. We built it when our kids were young so they could enjoy it with their friends until they're gone. The oldest graduates and leaves our home next month. The youngest Is right behind him. It turned out to be $93,000 worth of aggravation and expense. Did I say buyer beware? They'll tell you it's ground movement in our area, it's not. We moved from the Lake Ridge area lying in the fault line area because of ground movement to an area NOT on the fault line and haven't had a single crack in a wall or door stick. There has has been NO ground movement under our home since we built it.
