If I knew what was wrong with the pool I wouldnt have hired royal blue to begin with. You would be better off looking elsewhere for pool service. Even the text firing me was so condescending. If I had one bit of constructive criticism, it would be in regards to timelines and expectations. I know I need reassurance and a lot of information, so a written timeline with an FAQ page handed over at signing would have helped me in the process.
