Pine needles & pinecones everywhere made it difficult to walk, I accidently stepped on a hidden pinecone under pine needles and rolled my ankle. Laundry area on sight was good but you have to compete with people from town & Rimrock employees bringing their laundry up to the laundry room. Same thing happened with the showers, people not staying in the RV park constantly using the bathroom showers. The site we were provided was for a rig 3 feet shorter than ours. When I went to the office to check on moving into a more appropriate length spot, the woman in the office told me it would be to complicated because they would have to read the meter early. So, it served as a place to stay but I wish we had went elsewhere.

The hot water did not come on for long enough that I called the desk, went back and then it started to get warm, finally hot. On thvalve the difference between cold and very hot was about an 1/8 inch. Finally got it set right and had a nice shower. The toilet is in a corner where my knees were on the facing wall. One bolt on the toilet seat was loose, probably since you have to slide on from the side. The door tended to stick, a smaller person might have needed help. The sign said updated rooms and some effort has been made but lots of the room is still 20 year old hardware. Bed was good, good cable, quiet room slept well. Tried to complain in person, my preference but no one was up yet.

They have six tubs that are somewhat communal. If it's not crowded you can get them by yourself, but if there's other folks around, you will need to share. The water is delightful, but very warm. You can turn off the flow if it's just too hot for you. It's $18 for two hours soak you can stay longer if they're not crowded but honestly two hours is plenty here. Nice place with friendly folks cute cats running around the property. Looks like they're building some additional tubs. Also looks like they're pretty liberal with their beverage policy so bring your cooler with some beers and other libations. Overall a super chill place love it.

I travel to Montana a few times a year and this was the first time I have stayed the night in the Hotel. Traveling with a puppy it was nice to have a place so welcoming with our pet. They could spruce it up a bit but the price is right for a quick stop for some rest.

We did not stay at the resort, but came up on Christmas day to take the gondola ride, there wasn't much open on Christmas day, but what a great idea to come here. The gondola ride had incredible views as you go up the mountain. And it is a good price for the ride. Make sure to wear or have something to keep you warm on the ride up because the temperature drops quickly as you go up the mountain. The windows open if you want to get a better view without the glass interfering. The resort is showing some signs of aging, but employees are friendly. We went into the resort to warm up and have a light snack. Bathrooms are on the first floor and they are fairly clean and very busy. Plan ahead because reservations book up quickly. Jeanie was able to accommodate us for tubing. The tube are gray for medium speed and black for slow speed, the fast tubes were not out this day. It was a great deal of fun!

Needless to say I was very disappointed with the food experience and paying what I paid makes it criminal!!! Did I set the bar too high??? I definitely recommend the gondola ride but you may be better off bringing your own food!!! What's crazy is that we were early and you think the food would have been fresh, hot, as well as tasty!! We arrived a few hours before check-in, but decided to give it a try. We were greeted at the front door with a big smile by Donna, who I believe owns the place. We apologized for being so early, but she said no problem and invited us in out of the smoke. Mind you- we were in our cycling gear and I was towing a Bob trailer. She said it was fine to bring our gear in and store it in the basement. She had two rooms ready for us and we could choose one to our liking. It was fantastic to come in early and get cleaned up after roughly 35 miles on the bike! The bed was just fine, and the room was very quaint. She made us feel at home the whole time and we had a fabulous time in Wallace despite the crappy air quality. We would be more than happy to stay again the next time we visit Wallace!

No A/C in our unit~not ideal but cooled down at night with windows open (street noise came late as pubs closed but was short lived). Smell lingered our whole stay as we think possibly it used to be a smoking establishment and that odor is hard to remedy with old carpet in common areas. Room was clean, not as bad as smelling as out of the room. Shower had a cigarette burn on the shower lip (see photo). Texted the mgr but she was apparently not feeling well. No reply was ever rec'd so hoping she is ok now. 3.5 stars

It was my first time traveling alone and they were SO kind and accommodating. I never felt alone, the energy on that property is so peaceful. I laid in a hammock by the fire every night. Property huskies kept me company and it was pretty painful leaving to go back to regular life. I already booked another trip and I can't wait to come back for a white winter in the coziest cabin.

We got lucky with a last-minute cancellation and were able to enjoy a relaxing one-hour soak. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hot springs were beautiful and peaceful, and lunch was delicious! Everything about our visit was wonderful. Definitely a highlight of our road trip! We'll absolutely be back and highly recommend Quinn's to anyone looking for a relaxing hot springs experience in Montana!

The French-pressed coffee in the room paired perfectly with the morning view from our patio. The complimentary snacks, wine, and robes were the icing on the cake. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well-lit, kept cool and dark, and the bathroom floor was heated! The pools themselves were amazing, with varying degrees to soak in. The bathrooms and locker rooms were clean. Plenty of seating, both in the sun and in the shade. They kept water available all day, and the drink/snack stand was also nice to have. The views there are hard to beat! We cannot wait to come back, even in the winter. As for the food, we ate at the main restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Each time, the food and service were excellent. Definitely a new go-to for my wife and I!
