RV Park grounds are not maintained, there were weeds as tall as me. The "pet area" was really awful…read morewith uneven ground, trash & lots of weeds. There were supposed to be quiet hours but we're never enforced. People playing loud music & partying until 2 in the morning nightly. Pine needles & pinecones everywhere made it difficult to walk, I accidently stepped on a hidden pinecone under pine needles and rolled my ankle. Laundry area on sight was good but you have to compete with people from town & Rimrock employees bringing their laundry up to the laundry room. Same thing happened with the showers, people not staying in the RV park constantly using the bathroom showers. The site we were provided was for a rig 3 feet shorter than ours. When I went to the office to check on moving into a more appropriate length spot, the woman in the office told me it would be to complicated because they would have to read the meter early. So, it served as a place to stay but I wish we had went elsewhere.

We were staying at Alameda's Hot Springs nearby and decided to give wild horse Hot Springs a try…read more We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon around 1 o'clock, and most of the tubs were full. They have six tubs that are somewhat communal. If it's not crowded you can get them by yourself, but if there's other folks around, you will need to share. The water is delightful, but very warm. You can turn off the flow if it's just too hot for you. It's $18 for two hours soak you can stay longer if they're not crowded but honestly two hours is plenty here. Nice place with friendly folks cute cats running around the property. Looks like they're building some additional tubs. Also looks like they're pretty liberal with their beverage policy so bring your cooler with some beers and other libations. Overall a super chill place love it.

I don't care how bad your day is, that is not how you treat your customer. That's not just rude, that's completely INSANE for a place that's supposed to serve customers. Whoever's running this dump clearly doesn't care about basic respect or professionalism. I don't care if this is that last store on earth, and you paid me to walk thru the doors, they will not EVER be getting another brown penny from me. DO NOT GO TO THIS ABSOLUTE SHOW! Total embarrassment of a business.

I travel to Montana a few times a year and this was the first time I have stayed the night in the Hotel. Traveling with a puppy it was nice to have a place so welcoming with our pet. They could spruce it up a bit but the price is right for a quick stop for some rest.

And on the opposite of the spectrum was the food. I was looking forward to the prime rib and it was utterly the shits!!!! Most everything was cold and worse than school cafeteria style! I'm relating to school cafeterias back in the 60's to early 70's. The potato salad was good and broccoli was not bad. Maybe I should have tried the ribs. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the food experience and paying what I paid makes it criminal!!! Did I set the bar too high??? I definitely recommend the gondola ride but you may be better off bringing your own food!!! What's crazy is that we were early and you think the food would have been fresh, hot, as well as tasty!! I wish I would have taken a picture of my prime rib entree so you could see that it more look like road kill!

Everytime we come it gets worse…read more My daughter loves having her party here with all of her friends. I asked her to pick somewhere else and she wasn't having it. We rented the suite for two nights and then we rented two conjoining rooms for two nights. We also paid for 10 water park tickets. Night one we get into the room and as I unpacked the groceries I noticed the fridge hadn't been cleaned. I was in a hurry so I just wiped it out with the soap and sponge they provided. I got to the table to start setting up the table cloth and found blood all over it. Next I used the bathroom and the trash can under the sink hadn't been changed. We sat down on the couch to hook up our fire stick and found a bra just lying under the corner table. The prices keep going up and up and the quality keeps going down. I am convinced they don't clean rooms. You can't miss blood, a bra, the fridge, and the trash. The waterpark no longer runs tabs. Every single time you want a cocktail you have to track down the member of your group who has the locker key so you can grab your wallet. So for a four day trip you are up and down those stairs to get to the locker non stop. They also don't do shots. So if you want to have a quick shot and then go back to the waterslides ..... you can't. You have sit there and down an entire drink. It was so much better when they ran your card and left it on file for the day. The rules keep growing and the quality is tanking.

No A/C in our unit~not ideal but cooled down at night with windows open (street noise came late as pubs closed but was short lived). Downside: Cigarette odor hit us as soon as we stepped into the main stairway from outdoors. Smell lingered our whole stay as we think possibly it used to be a smoking establishment and that odor is hard to remedy with old carpet in common areas. Room was clean, not as bad as smelling as out of the room. Shower had a cigarette burn on the shower lip (see photo). Texted the mgr but she was apparently not feeling well. No reply was ever rec'd so hoping she is ok now. 3.5 stars

The bathrooms and locker rooms were clean. Plenty of seating, both in the sun and in the shade. They kept water available all day, and the drink/snack stand was also nice to have.
