The staff were very friendly and understanding even though we came to their self-wash station near their closing time. I didn't like their washing station quite as much as other places, simply because one station was closed and our dog kept jumping out of the bath, and having the door shut made it kind of hot and stuffy inside, but I'm glad it was available nonetheless. I was also pleased to meet a little blue conure. My son and I were admiring it but I warned him not to touch because it may bite. A staff member came by and told me the bird was actually really friendly and enjoyed being pet. He said it normally roams around on the staff shoulders throughout the day. I thought this happy bird was a great sign of employees that actually care about the animals under their care! Way to go Pet Supplies Plus!

Towels are not provided so I recommend bringing one to help speed up the drying process. They clean them in between each use and they are split in two different rooms. There is a likelihood you'll be in a room with another dog so keep that in mind if your pet isn't social or doesn't do well in shared settings that are close proximity. They do ensure the first dog is in the tub before you enter so that's super helpful. Also their store is amazing. It has such a wide variety of food, toys, treats, apparel and more for your fur babies! They also have different events like free nail trimming and educational sessions that I see advertised on their social media. Definitely give this store a visit with your dog!

In early May I did a special order with the store for a new collar for my dog to be in family photos. It's now July 1 and the order has still not been delivered. Now target is offering the same product at $3 cheaper with 4 day shipping. I was hoping to get it from dog supplies because I do appreciate their point system but two months is a bit outrageous. In addition to the shipping problem the last time me and my partner brought our dog in to get dog food their was another dog in the store that bit my dog and then went on to snip at another dog and no employees asked the customer with the aggressive dog to leave. The situation had made me timid to the idea of bringing my dog back. I'd love to continue to support this business but would like to see change.

I booked the $87 appointment and ended up having to pay $150 from all the add ons. But, that's not even the worst part.... all of my dogs hair was gone and she was cut up in several places. After sending them time stamped photos they continued to say that the groomer did not chart any cuts so they could not have been done by PetSmart. I will include the photos below. The finally got back to me a week later because the managers were out of town?????The refused to give her medicine from the store or even call her in medication to the vet. I am honestly baffled at the audacity to say I would do that to my own dog just because they didn't want to take responsibility. I will never go back there. My groomers name was Hannah. I have been coming here for 5 years, to span two different dogs and many different dog and cat friends. While a little pricier than other options in the area, this pet store is stocked with items that are well vetted and understood by the owners and employees personally. Every employee can provide genuine input and assistance into any pet related needs whether it's food, treats, harnesses or clothing, toys, etc. There are many familiar faces that have stayed working here over the years, which is always a plus. I also love what they do for the community, helping police dogs and sponsoring little events, such as around the holidays where they give free treats and coupons or other items. Follow their social media to stay up to date! There is a bath you can use (I haven't used it yet but have almost needed to so many times) where they provide all the materials and do the clean up. It's on a first come first serve basis, but you can always call to gauge how busy it is. Student discounts offered only on certain days. Not best budget for broke students but the assurance I have with the quality of the items (esp food) I'm buying for my dog is worth it.

My friend's dog has a lot of allergies and is getting old and arthritic (aren't we all???) so the grain free treats seem to do the best for her. We were greeted as soon as we entered. There is a cat section in the way back. The dog stuff is pretty much everywhere. Employees helped us find a few items but honestly just looking at labels was very simple. There was a large dog in the entry area, very friendly, maybe the owners? At check out, the two employees were very chatty and nice. We enjoyed our visit and were glad they were open on that holiday weekend (MLK).
