He explained thoroughly our options and what we could do for my daughter's braces. He did scans and we decided to wait for the 2 upper teeth to fall out. But now Dr. Kaplin is saying we need to extract all 4 bottom baby teeth, 2 upper baby teeth and 2 upper adult teeth all at once! Then he can start the braces for my daughter. When we mentioned that that was not what we discussed previously, his tone changed and started becoming rude and snappy and seemed annoyed by us. "I don't think we are on the same page here. I'm hearing a lot about baby teeth but I'm not concerned about that"

Whenever I am making my next appt and I can't take the first one she suggests, she just picks a day and time without even asking me if it works for my schedule. Last time I was there she asked me if I wanted to come on the same day and when I said that wasn't going to work she glared at me. Next thing you know she is slapping the appt card down in front of me and it already has a time on it. She didn't even care if it works for us. I thought maybe she just hated my family. She also didn't bother (nor does she ever) say thank you, good-bye or anything. Even my kids think the front desk people are rude. I feel I was duped into believing this was a nice place with nice people but right now I can't wait for it to be over so I don't have to have them treat us this way anymore.
