Unable to see a child in pain and experts in bad behavior towards parents scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. It was entered in their system as 11:15, and I -- the parent who booked it -- never received a confirmation. We arrived three minutes past the grace period for a time we hadn't agreed to, and our sick toddler was refused care. My child was in visible pain with a worsening infection and was never assessed or even looked at. No other physician was offered, no referral, no urgent-care suggestion. The front desk and office manager spent the time arguing with us about the clock rather than showing any concern for the sick child in front of them. This wasn't a one-off. Getting a timely sick visit with the MD has consistently been difficult, despite the practice advertising same-day sick visits. Zero compassion. If you need a pediatrician who will actually see your child when they're sick, look elsewhere. We've moved our care.

They were unable to accommodate me even though I was feeling awful. I had even paid the $55 after hour fee already, which was a hassle to get a refund for. I think it's unacceptable to be treating patients this way who have been seen by the same office for years. This was also after many hours of back and forth conversation on the portal app, which got me no sense of help/relief.

I've been reading some of the comments and I'm so confused by them because Linda has always gone above and beyond for my kids. For a short time we moved to Lampasas and a big reason we moved back to the area was because so many times the doctor there gave zero relief or any care to my kids. I would literally go into the office and be told to let them sit it out. Linda always has a solution wether it be an over the counter topical for poison Ivy (something we weren't even there for) or just usually something besides being told to get some rest and drink water. She always has guidance. Even recently a lump appeared on my sons neck and she gave me referral and followed up just to make sure they called. She truly cares about her patients. She listens and follows up. I've never in my life felt better than how I do with my kids with her. And sure the waiting room could be updated but I would rather have a loving and caring doctor anyday than some over the top waiting room with a doctor who tells my kids to sleep it off. Also the lovely receptionist is so prompt, wether it be and email, to answer the phone, a fax, to get the doctor. She's just so on top of things. She never cuts me off when I'm nervous and rambling. I have dealt with this doctors office for years and I've never once questioned if my kids were receiving the right care.

She made it so easy and was patient with all of my various requests. I'm not sure why there's negative reviews for limited appointment times. I tried to inform her we were going to look for a new pediatrician because this kind of attitude and the situation with the hours being wrong is very inconvenient (they don't open until 2:30 on Wednesdays now apparently) to working parents. At first it was coding that generated incorrect billing, that took months of my time to get it corrected; then they charged extra for appointments during their "open" Saturday hours and coded it so it wasn't covered by insurance as emergency. They are very misleading and deceiving. Tiffani and Toshia are the only reason we came back for so long. Getting ahold of anyone further than the front desk is a level 5 chore. When Toshia says call me, she doesn't understand how much of a chore that is. We end up waiting until our next appointment to discuss anything with her. Be prepared to pay fees, fees and more fees for every single second spent in the building. We have some of the best insurance, that covers most everything and they come up with incorrect coding that results in out of pocket fees every visit. Too bad our insurance office corrects it for us because they realize it's WRONG! Oh and when you decide to leave, be prepared to pay a fee for your child's records. There's a blurry line at the bottom of the release form that says "may" result in a few. Then they say it's their "policy," that is so deceptive to not just be transparent!!! They refuse to take responsibility for any mistake, they can never find previous payment receipts and try to make us pay even after I have proof showing we've met our out of pocket/deductible. We are so glad to be done with this office. Do yourself a favor and find another place!
