Can't say enough about our interactions with Riverdale and in particular our relationship with…read moreTracy. We often start with little more than a destination and a budget and each time time Tracy has come back with multiple options and recommendations. She passes on her knowledge but I've never felt like she's pushing a particular destination. If we happen to find something ourselves she's more than willing to take that information and put Riverdale's resources behind it where she can. Most recently, with Covid-19 and the cancellations that have happened across the travel industry it would be an easy out for Travel Agents to throw their hands in the air and wish you luck dealing with recoveries from the various providers. Not Riverdale, Tracy has been engaged, informative, and fought for us the best she could. Its the reason we'll stay with them long after this is over.

Tried to book a taxi for a guest at a hotel, and they would not let me book it. I informed the person I am booking a taxi for a guest at this time. Would not do it without MY name. I am not riding in the taxi, I am booking this FOR the guest. Which I've explained multiple times. I had to call three times. Three times. Twice the guy said asked for MY name and then proceed to say okay bye (again, refusing to give him my name). He hung up on me twice, the third I hung up on him, as I was done with this company. Called back asking is there was a room number associated with it the time. How could I have given you the room number, when you kept asking for my name?? I will not be using this company, and passing this along with my coworkers as well. Doesn't even deserve one star.
