It turned out that someone had heard I was taking Groome and decided that they were going to pick me up instead of the person I had planned to pick me up and the pickup would be at a different loation. I never okayed this and wanted what I had set up in the first place. I wrote a letter last summer to Groome due to my concern that my privacy had been leaked out and someone was allowed to change my reservation. There was no response to the letter.
