Gus is an incredible human being. This review isn't about a requested service, but it speaks to the integrity of the man who owns/runs this company. I have been in a tough season of life. Seems like everything that can go wrong finds me. After having the brakes go out on my truck & have the cost of that repair earlier in the week, I was looking forward to the 4th of July holiday weekend with my kids & grandkids. Hooked up the big 5th wheel rig and headed out from Shakopee. I made it 9 miles when I heard something was very wrong. I found my way off the highway onto a backroad in Eden Prairie. I parked, checked the rig and found it was the truck's serpentine belt fraying off. I had no one to call. Feeling defeated I sat in the truck with my dog and cried. I sat there for about 20 minutes. People, trucks and cars passed by when a courier type van was passing by stopped and asked if I was ok or needed help. Told him my situation and he said that his business is on the other side of this block if you want to walk over and let's see what we can do. I walked over and he was in his office. It was then I realized this was not an employee. It was the owner himself. He ordered the part. He had his mechanic; Viktor install the new belt and make sure I was on my way. It's the things people do when no one's watching that tell you the content of their character. And even better, when they have zero to gain but have the compassion to help others shows the content of their heart. I will forever be grateful to Gus & Viktor. This was a great place to book a service with and would do it again. Very professional and easy to book with a lot of different options and price points. We got a limo for 6 for 4 hours and it worked perfectly. Completely seamless and easy zero stress. I would not recommend Executive Transportation as they failed to deliver on all basic service commitments and expectations. I booked round-trip transportation with Executive Transportation for my father from his residence to the airport and included the additional cost of meet and greet where the driver was to be at the airport waiting for my father at the luggage terminal with a sign on the return trip. Executive transportation failed to deliver on all basic service commitments and expectations for both trips. INITIAL PICK UP: Executive transportation showed up 20 minutes late to the contracted pickup time without calling to advise they were running late. I had to call the company who stated they were unaware their driver was running late, stated they would check with the driver and call me back. The company called me back and confirmed the driver was running late but was in route to the pick up location and picked up my father 20 minutes late. RETURN TRIP: On the return trip, my father was not greeted at the baggage terminal by the driver as contracted. After my father retrieved his luggage and was looking around for the driver, he received a call from Executive Transportation that the driver was running 30 minutes late, had locked themselves out of the car, but were on their way. I called Executive Transportation to express my dissatisfaction on their repeated service level failures. The employee stated they would have Rob, the owner call me to make it right. An hour later, Rob did call me, was not aware of the first incident where his driver was 20 minutes late to the initial pick up and stated that, on the pick up, his driver had locked themselves out of the car, causing the delay. I informed Rob that I expected to be reimbursed for the Meet and Greet premium charge as well as reimbursement for the two service level failures. Rob stated that he would investigate, as it was a Saturday, he was not in the office, but promised to call me back on a Monday when he returned to the office. Rob never called me on Monday as promised, the third service level failure by Executive Transportation. I highly recommend this company for your tranport needs! i reserved a bus for 14 of us for 3 consecutive days and they were incredible! We had last minute changes constantly and a tour that changed and someone had to go upfront with Reda the driver to give instructions who handled it like a pro! he was so accommodating and kind! I would highly recommend these guys! I had a last minute flight heading out of town to a pretty remote location. I knew I wouldn't have great reception on my trip so I booked a round trip knowing I wouldn't want to deal with finding transportation when I returned. They were able to get a driver to me within 20 minutes of calling. The car was spotless and smelled great. The driver was very polite and courteous. I was expecting to get to the airport and having to rush through security to catch my flight but this was not the case. I got to relax. On my return trip I was contacted by my driver to let me know he was there and where to meet him. He was exactly where he said he would be. The whole process couldn't have been easier. I also realized when I had a chance to check my email that I had received photos, names and phone #s for both of my drivers so I would be able to identify and connect with them. Well done! We used Executive Transportation for our wedding day transportation needs and they were great to work with. They responded promptly to all emails and phone calls. They also did a great job helping us pick the best package that met our needs. They were even flexible in changing our drop-off destination the night of on the ride back. I get motion sick easily but I did not get sick during the ride because the driver was smooth and safe. The driver night of was also very patient because we took an extra time before leaving the reception. I would highly recommend Executive Transportation for any transportation needs! read more

We needed a ride from Saint Peter up to and back home from Minneapolis airport for our wedding and honeymoon, after calling around to a bunch of different providers in the cities Executive Transportation offered the best rate. On the day of departure Gus showed up right on time and got us safely to the airport. We arranged to have Steve, our return driver, meet us at the baggage carousel and he was right there waiting as we walked up. The rides were safe, both vehicles were very comfortable, and the folks who gave us a ride were friendly and super-helpful with our luggage. I plan on calling up Executive Transportation again the next time we need a ride up to the cities for air travel. read more

I called these folks with a very last minute request for a sedan for my boss for the full afternoon (from airport to a variety of meetings). They immediately said, "We'll make it happen." They were super helpful, easy to work with, efficient, and had great communication throughout. Reserved a 12:30AM ride for bride and groom. The driver, Robert arrived just after 12:00AM and let me know that he knew he was early and there was no rush for them to get in until 12:30AM. When booking I was told it would need to be a 2 hour minimum due to time of night, however I had received a quote 4 days prior that didn't note anything about a 2 hour minimum. The ride was about 15 minutes. After the representative spoke with her manager they did honor the prior quote for about half the price. Would use this service again. read more

Best in the industry! Cleanest vehicles and I get messages with my drivers name, number and picture. They also send text messages when the driver is on the way and when he has arrived so I don't have to wonder if they are coming or stare out the window waiting for them to arrive. We scheduled a ride from the airport to our home last week. Our international flight was scheduled to arrive at 6:59 PM, but arrived early at 6:40 PM. After making it off the plane, through customs and baggage we arrived at the car at 7:07 PM. We thought we had made incredible time through the very crowded Spring Break airport, until I received an updated bill. They charged me an additional $15 in overtime. I called to ask them how I could avoid this additional charge in the future--can you really expect someone to arrive internationally and get to the car within 1/2 hour? The lady said that it shouldn't have been charged and told me the billing lady would call me back. I've called three times now and no one will call me back. I've used this service in the past with great experiences, but not sure I will use it in the future. Clearly things have changed. read more

Unfortunately for me it was not a good experience. I could see the car and driver pass by my building(*I was outside) tried to wave at him but he kept driving by. He went by several times obviously trying to find my address. The building is well lit with huge numbers. Finally I was able to stop him. He said he couldn't find the right corner of the bldg. Only one major door at the right corner and address,. Poor guy, this was his second day. He was looking at hi GPS to tell him how to get to the airport. We were by Loring Park in Mpls. I then guided him and we got there. He was nice and yet I had expected a driver who would know his way around. We were not late but waiting for him was stressful as he got late and then I couldn't relax in the car because I had to to tell him how to go. Would not use this service again. Yelp has to be kidding me ! Me and my wife used this service 6 months ago and got over charged . My wife wrote a bad review and it was up for two weeks and then yelp took it down. Just goes to show you if you pay / advertise on yelp they will take your bad reviews off. Why even review on yelp ? They are biased towards there advertising clients. Gus and his team completely took care of us this past Saturday! Imagine my dilemma when we could not corral my sister to her surprise 50th bday party luncheon at WA Frost in St Paul. She blew off a friend's lunch invite as she was too overwhelmed with her kids plans that Sat., etc. So I googled St Paul Limo services (being a St Paulie girl living in Chicago) and found Executive Transportation. They said "no problem"! And completely kept the surprise (and were good sports about my obsessing that this had to be a huge surprise for her!). My mom and I played ding-dong-ditch that morning with balloons and gifts with a note that her ride would be there at 11:45am sharp and to be ready, d#mmit! Handsome Gus showed up in a suit and brand new town car and took my sister to her 50th b-day party where she reveled in all the fun and surprises with her best friends.
