I booked round-trip transportation with Executive Transportation for my father from his residence to the airport and included the additional cost of meet and greet where the driver was to be at the airport waiting for my father at the luggage terminal with a sign on the return trip. Executive transportation failed to deliver on all basic service commitments and expectations for both trips. INITIAL PICK UP: Executive transportation showed up 20 minutes late to the contracted pickup time without calling to advise they were running late. I had to call the company who stated they were unaware their driver was running late, stated they would check with the driver and call me back. The company called me back and confirmed the driver was running late but was in route to the pick up location and picked up my father 20 minutes late. RETURN TRIP: On the return trip, my father was not greeted at the baggage terminal by the driver as contracted. After my father retrieved his luggage and was looking around for the driver, he received a call from Executive Transportation that the driver was running 30 minutes late, had locked themselves out of the car, but were on their way. I called Executive Transportation to express my dissatisfaction on their repeated service level failures. The employee stated they would have Rob, the owner call me to make it right. An hour later, Rob did call me, was not aware of the first incident where his driver was 20 minutes late to the initial pick up and stated that, on the pick up, his driver had locked themselves out of the car, causing the delay. I informed Rob that I expected to be reimbursed for the Meet and Greet premium charge as well as reimbursement for the two service level failures. Rob stated that he would investigate, as it was a Saturday, he was not in the office, but promised to call me back on a Monday when he returned to the office. Rob never called me on Monday as promised, the third service level failure by Executive Transportation. I would not recommend Executive Transportation as they failed to deliver on all basic service commitments and expectations.

Wow, I am absolutely amazed by Star Transportation. I had booked a coach bus as a party bus for my…read morewedding in September of 2023. Anyways, very long story short, there wasn't any music on the bus we got for our wedding. The driver reported that it was broken but the company stated it was working when they checked so I'm not entirely sure what happened. I then had a difficult time getting any follow up from a specific person afterwards to express my dissatisfaction so I ultimately left the situation with a bad taste in my mouth for this company. But a little while later, the owner of the company personally reached out to me personally to apologize for any negative experience that I had and said that they pride themselves on customer service and wanted to make it right. I was not expecting this and ultimately had chalked it all up to a loss and bad experience initially. I'm amazed that any company would care enough for their customers to follow up even after I had already gotten nowhere with one of their employees, to apologize and wanting to make it right. They didn't have to do that and I'm shocked they did but it's clear they really do care about the experience and services they provide to their customers. Once again, I'm amazed and was not expecting anything further from them, but it's clear they will go the extra mile for their clients to give them the service they are paying for.

Update - this is still the ONLY limo company in the area we will trust to pick up our valued…read moreinternational guests from the airport! We just had two visitors come from overseas, they were tired from their trip, signals got crossed and they couldn't find where their driver was waiting for them. Our team got on the phone with the driver and (separately) the passengers and helped navigate them to the same place where they met. It took a while, and other companies' drivers might have given up after waiting a while and left the scene, but our Star driver made sure the travelers were found and had a nice ride. Another plus: the booking client gets an email confirmation when the driver is on-site, another when the travelers are in the car, and another when they arrive at their location (hotel) so we can track the progress all the way and don't have to worry. Once again, Star has validated the confidence we place in them.
