The pickup from our flight at return was effortless as well. They knew our flight number and texted us when the plane landed. As we were getting in the car, I realized I did not have my wallet! I had no ID!! Our driver agreed to drive us to my place in Uptown so I could get my passport, then took us to MSP. This big circle doubled the time we used the car service. I felt bad and asked if I was messing up any other booked rides - and was told not to worry. They had other drivers that could handle that. It turned out that someone had heard I was taking Groome and decided that they were going to pick me up instead of the person I had planned to pick me up and the pickup would be at a different loation. I never okayed this and wanted what I had set up in the first place. I wrote a letter last summer to Groome due to my concern that my privacy had been leaked out and someone was allowed to change my reservation. There was no response to the letter. This is an extremely unsafe practice at Groome!!!
