I had to leave work early to make the deadline. After dropping off mail at the Post Office I got to this location about 5:10. There was one employee there who was on a phone call when i arrived. Once I told told her that I was there to have something notarized, she told me the notary had gone home early. "They'll be here tomorrow." I told her that I'd called ahead and was assured that there would be able to have that service. She just said, "sorry", in a way that suggested that there wasn't much sincerity behind it. I was disappointed, since I had made the effort to reach out ahead of time. Ended up going to a nearby competitor that took care of my requirement. I didn't want to leave work again tomorrow to get this errand handled, which is why I was frustrated with the experience.

I went to this store to ship a prepaid return package. I showed the clerk the UPS shipping label on…read moremy phone because I had trouble printing it at home. He wanted to charge me $3 to print the label and attach it to the package. I was surprised and asked why? He said that there is a service charge for printing a label, and if I don't want to pay it I need to figure out how to print and attach the label myself. This is not the service I expected from UPS. I am very disappointed.
