[The front office did provide water jugs.] The water did stay on for more than 1 hour, only issue is the water pressure will go down a little bit. The cabin my family and I stayed at is "Lone-star". It is an amazing cabin, very big on the inside. Very clean, and organized. Every room in the house was perfect. I would say it fits 13people in there, but everybody had their own bed, and shower. There is no wifi which is not good, since they offer cable tv so it should've came with it in my opinion. Our neighbors were very friendly, great place! Overall we had the best time and loved the cabin... might go back this coming weekend again

To accommodate them, we put some of our blankets on the floor and we gently moved the dining table safely, securely outside under the covered patio. By 6:50AM we received an extremely loud banging on our patio door. It was the owner. He was rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate to me and my family. He said, " that it was his duty to inform us of the river status and advised us to hold off swimming...which that was a given. He then went on to say what he banged on the door about in the first place, "we don't allow furniture to be placed outside"! How many guests do you have here? I said that our mother and sister came for the day but with the bad weather, I asked them to stay and he then said that it will be a surcharge billed. I said ok how much? He said, I don't know but there will be one (with a angry voice). When he left, I went to both the neighbors and asked he they received " a duty to inform you banging of the door" too? They both said no. So I know this guy was a LIAR and was just passed off about his damn piece of crap table. He didn't care about informing us, he just was pissed off and delivered his bang on the door to let us know it. He was down right rude and very inconsiderate to the situation as it was his main goal to be sure that we were charged even though we were trying to keep our family safe. It is to their discretion to charge for additional guests. If this is his way of treating his guests in this manner and doesn't care about respect or integrity, he will never have our business again. To top it off, they over charged our card and took a letter from them to get our bank to reverse it. We have many options but this will never be one of them. The point is, we are people, not an instrument and that's why you have a deposit if damage were an issue..but no. It's a shame you would even consider the thought but thats the kind of non-caring and disrespectful attitude we had to deal with.

I cannot justify paying this much for a few days .. literally we did it all and did not hold back.. room with patio, valet, pedicures, lagoon canopy, lazy river, breakfast buffet, nightly happy hour and steak house one night. 2 nights, 3 days ... $3400 for 2 people.
