You get what you pay for here. The nail polishes they have here suck! They are all glittery or super bright. No nudes or pastels, or even darker fall colors. The options are either super bright or with glitter, or black. I only got a pedicure because my ingrown toenails had been bothering me on my big toes. She said there was no ingrown and that it was just dirt. She didn't even bother to check. Usually when I get pedicures, they always reach deep to get the ingrown part and they show me the big chunk they were able to remove. She didn't even try. This was probably the fastest pedicure I've had my entire life. There were people there in the middle of their pedicure when I started mine and my pedicure was over before them. I always bring a book to my pedicures because I get to read a few pages and I literally read two pages and it was over. She swiped the pumice on my feet three ways in each direction and then finished. My feet feel exactly the same on the rough spots. I really have no idea why she was in such a rush they weren't ridiculously busy and she didn't tend to anyone after me. She just sat down and talked to another worker. I usually tip 25% + and I just tipped her $2. Why should I tip someone who didn't even try and got me out of the chair in 15 min? I will not be returning to this place. I love coming to this place. They are very affordable and fast. They have a great atmosphere. HOWEVER, I don't think they ever sanitize their tools. I noticed they never cleaned their tools when going from client to client. Once when I was getting a pedicure I saw the sterilizer unplugged! they don't even bother to pretend to sanitize their tools. This only worries me because infections spread very easily. This place is great, they do a pretty good job, but I do wish that they cleaned their things properly. read more

Pedicure experience: the lady doing my pedicure didnt cut the nails on one foot & i had to ask her to do it, she wasnt thorough, i noticed the girl next to me got a hot towel on her legs but i didnt & they didnt turn on the massager on the chair. Manicure experience: the manicurist was not thorough, seemed like she barely touched my nails & forgot to put top coat on one hand. They kept going on & on in their language. It was too bad cause i really wanted like this place & to have a new place to frequent. :-( 1 star for equipment/cleanliness & 1 star for the artist that does great nail designs. This used to be my go to nail salon. But recently the service and quality of their work has not been the same. They get sloppy when getting your fills done and they always had people doing work who seemed unqualified to do so. For example, the other day I went in for a pedi and the man didn't even clean around the area and it was just horrible. The nail polish was clumpy and it was plain ugly. I didn't even want to pay but that was the last straw for me and have decided to look for another nail salon. I've been coming here since they opened and you could say that I was somewhat a loyal patron. However, my last visits there have been sub par and I'm afraid our relationship won't last. During my last visit on 7/15/15, an older lady did my pedicure and she rushed through it. She did not properly sterilize her tools, either. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. LADIES, BEWARE! A few days ago, I went to get my nails done here. The nail lady who did my nails accidentally cut my cuticle and ripped my skin. It wouldn't stop bleeding and she immediately put rubbing alcohol on it which made it burn extremely bad. She did not apologize or even stop. She continued to do my nails exposing my open cut to dirty tools and chemicals. My index finger ended up swelling and left me with an infection. I now have to go see a doctor and take antibiotics. I consider myself lucky if they don't need to cut open my finger to drain the infection out. Right now, it hurts for me to move it. I got a refund from the nail salon but they never once apologized for what they did to me. They all looked at my finger and spoke in their own language, whatever the hell they were saying. None of them had the decency to apologize. I could care less about the money, but this incident caused me to lose time with my daughter. I can't even hold her or give her a bath all because of a horrible nail lady who is supposed to be a "licensed professional." LADIES, please be careful where you go to get your nails done and if the nail lady does happen to cut you in any way, please don't hesitate to walk out and keep an eye out on your nail/finger! Came here during a work week got a gel manicure and pedicure with matte nail polish for a extra $2, total price was $55 plus tip came out to $65. The price was decent, the service is why I'm giving it 2 stars. All of their Gel nail polishes are running low and sticky, they put something in it maybe nail polish remover to keep it going but because of that the nail polishes are sticky and thin. She did my nails with a pink gel and I could see that it was out when she polished a fingernail and she kept shaking it and it would come out the bottle sticky. I corrected her on how my polish was not even and that you can still see some blotches under the coat and her excuse was " the color you pick is too light that why" NO girl it's because you're trying to stretch your nail polishes longer than they should be. JUST THROW THEM OUT. BUY SOME NEW POLISH. I get it we're going thru a "plandemic" but come on I'm sure y'all can afford some new polishes. I just got home from River Nail Spa from which I was very disappointed. I arrived at 9:30ish and sat to enjoy my feet soaking for 5-10 minutes before a technician could assist me.... no problem! Once the technician came over to me (a lady in her 50's with a bob haircut) complained the whole time. She told me i cut my nails "too short they don't look good" form which i told her i work on my feet I have to keep them short to be comfortable in work shoes. I had initially picked teal but then opted for clear by the time she arrived and she said that was bad it was summer and only colors look good why do I want clear.... then later on I said you know what do you have some designs? She did, a whole folio. I told her i wanted white nails with the design all in black... again she told me that wouldn't look good. I went through the designs and picked a simple flower design with 3 flowers, 3 dots in each and with tiny dots swirling from flower to flower. I literally left with Christmas Holly (another girl did the design). Its terrible. At the chair i told her this isn't the same design she said "whats wrong" so i left it and said ok let me just pay. When leaving I asked to see the designs i showed her and said this isn't what i asked for its not the same design.. she said so you just want more flowers. And i said no i just want the design i asked for its not what I asked for. She just put away the book and I left..... I just got home and will be washing away this design as i type this and repainting. .. so if you're in the mood for a great massage but with a judging attitude please go see this lady. read more

I was impressed by the gel manicure I had done at this salon. Per usual, there's a great selection of colors to choose from and I opted for a deep purple with a hint of glitter. The wait wasn't too bad (about 15 mins). A gentleman did my nails and he did a basic manicure along with gel polish. I have no complaints, really. I didn't experience any cuts like some of other reviewers did. I've had my nails for about a week now and they still look great. The place itself looks clean. This is officially my favorite nail place. I came here on a Sunday morning with no appointment and was seated right away. I was very indecisive about my nail shape and kept changing my mind, but my girl was patient with me and she did whatever I asked of her. I needed to get out of there by a certain time and they could tell the I was panicking, so the other girl ended up working on my other hand and I got out of there in time. It was so thoughtful of the other girl to help me out by working on my other hand.. and my nails ended up looking perfect! LOVE the shape and how smooth and clean my nails look. Horrible customer service. I called on Weds around 3:30. I asked if they were busy. The lady asked what did I want to get done. I told her a fill and a pedi. She tells me to come in right then and there. I live no more than 5 mins away. When I show up the same lady who answered asked may I help you. I said I just spoke to you. She said ya 3:45 appointment I said no you told me to come in. So I sat down there was another customer waiting. Than the 3:45 customer comes in. This is a zero review. i was at the UPS store next door and needed to have a pedicure. I decided to go here instead of my usual salon because it was empty. Nancy did my gel pedicure. She is the worst! Once I was seated in the spa chair, the water was cold, the massage chair was never turned on for me, she was rough, clipping nails way to short, getting upset because my foot wasn't situated how she wanted it, so she would yank my foot. I finally told her to relax she was being rough. She drops an instrument and actually tried using it on my foot again. I made her get me a clean instrument. She literally threw the instrument in the tub and walked away pissed to get a new instrument. I asked for a different stylist but she still continued working on my feet. The gel color I asked for was a burgundy she just did a red color. Once she was done, she just left me in the chair. I complained to the owner. She just shrugged like she didn't care. Being a diabetic I try to be very careful with who does my toes. I will never ever go to this place again! Everyone save your money and patronize a salon that actually cares for their customers.
