I'm extremely detail-oriented and very particular about my vehicles. I asked him to do the absolute minimum repair possible and carefully blend the clear coat into the existing finish instead of repainting the entire panel. He listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. He delivered a perfect result at a fraction of what other shops quoted. For me, the price was never the deciding factor--quality was. After carefully selecting him, I can confidently say I made the right choice. I'm extremely proud of my decision and couldn't be happier with the outstanding workmanship. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, highly skilled professional who truly cares about quality.

Unfortunately, he incurred a few scratches over time and went to have them redone. They contracted the job out to a rim painter, who painted rims in his mobile truck and they were horrible (drip marks and the color was off). I saw the great reviews here, so brought it in to see what could be done because it seemed obvious that something was just misaligned. Tech came out to inspect my car and was telling me I definitely needed new hinges! I might need a new door! This is going to run a lot of money! That they weren't going to try to investigate a misalignment because they wanted to do things "the right way!" Sure buddy. I thanked him, left and went to the body shop just down the street. Where a tech took a look at the door, determined that the A-pillar on the car door hinge had just gotten bumped out of place, bumped it back into place which fixed the problem, and within 15 seconds sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me because it was such a minor "repair" if you can even call it that. Royal might be good at what they do, I don't know. But they tried to upsell me on a repair that was thousands of dollars for something that wasn't even broken and was a component easily pushed right back into place. So definitely get a second opinion if you go here.
