I did not stay at the hotel but attended an event in the ballroom. This the second event I have been to here and both time have been delightful. I was busy so I really didn't take alot of pics. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff was very nice. We were able to use the adjacent room to rehearse and keep our belongings there. There were plenty of bathrooms available close by. It made for a lovely event

Wonderful experience!! Food is incredibly delicious! The updated decor set the tone for a fabulous and elegant banquet!the event coordinators were professional and so sweet. They has door greeters at the doors - making every guest feel so important and welcomed!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS VENUE! We hosted a regional Spring banquet meeting there in March- and received so many compliments for selecting this venue! Can't wait to see how our daughter wedding will turn out there in May!

Versatile venue for fundraisers, events, weddings, and whatever else you can dream up! I've been here several times and have always had positive experiences. Their food is good, the staff is so courteous and friendly, and there's always room in the parking lot. Close to Carmel and a lot of hotels, I'd recommend it for any type of event. Their man room can hold hundreds and can also be split up to accommodate smaller groups. The decor is fresh and modern. They also have a detached chapel!

Went to a friend's wedding at the pavilion here. It was si.ple and elegant. The food at the wedding was very good. The bar tenders and servers were very nice and attentive. The music was great and the reception venue was gorgeous. It was quite warm out but they had large fans going to keep it cool. They had indoor and outdoor seating.

Let me preface this by saying that I, myself, am an event planner. My husband and I are capable of…read moreplanning events, and even enjoy doing it. So, "Why??", you ask, did we get a wedding planner? Well, let me ask you: do you want to enjoy your wedding? Or do you want to be running around making sure the DJ cues your dad to the dance floor in between mingling with the most special people in your life? Your wedding will already go SO quickly - don't waste it by attending to the small details. Jessica was AWESOME. I'm a laid-back bride and I appreciated her relaxation, yet incredible attention to detail, during the planning process. We met for coffee twice and communicated via email in between. She brought up questions I hadn't even thought of, created the agendas, communicated with vendors, chimed in when we needed advice and made our wedding perfect. She's the kind of wedding planner that will make sure you eat at your own wedding (so you don't pass out), will snag you for that perfect sunset shot, and keep the event running smoothly while you enjoy the best night ever. She's amazing, kind, efficient, professional, and fun. Definitely recommend!

So, when we began planning, we knew we'd need some extra hands on deck as our venue didn't come with a built in events coordinator. Plus, I was planning a wedding in Indiana from my home in San Francisco, which can be very stressful. I got Jessica's name from two girlfriends, and after my initial email to her about a year ago, we got on the phone to talk through my wedding vision. Now, as a publicist, I have planned my share of large scale events, so I really wanted Jessica to sell me (and especially my parents) on her services and why we would need her help. And that's exactly what she did! Jessica has so much experience planning all kinds of weddings, she asked really smart and detail-oriented questions, but I think what sold me is that Jessica also had an outdoor, at home reception in September a few years ago, so I knew she'd take great care of us. Jessica's support throughout the process was so critical to helping us pull off a fabulous wedding. What I love most about Jessica is that she wants to work with brides who love to plan - that's me! In the months leading up to the wedding, Jessica's makes sure you've thought of absolutely everything and nothing falls through the cracks. We had one or two calls last Fall to talk through wedding details and decide on the right planning package for us (more on that below). When I was back in Indiana in the Spring, Jessica came to my parents' home in Muncie to walk through the yard and help us make some decisions on placing the tent, band, bar, etc. She has so much experience and really great ideas, so she helped us take lots of things into consideration. Then, we had two more meetings to run through every single detail before the big day. She's very flexible on timing for meetings and what works best with your schedule. We selected JDWC's Wedding Day package, which consists of 12 hours on-site on the wedding day, plus planning meetings leading up to the big day. My parents were a little hesitant when they saw the price tag, but I can't tell you how many times throughout the planning process I heard them say "I don't know what we would do without Jessica - she's worth every penny!" and I couldn't agree more. I would highly recommend Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination to any bride who is thinking she might need some help on her big day!

We were profoundly disappointed with the lack of client-care, honesty and communication throughout the entire process, even in the delivery of photos. We hired Lauren + Casey because we liked their style, we wanted a husband/wife duo and we wanted Indy locals (we live in Los Angeles, our wedding was in my hometown of Indianapolis). We were happy to hear that Lauren, like us, felt it was important to meet in-person to talk vision + prep before the wedding. We agreed to meet in the June and July months when I was scheduled to fly home to Indianapolis. After hiring Love, Leon and putting down our 50% deposit, we felt that Lauren's interest in us and our wedding ended. At the beginning of June, I reached out to Lauren to set + confirm our first in-person meeting. Lauren informed us that she and her husband (2nd shooter) were moving to Germany at the end of the week and she would be unable to meet until the afternoon before my wedding day. As I probed further, she admitted that Casey was no longer available to shoot the wedding and she had already hired a new 2nd shooter. When I searched for this photographer online, I came up blank. There was no Instagram, no website, no reviews and no verifiable online presence of her work. Lauren supplied us with two private links to photos, but asked me to "trust her on this one" even though she had never shot a wedding with this person. We begged for our deposit back. Because so much had changed, we wanted to go with another photographer and part ways with no hard feelings. She refused to make an exception and informed us that she would be keeping our deposit regardless of our decision. We didn't have the budget to pay another photographer without getting that $1,650 deposit back, so we had to proceed with Lauren and try to make the best of this new situation. Her demeanor on the day-of was good and she handled herself well with our bridesmaid photos. The only thing that struck me as odd & unprofessional was when she asked the Matron of Honor to buy her an Uber home during the reception. After delivering the photo galleries, we noticed that a vast majority of the family and group shots were blurry. The trees behind us were focused, but all of our faces were out-of-focus. I reached out to Lauren asking for sharper versions that were suitable for printing and using in a photo book. At this point, she admitted that she had made a mistake with her camera during our group photo session and she did not have any in-focus photos of our wedding party, the bride's family, the bride + groom's family or my grandparents. I was stunned. I reached out to some professional photographer friends to see if anyone could salvage the images. I received an overwhelming response that this was not a camera setting issue, but rather a fundamental photography-skill issue. A photographer may occasionally slip into back-focus for one or two frames out of a hundred, but anyone who bills themselves as a professional would see this mistake after a shot or two and fix it immediately on-site preventing further blurry photos. They were all stunned to find out that she hadn't fixed it on-location, and further than she hadn't owned up to the rookie mistake upon delivery. She waited to see if we would catch it. The whole thing just doesn't sit well with me. All this to say - Love, Leon added stress to the wedding process rather than alleviating it. Maybe it was a one-time mistake, but I wouldn't recommend taking that risk on your wedding day. If you're a bride or groom who values communication, transparency and an overall positive experience in wedding planning, I would urge you to explore other photographers in Indy. **NOTE: As a courtesy, I let Lauren know in advance that we would be sharing our honest experience on this platform. In response, she offered + provided a 50% refund for the $3,600 contract and apologized as she understands that nothing can replace the fact that these images were not captured. She will "use this as an opportunity to learn and grow."**

From the very initial planning session, Lauren was knowledgable, professional, and passionate. Not only are they great photographers, they are also fun to be around! We appreciated their honesty, humor, and patience; characteristics we now value in an awesome wedding photographers duo and our marriage! The pictures are PERFECT. We absolutely adore them. One of the best decisions we made was finding Stacy and hiring her. We are SO grateful for her work, it made our makeshift elopement real and you will not believe how great the pics turned out. Stacy was recommended to us by a neighbor who knew she did wedding photography and I had not seen her work before but since we desperately wanted someone to photograph our wedding and she was willing to come, wear a mask and maintain a distance so we hired her. OH MY GOD WE ARE SO LUCKY. THESE PICTURES BELONG IN A MAGAZINE. I am not just saying this, she is so good. I have had pictures taken professionally before and it is so awkward, I normally feel so uncomfortable, hate the way I look, my poses, etc. The pictures she captured were flawless.
