Piercings not worth it. Overall a good experience with Chari but definitely in the "luxury" price range. Pierced my bridge crooked 3x, and snakebites uneven as well. Even bringing in my own high quality jewelry that meets piercer standards, she still would only change out with pieces from the shop's preferred brand. Again not awful, but would only recommend simpler piercings. Wiloe was an awesome tattoo artist tho, 10/10! Edit, regarding comment from owner: this is retroactive based on my experience from a couple years ago (only recently got on Yelp) but with your comment I see your practices may have changed. I was really happy with this find! I was in town for a psilocybin therapy session and I wanted to go home with a reminder of my intentions. I assumed a walk in wasn't likely, but only having to wait an hour was great! Lexi is a talented artist and was able to use his creativity and come up with a great design. The conversation during the application was incredible. He's a well traveled guy with some great stories. We definitely had a connection and I left like I met a friend. I'm super happy with his art and the cost was very fair. I'll be reminded of what I learned on my visit to Ashland forever! read more

Ritual Evolution - Triple helix all in one go! - Piercing Near Me - Ashland, Oregon

Could not reccomend Chari highly enough, she's wonderful. I came in to get a second lobe piercing on both ears, as well as a helix done on one ear. She was fantastic at recommending jewelry for what I was wanting and took her time in finding the placements for each piercing. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. She was also super through with her care instructions, which I really appreciated. read more

I got my nose pierced in late August 2017 and am so happy to share how amazing my experience was. I love my piercing and have followed Chari's instructions to keep it clean and nice. (Don't touch it, wash with water, keep makeup away from the piercing). No regrets! Chari got me in for a piercing the same day I called her! I had been considering a nose piercing for a while and was ready to pull the trigger as soon as possible, Chari was my first choice and I was glad she was able to get me in the same day. Chari has a petite, welcoming, clean, and stylish studio- Perfect for someone who values privacy and quality. She made a genuine effort to get to know me before putting a hole in my face, which I appreciated. At the same time, she didn't draw out the appointment with unnecessary small talk. Chari recommended a gold hoop based on my look and energy- really happy I took her advice because it looks classy af. Before the piercing, Chari had me do some deep breathing - gotta love that guided care. She's quick and dexterous when the needle comes out! After the piercing was done, she instructed me on after care and gave me an informational sheet and told me I could call with any questions. Here's a shot of me that makes me feel great because the photographer told me to turn my nose toward him so he "can see that awesome piercing" read more

I had a great experience here. It was a busy day and though Chari was juggling multiple clients, she still provided excellent service. I had my nose re-pierced and she did a great job - minimal pain and it looks great! Her studio is very clean and I appreciated the extra precautions that she took against infections in general (iodine, sterilized equipment) and also COVID. It was very different from my initial piercing experience (not in Ashland) and far better. I also liked the ritual aspect of the experience - she lightly bangs a little gong to start and end the session (and maybe some other things that I missed because I was a little nervous). When you're trusting someone with changing the appearance of your face, you need to be extra careful about finding someone like Chari who is an expert. I highly recommend her. read more

Came here to broaden my horizons! I'm very conservative when it comes to piercings but always wanted a nose ring. So glad I came here. Chari is so nice and patient. Chari let me know what to expect, let me know how important it is to not touch the piercing. Chari also let me text if I had any problems (I didn't). I'm thinking I need more piercings!! Woohoo!! read more

Wow I'm so impressed with this place, and Chari. This was my very first time ever with getting a piercing (never got my ears done as a kid, no tattoos, nothing) and it was such a pleasant experience! She was super professional and had such a calming energy I didn't feel uncomfortable being as... exposed, I guess(?) as I was, and it took almost no time at all it seemed. It was a nice, simple, and clean environment. I had been messaging/texting her about what I wanted done and she was always on top of communicating with me and was always just overall reassuring. Afterwards, she told me that I could feel free to text or call her with any questions or concerns about my piercing, and that was so nice; I appreciated that so much. ALWAYS will recommend her to anybody!!! read more

I've been pierced by Chari twice, once for my nostril and once for my eyebrow. She is incredibly knowledgeable, let's you know when she's going in for the piercing, and completes the process quickly and smoothly. The only jewelry she offers is implant grade and internally threaded or threadless. If you want to safe piercing experience, go to Chari! read more

I had waited until my piercing healed fully to write a complete review. Two months ago, I asked Chari last minute for a septum piercing on a busy day, and she got me in within 2 hours on her schedule. I brought two friends with me--one whose never had a piercing before, and another who has a collection of piercings mostly on her ears. The atmosphere was very calming, and as someone whose pierced before, it's clear Chari knows what she's doing. She is inarguably the best piercer in the Rogue Valley. Aside from having her own flare, everything was done by the book and then some. When my friend without piercings fainted at such a new experience, she knew exactly what to do, which was comforting to say the least. The price you pay for an independent business woman is high but worth it. If I finally save up for more piercings, I know who to go to. read more

Ritual Evolution - My decision to get my septum pierced has brought a lot of excitement to my life. The style itself+piercing was $195, give or take - Piercing Near Me - Ashland, Oregon

Did not have a good experience here. Lots of pain (somehow messed up my piercing in my mouth spent a long time digging around in there). Also she doesn't have listed prices and will make up a price off the top of her head. Mine was $100 for two piercings... read more

I lost one of my gauged earrings and needed a replacement. Chari was super kind, welcoming, and professional. She helped me figure out what size I needed while I browsed the collection of jewelry. If i ever want another piercing I'll definitely go see her, and I highly recommend her studio! read more

I am so impressed with Chari's knowledge and professionalism. I've been having trouble with my daith piercing for years. It just wouldn't heal properly. Chari took a look at it and decided I should get new hardware and by the next day it felt so much better. It's finally healing like it should. Thank you so much Chari. read more

I have had a number of piercings (4-6) in my life, and Chari gave me the best experience BY FAR! Her space is not only spotlessly clean and very professional, but very beautiful. She clearly values creating a space that helps folks feel at ease and relaxed. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was struck by her kindness, fluidity, relate-ability, and expertise. She helped me find the perfect location (on my nostril) for the piecing and she talked me through each step of the process; there were no surprises. To my great delight, the actual moment of piercing was the most painless one I have ever had! She gave me simple & clear instructions for after-care and I left feeling ready for my next piercing... I almost turned around and signed up immediately for another appointment. I couldn't recommend Ritual Evolution and Chari highly enough. I am thrilled that Ashland has such a high-quality piercing place (and practitioner) and I will definitely be going back... probably soon! read more

Charli removed three jewelry top of my dermal piercing today and it was honestly more important to me than I even knew and I really appreciate their skill and expertise. I've had my dermal piercing for three years and one other piercer has tried and failed to take the jewelry top off, charli had to use two tools and was very quick and really didn't cause me any discomfort at all. I liked the calming music in the rooms and their attitude was really welcoming. The interaction make me feel strongly enough to leave a review :) read more

Chari is such a kind and amazing person, who takes a very medically professional approach to piercing but still spiritual at the same time. She took her time showing me the jewelry to select for my nose piercing and explained the process so well. Then she relaxed me, played some lovely music and did the piercing with such ease. I would recommend her a hundred times over! read more

What an amazing experience! I went in last week and got my nostril pierced. It was my first time there, and I was nervous. Chari was great at explaining everything. She's very nice and professional. The shop is really clean and tranquil; I loved the atmosphere! She really knows what she's doing. Went in today to get my septum done, and I was really nervous about this one; I thought it would hurt a lot more than it actually did. She made it seem effortless, and what an experience it was! Both times I walked out more in love with my piercings than I thought I would. I'm confident I've found my one and only piercer! read more

My daughter met her grade goals and earned herself getting her belly button pierced- I wanted to make sure I found a place that I felt safe and comfortable trusting to pierce my daughter- it's interesting that I was much less concerned with my own but was very nervous getting hers done. I did some research and found that piercers certified by the APP (the Association of Professional Piercers) had to meet very strict standards- I checked to see if there were any APP certified piercers in the area and found Chari at Ritual Evolution on their list- she also holds certifications in multiple other complicated types of piercings- given my situation and that I was trusting somebody with my baby I was all on board with somebody that was abundantly qualified for a simple and common piercing- I brought my daughter to her shop and immediately loved the very relaxing vibe she has created there- it was also immaculately clean and I appreciated that- Chari's humor and bedside manner as well as her depth of knowledge put me at ease and it was truly a wonderful piercing experience- I can't recommend her enough read more

Excellent. It's difficult to find a shop in the area with someone willing to insert a retainer immediately after a lip piercing. Chari is very careful, thoughtful, professional, and she knows her shit. She used a glass retainer and barely anyone in my workplace even noticed. Can't wait til it heals and I can go back for jewelry :) I'll be paying her a visit for all my future piercings. read more

Highly recommended! Wonderfully professional and clean. I would most defiantly say the drive to Ashland is well worth it.

8-9 years ago I got a cartillege piercing at Ritual Evolution. I was anxious when I walked in. When I was younger, someone (not at RE) messed up giving me a cartilage piercing pretty severely. Shari was great. Put on some soothing instrumental music, the room had soft purple, calming wall paint. Shari sat with me, we laughed and joked a bit and then practiced guided breathing. After the piercing supplies were set out and ready, Shari prepared me to breath out on the poke. It was such positive experience that I havent gone elsewhere. Ive gotten a total of 5 piercings at Ritual Evolution. 2 upper-ear cartilege, and 2 lobe piercings. read more

I've been here twice now, the first time was unexpected because the original place I was going to was closed so we called Chari. Even though she was closing, she told my friend and I to come in and stayed open pretty late to do our piercings. Not only did she do a fantastic job but she also gave us a discount! I was super nervous and the way she talked about energy and chakras made me feel better. She gave me some breathing exercises to do that put me at ease. I just went in for the second time today and she was super patient with me, she talked to me about some very interesting topics and I opened up to her about some personal things in which she gave me some great advice. Chari is an awesome piercer and I would definitely recommend going to her business! read more
