This salon did a horrible job doing a blonde touch up. Very understanding that the hair was…read moreslightly more grown out than normal but not by much. They left bleach powder on my mother's head and just gave her a baby wipe to clean it .. didn't even style it. There's horrible banding all through out her head. That's not even the worst part. Kedall spees who did her hair burned her scalp. The only thing she could get back was a tip for burning her scalp. Need a another reason ? She said she felt like there was conditioner still left along her hair with it feeling stringy. Her hair felt so stiff and like a dried noodle. I'm praying her hair doesn't fall out but this is absolutely unacceptable horrible guest experience for my mother. Will be expecting a full refund for the damage she's caused.
