I came in yesterday to get a tattoo after a rough week, my grandma had passed away and I wanted to get her handwriting that said "breathe" on my arm. They got me in right away and everyone was nice and welcoming. The tattoo came out beautifully and even though I wasn't the most talkative customer, they were all so nice. I'm from Seattle so unfortunately I'm too far away to come here again but I would next time I'm in the area. I definitely recommend this place. Very clean and very good prices. I have paid 260 dollars to this establishment and I've had absolutely no work done. I paid a guy named Josh Teska 200 dollars for a deposit, he moved away and took my money with him. The owner of Rogue Tattoo (also Josh) was unwilling to work with me. (this happened under his establishment.) So i set up another appointment, paid 60 dollars on top of that, and had to wait a few months to get a tattoo. For some reason they wont let you pay in full when you set up the appointment, which seems kind of odd. They seem to catch people in this loop and they will not refund your money nor will anyone of these people work with you. They will only take your money. I couldn't pay for my tattoo months later because life happens and they don't seem to get that. A sensor went out on my car and needed replacing or I wouldn't have a car. Josh's excuse for not at least applying that money towards my tattoo from him was each artist is an independent contractor. Unfortunatly, Josh, you own that establishment. So any negative feedback, or backlash will hit you primarily. I will be seeking legal action via small claims court. Avoid at all cost Most of the reviews below don't reflect how they ACTUALLY operate. Check the reviews that "didn't make the cut" below the actual reviews. This company should NOT have close to 5 stars. 2 stars is appropriate I personally will not trust someone to tattoo my skin that allows people to work in their shop that steals from their clientele, and then turns around and tells me too bad give me more money read more

I didn't even get to use the services provided here, and I will never, simply because of a smart remark that I received over the phone. I am not from Medford, and was in town for the day. I have been trying to get an old piercing re-pierced. I have been unable to because I live in a small town, and our only shop is closed on Sundays. I figured, being Medford, there must be somewhere to get this done on a Sunday. I was thrilled when I called to see if anyone was available for piercings, and someone answered the phone on a Sunday. After already having been treated rudely over the phone by someone at A Body Mod, I thought I might try here, as I've heard good things. I was told that they will not be offering piercing services for at least a month, so I asked if they knew of anyone who might be open to do it on a Sunday. I was informed very firmly that "we DO NOT refer people to our competitors!" First of all, if you do not offer the service, it is not competition if someone else does. Second, I have many friends that are business owners, and they are not threatened by others in the same business, and would gladly refer a customer elsewhere if they are unable to provide the needed service. They could have just nicely said anything, no reason to be rude. I will definitely look elsewhere for a business that values their potential customers. read more

The WORST decision of my life to come here. The guy who did my tattoo was newer. Messed up my tattoo horribly. I know a few people who tell me the same thing. I got three adjacent stars on my leg, and not ONE is the same size as the other. Sloppy work. He said he has only been doing this a year, and it shows. Plus, when I went in to get another one done at a different shop, the SEASON (13 year) artist said he went over and over unnessacarily and it shows how it didn't heal right. He said there will be scar tissue and there may not be a great way to fix it. I will NEVER go back. Wish I could give ZERO stars read more

I got a horrible tattoo from another shop and went to Rogue for help. I ended up meeting with a traveling artist, Kristina, whom I loved. She was so positive about helping me get it fixed (I went to another shop and they basically said I had to cover it with a black hibiscus). Kristina saw me for a quick consult as soon as I walked in and I came back a few days later for a real consult. That's when I met Josh L and we chatted about how bad the original was. Unfortunately the original wasn't healed by time Kristina had to leave so she set me with Josh L, as they have similar styles. I have now gotten three from Josh L. I have the re-do, which is amazing, a scar we turned into a hand drawn butterfly and a tulip on my arm. I also have a really neat elephant from Josh T and I have my next planned for tomorrow. I refuse to go anywhere else. read more

I felt welcomed the second I walked through the door, Everyone there was so friendly. I felt right at home. I had been looking for a great Artist in the area (recently moved to Ashland), and nothing/no one really caught my eye, until I came upon Rouge tattoo. The tattoo Artists that work there are incredible.All of them. I was tattooed by Josh, the owner of Rouge Tattoo. I could tell that he cared a great deal about his customers and the experience they have at his shop. His attention to detail is impeccable. His art is beyond amazing. His prices are more than fair. He was down to earth, humble, funny, kind, professional, and a totally rad guy to talk to during our session. I wanted a tattoo finished that another artist had started 8 years prior in a different state (unexpected circumstances prevented this artist from being able to finish my tattoo). I told Josh that I needed this done asap for personal reasons and with no questions asked he got me in 48 hours later. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and made sure I was 100% in love with my finished tattoo before I left, which I was. I will be going to Rouge tattoo *only* for any and all other work I want done even though they are 15 miles north of where I live, I truly believe they are they best around, and I am so stoked I found them! read more
