This is just a kiosk in the mall- so I was pleasantly surprised at their customer service. I love the earrings I got and I got a call telling me I forgot my old earring backs at their counter, so I went back today to pick them up. They could've easily just thrown the old backs away, but they didn't and called. I bought the newer backs that lock for my old and my new earrings and it works great. So I will go here again because they did a great job in taking care of me.

Today I walked in for a tattoo and a piercing. I knew exactly what I wanted and Korynn had the stencil ready for me within minutes. While I waited I had Melinda pierce my daith. From the second Korynn called me to the back it took about 10 minutes to do my tattoo. She was very efficient and very sweet.
