The salon was beautifully decorated and they even had mimosas and petite bite sized desserts displayed on a cute cart for us. Hannah, the owner has a great personality and was very hands on. She worked patiently with me and allowed me to take as much time as I wanted to take pictures and call people and ask questions. My original wedding date was shifted twice during the pandemic and with all the extra time I started second guessing my dress. On the hunt I went for another one and I ultimately came back to Ever's because of the customer service experience and Hannah. The staff are all so sweet and there's NO PRESSURE. Things were different this time because of COVID so masks are required and instead of sandwiches and treats there was mimosas and water. I had a terrible experience with another local salon and I couldn't even get them to return my calls for over a year to schedule an appointment. When I wrote a review about them they suddenly emailed me back apologizing. Too late. I called Ever's to ask a question about my dress and not only did she promptly return my call but informed me about a trunk show happening this weekend. Today I purchased two additional dresses off the rack and don't regret it not one bit. They're having them cleaned and I'll pick them up next month. So now I have three wedding dresses for an incredible price and will refer everyone I know here. Not only did I run into a famous reality star (Jordan from The Amazing Race and Big Brother winner), I was handed a mimosa when I walked in. YES...I love to Sip N Shop. Store is clean, open and organized well. Prices are affordable and pieces are trendy and cute. I liked that they had different items to offer and didn't carry the same pieces that the other surrounding boutiques carried. The only thing is that some of the items ran small on me. A large sweater didn't fit in length on my long arms. I still bought it, though, because I couldn't pass up the deal of 40% off...plus I'll just layer underneath. haha! They also need more selection in scarves. Maybe they were all snatched up by the time I got there at 9:30. Who knows. I like this store and will come here as often as my bank account allows. After trying on a few dresses, I remember telling my stylist, Allie, "I don't know if we're going to find it." She smiled, disappeared for a few minutes, and came back carrying the most beautiful gown. She looked at me and said, "I think this is the one for you." The moment she helped me into it, I did something I never thought I'd do... I cried. Allie looked at me and said, "I'm in awe of how good this looks on you," then pulled back the curtain. The staff there was incredibly kind and I had a good experience, but it was a more typical, shared bridal boutique setup where other brides and families could see dress reveals and hear each other's conversations. My belongings stayed on the floor of my changing area, and I got myself into each gown before the stylist came back in to get me fully fastened. I thought nothing of it because it was my first time wedding dress shopping and assumed that was just how it worked! Then we walked into Ladies of Lineage and I immediately realized how different the experience could be. The boutique itself makes you WOW at how beautiful it is! It feels elevated and luxurious while still being incredibly warm and welcoming. Elizabeth greeted my mom, sister, and me with champagne, then sat down with us to get to know me, my wedding, what I thought I wanted, and what we were comfortable spending. She gave us a tour of the gorgeous showroom and then pulled dresses for me based on everything we had discussed. We had our own beautiful glass-enclosed bridal suite with a couch for my mom and sister, a huge mirror, a curtained changing area, and even drawers for my clothes, shoes, purse, etc. Elizabeth personally helped me in AND out of every gown while my mom and sister got to relax with their champagne and wait for each exciting reveal. I bought the whole look!!! When I officially said YES, she celebrated right alongside us, took my "Down with the Gown" pictures, and had me sign the champagne cork. Elizabeth mailed me the sweetest handwritten note welcoming me to the Ladies of Lineage family, and they later personally invited me to an exclusive event to meet Sassi Holford, the designer of my wedding gown, while she was visiting from London! I unfortunately couldn't attend, but being thought of and invited as one of their Sassi brides meant so much. I love finding boutiques! I found this place by accident one…read moreday as I was running errands, and did a quick peek for a wedding theme color. Although I didn't find the color I needed, I knew I wanted to come back. When I finally came back to shop, I had such a wonderful experience! I was greeted warmly, had a fitting room started for me, and was tempted to buy half the store! I came back another day for some pieces I didn't purchase the previous time, but they were gone :( There's a sort of thrill and disappointment at seeing the limited availability. Creates a sort of shopping rush to the experience! However, I did notice not all the staff are as warm as I experienced on my first shopping experience there. The last time I went, one staff member, short hair and bright blue contacts, wouldn't even make eye contact with me, and hardly spoke a word.
