Friendly staff, great selection. They went out of their way to order my size. Was able to find it at another store.

The owner requested the tracking information, which was sent to her in a timely manner, so that her roomate could bring the box inside when it arrived. It is unfathomable that my mom is expected to pay $500 in charges of clothes and accessories that she did not keep. The owner also threatened to " have no choice but to pursue it a little further" while not claiming any responsibility for the damages what so ever. Do NOT do business with this lady unless you want to get scammed.

I recently visited this Nordstrom Rack location after moving to Charlotte, and overall, it was a…read moresolid experience. Nordstrom Rack has always been one of my favorite places to shop. I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. To some people, Nordstrom Rack still feels a little pricey for a discount store, but you really have to compare it to the original full line price tags. I live in the NoDa area, and I will say this location was a bit farther out than I expected, about 25 minutes from my house. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect at a Nordstrom Rack, but they moved quickly, and the checkout line wasn't long. Overall, this location was consistent with the other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. No surprises, just the usual dependable Rack experience. I'd definitely return.

The store was very well stocked and clean. You didn't see much on the ground from items knocked down. The items I found were priced very well. No complaints. There was so much variety here that you could spend a lot of time in this store. Upon checking out, I was greeted by a young lady. She asked me about opening a store credit card and I told her no thank you. Her demeanor changed, lol! I mean I'm sorry that I don't shop here often enough but also store credit cards are too limiting! But anywho...nice experience here and I would return.

I loved hitting the store when I traveled to big cities up until Charlotte got a few H&Ms of its own. Most importantly, the stuff was always affordable. I guess not much has changed with the store. The clothes are still very affordable - $5-8 for a tee in about any color imaginable. I guess they're still on the cutting edge of fashion but I just don't care for what's considered popular fashion these days. I actually wore oversized, stretched-out t-shirts a lot back in my high school days. Was I cool then? No. And it's still not cool now. Other stuff is basic as it comes on the men's side. Jeans, pants, business casual looking stuff - jackets, slacks and button downs. Denim jackets, interesting underwear and their sock collection seems to be best of all. There is also a handful of accessories, mostly sunglasses. But I get sunglasses for free about anywhere these days. I think we ought to be on the cusp of a men's clothes revolution in the world. Our options are so restricted and plain. I mean, you can only get a t-shirt in so many colors before you come full circle. Until I see a style that appeals to me on the forefront again, I'll probably steer clear of H&M.

But they have great staple items like sweats, under shirts, and basic t-shirts that withhold the test of time. The store was well lit and organized. This location has a nice shoe selection, as well as costume jewelry selection.

I love this store, but also love to dig and that has to be your point of view when shopping here…read more The dress selection is insanely good. All sizes from xxs-plus. Although they have a mix of new, used (they have a clothing rental business as well) and returned goods everything is mixed together and sizes can be muddled. If you see a sku on the tag these are items that were part of their rental business and are past prime so in essence it's a high end thrift item they are selling to the public. Everything is between $20-100 with most items falling for me around $50. I usually land out spending around $450 and walk away with a bag load of free people items.

The layout organizes garments first by color and then mostly by size. Depending on how you like to shop, this is either a plus or a minus. Personally, I'd prefer everything sorted primarily by size, though I can see the appeal of the color-block approach. I say "mostly" by size because, despite having size dividers, items still felt randomly scattered across the racks in a lot of cases. You can definitely stumble across some good finds here, but it's by no means a cheap shopping experience overall. Most of the discounted items fall into the $40-$50 range--though to be fair, the original MSRPs on a lot of these pieces were pretty ludicrous to start with. The biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the complete lack of any fitting rooms. Given the price point of the clothing and their strict no-return policy, this is a major hassle. If you plan to shop here, make sure you dress appropriately in advance so you can try items on over top of what you're wearing. Overall, you can probably find some great stuff, but you have to be prepared for the experience.

I have been here a couple times before and had some solid experiences. The process started when I went in for a fitting of the suit. As the outfit was predetermined, all I had to do was give the staff my code. From there, they began the process of obtaining my measurements. After getting my measurements, pieces of clothing were brought out in order for me to try them on. Some trial and error, but thankfully we were able to find the perfect matches. Some final measurements for alterations and they sent me on my way. I returned a couple weeks later after the suit was ready to try everything on. The staff was very patient with process by showing me proper methods and also provided honest feedback. Everything fit very well, so I was sent on my way, suit in hand. All in all, I have had pleasant experiences at the location. The staff is usually pretty quick to give you a helping hand when you enter the store. It's actually pretty big as well which makes for easy parking and leaves feelings of claustrophobia at the door.
