The larger sizes are marked with bigger tags and the size, which is a nice touch so we don't have to open every box and search for shoes that fit him. We have never left the store empty handed! If we find his size shoe in other stores they normally have 1-2 pairs of shoes, if we are lucky! Shoe Dept/Shoe Show usually has 15(+) choices for my son to look at and try on. Due to a medical issue he must try them on in person, we cannot buy them online. It's nice to find a store such as Shoe Dept/Shoe Show that actually gives my son options!

Demetria, the sales associate was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process and made the return easy and hassle free. She made some recommendations on other shoes but I decided to just return them and get some shoes for my daughter. The shoe selection was decent for the store size and foot traffic but not as many choices as some other shoes stores. Again, Footaction really stepped up in this situation and took care of me. My husband and I are GenX, so we are the Mall Rat generation - lost in a sea of the hot trend of "Town Centers", so we always check out malls to try to find ones that aren't on their last leg; filled with one-off trinket shops. We were in awe of this mall! It is full, it's big, it's lively, and it's got an awesome food court! It's like we stepped into a time warp and landed in the '90's; we felt like teenagers again! All the good stores are in here. The only thing I didn't see - and I may have just missed it - was a music store. I miss the old days of going and listening to new albums on headphones and talking to people as we dig through the CD racks. I got some of my best music recommendations that way. And with the resurgence of vinyl, that mall really would be a prime spot for a record store! If anyone ever decides to build a nursing home for us GenXers, just use this mall. All you have to do is take out the Southern Lion and put little rooms in there. You don't have to change anything else! I do and sadly those days are slowly yielding way to Ecommerce, outdoor shopping centers designed for ease of access and speed, and new societal norms. Located in a safe area off of I-485 Carolina Place is a very nice place to take the family while shopping for all those modern needs or even for us older folks, a step back in memory lane. I mean gone are Radio Shack, Merry-Go-Round, Aladdin's Castle, KB Toys and Suncoast to name a few replaced by empty units or some places that have been able to maintain their leases like Belk (for those southern folks), Gamestop, Dicks and well you get the point. The main take away is I feel is the place is safe and has great natural light. I took my daughters and got their bathing suits at a place that will remain nameless one for $80 the other $60, but alas the discount brought both to $50 total. I'm ignorant of pricing at retail stores and how it works during the season but that was just weird to me. We wondered around, picked up some Auntie Anne's pretzel bites (our favorite) to nibble on while I took them to several stores which they loved including Hot Topic and Claire's. I really like the layout here, wide open. My favorite place to take my girls is the food court. We saw a huge line and while I hoped it was for multiple restaurants, nope I knew what it was for. Sarku had over 30 people in line while all the other stalls had one or two customers. All in all it took us roughly 20 mins to get our food. I'm curious what would happen if I dropped another Sarku in the food court? Anyways, they were SLOW but as always really good. So, when you're there I highly suggest Double Chicken Teriyaki w/ fried rice along with an extra scoop of sauce on the top. The chicken is nice and caramelized with a nice soy kick and fried rice, need I say more? All in all, I still cherish the mall and Carolina Place is holding up the tradition! While I wish all the units were filled, such as life these days. If you'd like to make a day of fun activities with the kids, I think you should consider stopping by, just make sure you hit the food court while doing your shopping!

I have found that it always leads me in a good direction. They've also gotten me hooked me on other products over the years, like Balega socks and Currex insoles. I now wear both of these to work daily. This was the first time I'd visited this Providence Road store, and I was not disappointed. The staff was terrific, and I was personally helped by Natalie, who was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the product, and her suggestions were spot on. I ultimately ended up buying two pairs of shoes (New Balance 880s and Brooks Ghost Max for work and walking and a pair of sunglasses for when I walk. The only unfortunate thing was that I walked out with just the sunglasses and had to order the shoes via their website to get a color I liked. This is the only drawbacks that I have found shopping with them--either I have to settle on color or order the color that I really want. Overall, a very small grievance in the grand scheme of the larger experience. I hope that the stores will stock more colors in the future. One thing I love about Fleet Feet is their rewards program. Anybody who buys good running shoes knows they are not cheap, even if they are worth it. The good thing about Fleet Feet is that they give you rewards certificates for future purchases. So even though I spent a pretty decent amount today, I got about 10% of that back in store reward certificates for future purchases. This is always a great company to shop regardless of location. To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally report an issue that occurred on January 23, 2026, at the Kohl's location in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I arrived between five and ten minutes before closing to make a simple return--well within the posted business hours. Despite this, the doors were already locked, and the staff inside clearly saw me at the entrance but chose to walk past as if they didn't see me. What made the situation even more concerning was that three employees were still inside preparing to leave, and a cash register was open because they were still actively cashing out another customer. As a family who shops at Kohl's frequently and spends a significant amount of money across your stores, it was disappointing to be treated this way. We are highly paying customers, and being dismissed at the door--especially while the store was still assisting others--was unacceptable. I had driven 35 minutes to reach this location before closing, and I should have been allowed to complete a simple return. When a customer arrives within the final minutes of business hours and requests assistance, staff should honor that request rather than locking the doors early or ignoring the customer. I hope this matter is addressed promptly, and that employees are reminded of the importance of honoring posted hours and treating all customers with respect up until the actual closing time. They have branded clothing like Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Under Armour and Nike. If you're a golfer, you'll be pleased to see their selection of golf clothing at a discount. They also have a brand called Sonoma that offers very good prices and good quality on crew neck sweaters, 1/2 zip jackets and vests. The quality and prices are so good. The other element I like about this place is there are CR Attendants, available. Yes, they are happy to talk to you and help you find a product or answer questions. Thank you Crystal, you represent your store well! Register for their loyalty program before you go and shop. There are multiple discounts and coupons that can be used in store or on-line. They have an efficient Return Desk as well as an Amazon Return option. Their 'deep discount' sales racks are a challenge. Not very organized, many products missing prices and all Jamed into a small rack. I bought a package that had multiple gift wrap boxes, it was $10 bucks. I was very disappointed to see the same product at Walmart for half that price. The line for check-out may be long, but they are very efficient, quick and friendly. The most pleasant surprise when I check out was being selected as the 'random' registered shopper to get their purchase FREE! What!? Yes, they do it once and day, I only wished I had picked out more stuff!
