Not only did I run into a famous reality star (Jordan from The Amazing Race and Big Brother winner), I was handed a mimosa when I walked in. YES...I love to Sip N Shop. Store is clean, open and organized well. Prices are affordable and pieces are trendy and cute. The tag was removed since it was a gift. The VERY RUDE associates told me because the tag was no longer attached I could not return it. I had NEVER WORN THE SWEATER. I was only trying to exchange it for something else in the store as it was a $75 sweater that I had the receipt for! I was still planning on spending money in the store as only store credit is given. The associate was beyond rude & looked at the cash register then back at the sweater pretending like she was thinking about taking it then said "Because you don't have the tags we can't help you". From an upscale boutique in Ballantyne that I've shopped at before I was apauled that this is how they treat their customers. Let me also mention that NO ONE ELSE was even in the store shopping when I went to return it. I cannot express enough how rude the associates were to me. Surprisingly, this place in Fort Mill has become one of those places in the past few years. Of course, I have other favorite boutiques in Charlotte, but this boutique is closest to my home. For a Fort Mill boutique, it's surprisingly lofty and cosmopolitan. I love how the store is so spacious, with plenty of walking space...with mirrors everywhere, so you can almost try on things (accessories!) without having to go into the dressing room (though their dressing rooms are nice and spacious as well). Their apparel and accessories are largely bohemian...casual chic. It reminds me of Boem, one of my fave boutiques in Southpark...though Broadcloth is a tad cheaper. Overall, the many cute items in this store are very affordable...which makes it super-fun. More than anything, I LOVE the accessories here. I always find something unique that catches my eye...whether it's a hat, sandals, or jewelry. Honestly, I shop more online than anything nowadays, but if I feel the need to shop in person, I usually make my rounds here, along with their younger sister store, Page, in Baxter Village (just a mile down the road). It just depends on your personal preference of clothing that you're interested or are looking for. If your going out or need weekend clothes this may be for you. The largest size they cary is a large. They note occasionally they may carry an extra large but it's rareI didn't see many larges in the items I liked. To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally report an issue that occurred on January 23, 2026, at the Kohl's location in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I arrived between five and ten minutes before closing to make a simple return--well within the posted business hours. Despite this, the doors were already locked, and the staff inside clearly saw me at the entrance but chose to walk past as if they didn't see me. What made the situation even more concerning was that three employees were still inside preparing to leave, and a cash register was open because they were still actively cashing out another customer. As a family who shops at Kohl's frequently and spends a significant amount of money across your stores, it was disappointing to be treated this way. We are highly paying customers, and being dismissed at the door--especially while the store was still assisting others--was unacceptable. I had driven 35 minutes to reach this location before closing, and I should have been allowed to complete a simple return. When a customer arrives within the final minutes of business hours and requests assistance, staff should honor that request rather than locking the doors early or ignoring the customer. I hope this matter is addressed promptly, and that employees are reminded of the importance of honoring posted hours and treating all customers with respect up until the actual closing time. When I moved to Fort Mill, I was aware of this location but only stopped in recently due to some marking I saw for their Black Friday sales. I was impressed. They have branded clothing like Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Under Armour and Nike. If you're a golfer, you'll be pleased to see their selection of golf clothing at a discount. They also have a brand called Sonoma that offers very good prices and good quality on crew neck sweaters, 1/2 zip jackets and vests. The quality and prices are so good. The other element I like about this place is there are CR Attendants, available. Yes, they are happy to talk to you and help you find a product or answer questions. Thank you Crystal, you represent your store well! Register for their loyalty program before you go and shop. There are multiple discounts and coupons that can be used in store or on-line. They have an efficient Return Desk as well as an Amazon Return option. Their 'deep discount' sales racks are a challenge. Not very organized, many products missing prices and all Jamed into a small rack. I bought a package that had multiple gift wrap boxes, it was $10 bucks. I was very disappointed to see the same product at Walmart for half that price. The line for check-out may be long, but they are very efficient, quick and friendly. The most pleasant surprise when I check out was being selected as the 'random' registered shopper to get their purchase FREE! What!? Yes, they do it once and day, I only wished I had picked out more stuff!
